Mason’s Ch. Tolberg Beez Kneez at
	Teckletown - Min Long

It was both an honour and a pleasure to judge at this
prestigious show, secretary Annette Latham-Jackson had everything in
apple-pie order and show manager Martin Sanders assured that everything
ran like clockwork, it was lovely to have the Smooth Haired Dachshund
Club back to back and a super atmosphere prevailed throughout the day.
BEST IN SHOW was Ch/Ir Ch. Loggeta Trouble in Texas, a light shaded red
Longhair owned by Mr Cross, he is a handsome lad shown in lovely coat
and condition, pleasing in head and eye and good to go over being so
well made, very sound on the move and has lovely bone and feet. RESERVE
BEST IN SHOW was Miss Mason’s Crownlakes Queen Bee, black and tan Mini
Longhaired, liked him for type and in lovely condition, would prefer a
better front assembly and top-line, sound on the move. BEST PUPPY IN
SHOW Garlicks Longhair Ranglewood Andromeda, very dark shaded red in
lovely bloom and condition, super outline held on the move, most
pleasing in head and lovely dark eyes, good neck, shoulder and front,
well ribbed and a firm top-line, very sound moving. RESERVE BEST PUPPY
IN SHOW Lockett-Walters’ Ralines Just Jasmine, cream Mini Long with
lovely pigment, good to go over, pleasing head but eyes a little full,
needs a stronger temperament, sound on the move. BEST VETERAN IN SHOW
Bailey’s Glasvey Double Trouble for Loggeta. Quality Longhair shown in
beautiful coat and condition, loved her head and eye, so well made and
so very sound, good front, strong top-line and firm rear, I see she is
the dam of Best in Show, not just a pretty face. RESERVE BEST VETERAN IN
SHOW Mason’s Ch. Tolberg Beez Kneez at Teckletown, super coloured red
Mini Long, full of quality and beautifully presented, sound and very
active on the move, just a touch over coated and this spoils an
otherwise lovely picture, loved her head, dark eyes and pigment.
