J (6,2) 1. Young and Otter’s Tarkus Windy Miller Portalutra
- a pleasingly balanced dog fore and aft, well boned and in good coat. Nice
head, reach of neck leading to a good rib cage which was carried well back.
Short coupled with a level top line. Moved true with drive. Best Dog and Best of
Breed. 2. Otter’s Tarkus Wind of Change Portalutra - a feminine bitch in good
coat not the rib cage or movement of No1. Res Best Bitch. 3. Kirkwood’s
Waldmeister Gordo at Helydon. Best Puppy.
PG (7,3)1. Young and Otter’s Nordach Mr Muffin of Tarkus - quite a
balanced dog, nice head, neat front, commendable ribcage. Sadly out of coat and
moved a little close behind. 2. Miller’s Bothlyn Black Raven at Sharplaw - not
the construction or ribcage of No 1 but had a better coat and similar movement.
3. Otter’s Donnadoon Dapple Diamond of Tarkus.
OD (3) 1. Horswell and Iwama’s Ch. Jap/Ch Drakesleat JP Trier
Winshotten (Imp)- nice head, reasonable front, reach of neck, excellent ribcage
in good coat. Stylish front movement but appeared rather weak in rear quarters
both stacked and on the move. Res Best Dog. 2. Russell’s Russteck Fillibeg -
nice outline but not the ribcage or coat of No1. 3. Miller’s Bothlyn Timemaster
at Sharplaw.
OB (3) 1. Rowell’s Kanix Linda at Emmajesk - a balanced bitch in good
coat. Correct head nice reach of neck, Good prosterum, excellent ribcage and
topline. Would prefer a better rear movement and feet. Best Bitch. 2. Fulton’s
Bothlyn Black Rose - Balanced angulation fore and aft, nice head and reach of
neck. Not the coat or movement of No1. 3. Miller’s Scotmariner Sea Beebie.
