JD 1 Stephenson’s Ohotnichyi Azart Fahrenheit von Wistex, a 9 months dark brindle puppy, full of confidence, not paying any attention to his handler & thoroughly enjoying himself! He has a masculine, “houndy” head, kind expression & a dark almond shaped eye, lovely wire jacket that would benefit from some attention! He presented on the day as a very happy chap with a super temperament, who moved out well with drive & enthusiasm, but physically I felt he was a very raw baby with lots of potential, & would benefit from time to strengthen & mature. BPD. PGD 1 Feetham’s Kimbleholme Jackpot, 21 months brindle, with a “houndy”, masculine head & a dark almond shaped eye. He has a good reach of neck, shoulder well laid back with ribbing well sprung & carried well back to a short loin, broad well developed rump & “hammy” thighs. He has good bone & neat feet, a lovely wire jacket, & moved well maintaining his topline; 2 Ritchie’s Bothlyn Mr Chip to Sharplaw, mature choc/t male, who was carrying rather a lot of condition! He has a lovely strong, masculine head & an almond, lighter pigmented eye. He has a prominent forechest, shoulder angle & ribbing is OK & he has a broad, muscular rear with lovely “hammy” thighs that have good length & breadth. He has good bone & feet, a wire coat & moved well around the ring. OD 1 Fulton’s Ch Bothlyn Brigadoon, a mature brindle male with loads of dachshund breed type. He presents a lovely balanced outline, all the parts fitting together. He has a masculine, “houndy” head & a dark almond shaped eye. His front & rearquarters are well constructed with good angulation, his ribs are well sprung & carried well back to a short, strong loin, broad muscular rump, well turned stifle & super “hammy” thighs. He stands on strong bone & neat feet & has a wire jacket that was coming through nicely after being stripped out. He moved with reach & drive in profile maintaining his topline & out & back was true & parallel. A very worthy Ch & pleased to award him BD. Splitting hairs later in challenge between him & his kennelmate; 2 Feetham’s Wee Man of Kimbleholme, dark brindle 2 years male who has strong, masculine head & a dark almond shaped eye. He has good bone & feet & a nice wire jacket, not as balanced as class winner, moved well in all directions.

JB 1 Fulton’s Bothlyn Miss Money Penny, an 8 months, r/br puppy who is maturing nicely. She has a lovely, feminine, conical shaped head, almond eye, & well set on ears. Her neck is slightly arched & long, creating a very elegant look. Her front & rearquarters have lovely angulation & are well constructed. She has well laid back shoulders, a prominent pro-sternum, oval well filled forechest, deep brisket & good length of keel supporting ribbing that is well sprung & carried well back to a strong loin. Her rearquarters are broad & well developed with “hammy” thighs & a well turned stifle. She stands on good bone & neat feet which she used to move once settled with drive & enthusiasm, elbows neatly by her side, maintaining her topline, & was true & parallel out & back. She presented a lovely balanced picture, her underline gradually blending into her abdomen, & her front & rearquarters looking as if they belonged together. She was a joy to “go over” everything just flowed, & it was my pleasure to award her BP, BB, & BOB. Loved her. PGB 1 Fulton’s Bothlyn Dancing Queen, another nice bitch from this kennel, a choc/br, with a conical shaped head an almond eye & a good reach of neck. Her front & rearquarters are well constructed with good angles, a prominent pro-sternum, oval, well filled in thorax, good width & is a little deeper through brisket & has a good length to keel. She has a lovely layback of shoulder, her ribs are well sprung & carried back to rearquarters that are soundly constructed, broad & well developed with “hammy thighs” & a good turn of stifle. She stands on good bone & feet, has a well presented wire jacket & moved with reach & drive & was parallel when moving out & back; 2 Feetham’s Kimbleholme Queen Of Hearts, a dark brindle bitch similar to 1, she has a lovely feminine, houndy head, & a dark, almond shaped eye. Her forequarters & rearquarters are fairly well constructed, she has a good wire jacket, good bone & moved with enthusiasm around the ring. On the day I preferred the overall balance & underline of the winner; 3 Stephenson’s Bothlyn Indigo Blue at Wistex. OB 1 Shone’s Phantasia Lady, brindle bitch, who has a lovely, conical head, dark almond shaped eye & strong jaw. She has a good reach of neck & layback of shoulder, a prominent, well developed forechest, width through brisket, & good length to keel. Her ribs are well sprung & carried back into a short, strong loin & a broad well developed rump. She has lovely “hammy” thighs, a good bend of stifle, super harsh wire jacket & stands on strong bone & neat feet. Her movement was difficult to assess, she would not cooperate with her handler, & was very erratic on times, & on the day, unfortunately, it cost her higher honours. RBB; 2 Kirkwood-Emery’s Helydon Fabulous Freya, brindle bitch, shorter cast & more compact than winner, she has a correct conical head, a feminine, kind expression & a dark almond shaped eye. Her front construction & ribbing is OK & herrear quarters are broad & well developed with lovely “hammy” thighs. She has good bone & feet & moved freely with reach & drive; 3 Stephenson’s Bothlyn Indigo Blue at Wistex.
