MINIATURE WIRE HAIRED
MPD (3,1) 1 Phillips’ Molloney Andy Man. Promising pup with a good
head, is strong boned and with a well developed front, neat elbows, good topline
and correct coat. Moved well in front, needs to settle behind. 2 Hardy's Kushwin
Gamekeeper. Lovely type with good bone and substance. Lovely head and
expression. A bit slack in topline at present with not the length of ribbing of
1.
PD (5,1) 1 Presnail's Taree Nelson. Very good in outline with a super
neck and topline. Good head and eye and has a lovely forechest and neat elbows,
is well ribbed and has good rear angles. Moved soundly. 2 Young & Otter's Tarkus
Windy Miller Portalutra. Light brindle sturdy little dog of good size and
substance. Good ribbing, strong loin and well muscled behind. Moved well in
profile. Preferred the head and front movement of the winner. 3 Kirkwood's
Waldmeister Gordo At Helydon.
JD (5,3) 1 Thorn-Andrews Drakesleat Win Alot. Correctly
constructed throughout and easily the best mover on show today being free in
side gait and sound front and rear. Has a super head, well furnished, with a
lovely dark eye, a neck of good length blending smoothly into well laid
shoulders and a corresponding length of upper arm which set his elbows
correctly. Good strong topline and powerful rear. CC & BOB 2 Young's Tarkus
Harvest Gold Light red dog of a finer make and shape who carries a good harsh
coat. His reluctance to show didn't help his movement which was untidy both
front and rear today.
PGD (5) 1 Young & Otter's Nordach Mr Muffin Of Tarkus. Young red dog of
good type and size. Has a pleasing head and eye, good front with strong bone and
good feet. Well ribbed and strong in topline. Rear was full of muscle and he
moved well. 2 Young's Barney Rubble Of Tarkus. Liked his type and quality head.
More mature than 3 and with a good coat, topline and movement. Feet could be
tighter. 3. Hill & Niall's Drakesleat Brass Doff.
LD (6) 1 Kugow & Holt's Waldmeister Henry Very good for size and
proportions and carries himself proudly while moving with great freedom and
drive. Has a lovely head, good forechest, depth of brisket and firm topline but
could be better in underline. In super coat and condition. 2 Poxon's Kapodach
Chip and Pin JW. Has a good outline and balanced construction. Good head and
expression, well ribbed back and strong loin, good rear. Moved with good drive
behind. 3. Thorn-Andrews Drakesleat Rolling Stone.
OD (3,1) 1 Horswell & Iwama's Ch & Jap Ch Drakesleat JP Trier Winshoten
(Imp) RCC. In his prime and such good breed type. Loved his head, neck and well
laid shoulders. Has very good ribbing and a strong topline. Carries a good harsh
coat and moved soundly out and back, just preferred the freedom in side gait of
the OD. I see from my catalogue he sired quite a few of my winners today
including the BOB so he is obviously passing on his good qualities to his
progeny. 2 Kugow & Holt's Waldmeister Jackson. Another very nice dog from this
kennel making the most of himself. He moved very well and was presented in
excellent coat and condition. Preferred the winner in front construction and
ribbing.
SpVD/B (1) 1 Douglas & Banks Torabbi Welsh Malt ShCM Very smart little
dog moving freely with good drive behind. In good coat and holding his topline
well. Obviously still enjoying his showing.
MPB (9,3) 1 Dunn's Barratini Bumble at Ashridge. Dark brindle puppy
with a lovely head, well proportioned body and good bone for her size. She is
well ribbed and has a strong loin and well muscled rear. Very sound on the move
for one so young. 2 Russell's Russteck Perchance to Dream I also really liked
this one and it was a close decision between the two. She is very feminine and
has a lovely neck and shoulder line, good length of back, true front and well
angulated rear. Moved very well in profile just needs to firm a little behind
otherwise very promising. 3. Mobley's Samlane What Else of Jakema.
PB (12,3) The first 3 all very nice 1 Kugow & Holt's Waldmeister
Steffi. I just loved her. Thought she stood away in this class. Very feminine
but strongly built with a super outline and very good bone and feet. Good
ribbing, depth of chest and strong muscled rear. In good coat and gleaming
condition. Very sound moving out and back and in profile showed plenty rear
drive. BPIB 2. Adoo's Reulemill Freya Fraywood Dark brindle, not doing herself
justice but who was good to go over. Has a lovely head and neck, good forechest,
front and feet. Was well bodied with good ribs and an excellent rear full of
muscle.Moved well. 3 Barney's Verrami Ava Nuvver Romaunt.
JB (13,3) 1 Haywards Foxearth Fee'ling. Free moving feminine
dark brindle bitch of quality. Liked her head, dark eye, good neck and topline.
Has a good forechest and good bone for her size. Held her topline well while
gaiting. 2 Hooper's Starhill Lady of the Lake Also a very nice youngster who
moved well in profile but needs to steady in front. Well angulated front and
rear. 3. Russell's Russteck Thistledown.
SBB (3,1) 1 Sutton's Tarkus Daydreamer Nice for type and with an
excellent coat and moving quite well. 2 Chugg's Templestone Ophelia A smaller
and finer made bitch who could be better angulated and not moving as well as the
winner.
PGB (8,3) 1 Hardy's Kushwin Firefly. Well proportioned bitch of good
construction with a good forechest and ribbing. Sound mover and has a nice harsh
coat. 2 Johnston-White's Malloney Connie Feshions Mit Gioia. Not the bone and
substance of the winner nor as good in coat but well angulated and moving freely
3 Hayward's Drakesleat Forever At Foxearth.
LB (13,5) 1 Kugow & Holt's Waldmeister Guillemot JW. Compact and well
balaced with a fair head, good neck and topline, lovely rear quarters full of
muscle. OK in rib and underline. A very nice free mover with good drive behind.
Lovely harsh coat. 2 Thorn-Andrews Drakesleat Phoar By Phoar Good for size and
type with a lovely head, well developed front and with deep ribs carried well
back. Preferred the winner in rear and showmanship today. 3 Poxon's Kapodach
Sukiyaki.
OB (6,1) 1 Blackburn's Stargang Beau Belle. Beautiful young bitch so
good in outline with proud head carriage and strong driving movement. Very good
head, super neck, well developed forechest and neat elbows. Good ribbing and
well angulated quarters. She was true front and rear and covered the ground with
ease going round. Presented in very good coat and condition. CC 2 Thorn-Andrews
Drakesleat Miss Suebishy Yet another lovely one from this kennel. Well shaped
head, super neck set correctly into her shoulders, strong topline and well
muscled rear. Carries a good wire coat and moved soundly but was not making the
most of herself in this class. Pulled herself together in the challenge and
earned the Res CC 3 Fulton's Bothlyn Black Rose.
