MINIATURE SMOOTH HAIRED

P (4) 1 Herrington’s Kathington Chance N Counter. Loved this little d from the first time I saw him and he didn’t disappoint today. A dachshund in miniature. Well boned, well balanced d who moves with power and drive. Good masculine head set on lovely neck. Love the fact that he’s a hound not a toy. Delighted to give him CC and BOB. Am sure he’ll have no trouble getting his title. 2 Coxon’s D’Arisca Way Down Low. Another one I liked. Fine head, good quarters. Easy mover. Typical outline. RCC. 3 Gorman’s Merehill Money Spinner at Gordax.

PGD (3) 1 McNaughton’s Bronia L’Artista. Balanced red d. Good front and quarters. Typical outline. Moved with purpose. 2 Bourhill’s Bronia D’Allegro at Drydenlaw. Red d who moved with ease. Still lacking maturity a little. Must mention his lovely ears. 3 McAulay’s D’Arisca Ensor Doone at Elnside.

L (2) 1 Bronia D’Allegro at Drydenlaw.

O (3) 1 Barber’s Melriding Meruisti. Typey black/tan. Classical outline with good quarters. Good front. Would have preferred better length of ear. 2 Luke’s Corrieknowe Circassian. Another typical black/tan. Not quite the underline of winner. Moved well.

Bitches P (9) 1 Coxon’s D’Arisca Art and Design. Typical black /tan with good lines. Liked her quarters and outline. Moved with panache. RCC. 2 Daykin’s Barratini Magic Moment. Balanced red b with good head. Good hindquarters which she used on the move. Was feeling the cold a little and arching her topline. 3 Gibb’s Kathington Sunset Glory at Knoxton.

J (3) 1 Peel’s Lilow Lill. Balanced b with good quarters and topline. Liked her head and ears. Moved well. 2 Shutt’s Shemby Hocus Pocus of Donnadoon. Chocolate dapple with good topline. Lovely ears. Preferred underline of winner. 3 McFadyen’s Tammy’s Girl at Tamdach.

PG (4) 1 Rowell’s Emmajesk Starlight. Typical black/tan presented in lovely condition. Strong hindquarters. Sound hind movement and really reachy front movement. 2 Blackburn Bennet’s Shardagang What A Breeze. 3 Guild’s Tasmyn Talula.

L (3) 1 Herrington’s Kathington Chantelle. Feminine black/tan. Nice outline. Good head and ears. Plenty of ring presence. v pretty. 2 Forrest’s Bute’s Whispered Prophecy. Balanced black/tan. Good hindquarters and front. Good reach of neck. Moved steadily. 3 Somerville’s Maydays Dark Damsel of Peaselye.

O (3) 1 Ergis’ Bronia Stunning Sophia for Siouxline. Apppropriately named red b. In lovely coat and condition. Neat and balanced. Typical feminine head. Lovely front, hindquarters and outline. Moved really well. Won the CC with something to spare. 2 Blackburn-Bennett’s Shardagang Pavlova. Typical red with so much going for her. Nice size and outline. Lovely ears. Moved well. When it came to RCC, preferred cleaner throat of winner. Still a v nice b. 3 Coxon, Jeavons and McMillan’s Can Ch Grandgables Tickle My Fancy
