MINIATURE WIRE HAIRED
Although the entry was small there
were some nice dogs present. None of the exhibits were too thin, but I did find
one suspect mouth.
PD (1) 1 McKenna’s Waldmeister Wee Man at Tredreas. Nice dark brindle
lad, good head and length of neck, nicely angulated, moved well keeping a good
topline, just needs to body up and settle on the table. RBD
JD (1) 1Goodsell’s Welcumen Teddy Bear. Large red boy. Good head, nice
shoulders, lovely harsh coat, but would have preferred longer ribbing. Moved
well
PGD (3) 1 Puckett Molloney Willey Wayme. Nice head, good front with
nicely placed shoulders, and long ribbing, a softer coat than previous exhibits,
and he needs to settle on the move
Vet (1) 1Douglas and Banks Torabbi Welsh Malt ShCM. A really
nice dog, who carried his 8 years well. Good head and reach of neck, lovely
front assembly, long ribbing and harsh wire jacket. Although his teeth were a
little dirty this was a cosmetic fault, and his lovely free flowing movement won
him the class and BD
PB (1) 1 Hooper Starhill Lady of Shallott Chocolate brindle of
9 months. Lovely front, good length and depth of ribbing, and a lovely harsh
coat completed the picture. Moved well keeping a level topline. BP
JB (2,1) 1Hooper Starhill Lady of the Lake. Litter sister to the puppy
and the same comments apply. I’m sure these girls will change places in the
future, just hope that this one stays within size as she has a larger frame than
her sister. Two very nice exhibits.
LB (4) 1 Baldwin Beckel Pent House Baby. A well- balanced dog, with
nothing exaggerated or overdone. Lovely front, good length and spring of ribs
and nicely angulated hindquarters, she presented a lovely picture both stacked
and on the move. BB and BOB 2 Moate and Sebire Bouvee Brilliant . Nice bitch, of
a different type to the winner. Built on slightly taller lines, she has a lovely
front assembly, good rear angulation and the harshest of coats. Moved well. RBB
