Well angulated hindquarters and good tail carriage. Moved with reach and drive holding topline. CC. 2. Brooks’, Lyndarlea Choc Ice. Red. Good overall balance. Level topline, prominent keel. Deep chest and well ribbed back. Moved soundly. 3. Jamieson’s, Djeata Riven Within the Ring. Because it started to rain rather heavily the decision was taken to continue judging in the wet weather ring. Conditions in this ring were far from ideal with the grass being far too long and the bitches, especially the puppies, having difficulty coping. Cutting the grass the night before would certainly have helped.
PB. (4). 1. Morrison’s, Wilmaranna Miss Money Penny. Brindle. Dark eye. Prominent keel. Level topline. Good tail carriage. Coped well with the long grass. 2. Marrison’s, Sonrimar Mistletoe. Cream. Good pigmentation. Balanced baby but not happy with the noise in the W/W ring. 3. Keay’s, Essendy Witch Craft.
JB. (2). 1. Brooks’, Lyndarlea Lacey. B/t baby. Good proportions. Dark eye. Prominent keel. Level topline. Moved well. 2. Mee’s, Barlaines Country Classic. B/t. Balanced head and well shaped eye. Not so well ribbed back as winner. Prominent keel. Moved well.
NB. (4). 1. Kennedy’s, Denkena Black Berry. Chocolate cream. Very attractive youngster. Dark eye. Prominent keel. Level topline. Moved well holding topline on the move. 2. Copper’s, Jumanda’s Black Magic. B/t. Dark eye, Level topline. Good hind angulation. A little narrow in front. Moved enthusiastically. 3. Mee’s, Barlaines Bobbys Girl.
PGB. (11). 1. McNaughton’s, Bronia Miss Rabanne. B/t. Lovely outline. Dark eye. Prominent keel. Level topline held well on the move. Moved with reach and drive. 2. Brooks’, Lyndarlea Gem of Night. Brindle. Sound all through. Prominent keel. Good ribbing. Level topline. Preferred eye shape of winner. 3. Cooper’s, Garbosa Tilly the Tinker at Jumanda.
LB. (7). 1. Cooper’s, Jumanda’s Lily. Self masked red. Well muscled lady. Prominent keel, level topline and well angulated hindquarters. Ribbed well back. Moved with drive. 2. Bainbridge’s, Lyndain Lady Liza. B/t. Prominent keel. Level topline. Another who moved well holding topline on the move and carrying tail well. 3. Paterson’s, Wilmaranna Blue Diamond.
OB. (5). 1. Goddard’s, Ch. Minard Krystal Darque. I have watched this lady performing in the Hound Group over the past year and was not disappointed on handling her. Beautiful outline standing. Dark well shaped eye and balanced head. Prominent keel. Good shoulders and front. Level topline. Well ribbed back. Good hind angulation used well on the move with correct tail carriage. Oozing quality. CC and BOB. 2. Geeson’s, Abydachs Attitude JW. Unlucky to meet winner in such good form. Another lovely quality bitch. Well ribbed back and holding topline on the move. I had no destination in awarding her the RCC and feel sure she will go on the better things. 3. Kennedy’s, Denkena Bumble Fly.
