MINIATURE SMOOTH HAIRED
P An impressive class of 9, overall, quality puppies. My notes tell me
that the 1st three were all very similar and sure enough they were all from the
same litter. 1 D’arisca Strip The Willow At Elnside. Lovely brindle bitch puppy.
Classic outline with prominent breastbone and good length of body. Moved well
for such a youngster. Loved her rich mahogany colour. 2. D’Arisca Sybilla red
bitch very similar in shape to one possible not as prominent a breast bone and a
little taller. 3 D’Arisca Selina With Lustrum red bitch the third in the trio
of lovely puppies. She just wasn’t as confident on the move as her sisters.
G 1 D’Arisca Dark And Delicious. Beautiful black/tan bitch. Gleaming
coat. Good head and eye, strong teeth. Lovely outline and she moved well. 2
Portalutra Making Ice At Dukidachs. Black/tan dog who showed well though he
lacked rear angulation and his movement was poor coming towards me.
L 1 Brianolf Malachite Red dog a bit higher on the leg than I
like. Good head spoiled by his ears which were out of condition. He was
reluctant to move.
OD 1 Elnside Woody Be Best. Red dog of good size. Well angulated back
and front with a good body and nice tight feet. His coat could have been in
better condition. Best Dog
OB 1 Ch D’Arisca Golden Delicious. Lovely red bitch with everything in
the right place. Good head and eye, and strong teeth. Very pleasing outline
though a bit flabby under carriage. Well angulated back and front which enabled
her to move freely and with drive. BOB. 2 Emmajesk Amelia. Black/tan bitch with
a gleaming coat and shown to perfection. She is a bit heavier than 1 with less
of a prominent breastbone or elegant outline. I would like more rear angulation
to improve her drive.
