I would like to thank the committee for inviting me to judge at this well run, extremely friendly show, was treat to a lovely homecooked, hot lunch. Thank you to my two Stewards Judith and Reagan who did an excellent job of keeping the rings running smoothly. A huge thank you to the exhibitors who entered under me and for sticking around until the end,it was a long day and also for your sporting acceptance of my placings. My critiques were a little
delayed due to personal family related priorities, so thank you for waiting so patiently.

 
SmoothHaired:
Class 1 – Veteran, 1 entry (1)

Class 2 – Baby Puppy, 2 entries
1st – Clentry Steal The Limelight – 4.5 month old red bitch, lovely quality girl, good narrow eye,
conicle in skull, good sized and well placed ears. She has a good length of neck. Well angulated
in front and rear. She’s a good length of ribbing. She was very unsure on move, but a smart girl.

 
2nd – Clentry Perfect Storm – 4.5 month old red brindle bitch. Litter sister to no’ 1, heavier pup,
another quality girl, preferred the head of her sister and very similar throughout. Today she
didn’t move as symmetrical in rear as her sister

Class 3 – Puppy, 1 entry
1st– Clentry Unapologetically Me – 6 month old red bitch with a lovely head properties, good
eye, skull and muzzle shape and length. Good ears well set. She has a good neck, chest is
coming. She has a good topline and well angulated rear. Moved well for first time on lead BPIB

Class 5 – Post Graduate, 2 entries (1)
1st– Clentry Mango Passion ShCEx – 2 yr old red bitch. She carries a pretty head. Lovely shaped
eyes, excellent mouth, good shape and length of muzzle, good length of ears but set quite low.
Would have liked a little more chest and more angulation in upper arm. Decent ribbing, long in
croup – well muscled and well angulated rear. Moved sound around the ring

Class 6 – Open Dog, 1 entry
1st – Marvale’s Manifesto at Jenivon – 2 yr old black and tan dog of quality. Ultra masculine. He
carries a lovely head all correct proportions. Slightly arched muzzle and excellent mouth. Good
ear set and of moderate length. Long muscular neck, slightly arched running into good shoulder
placement. Lovely deep chest, well ribbed, short in loin and good length of keel. Very well-
muscled and well angulated both front and rear. Good movement and a lovely size – very nice
boy! BD & BOB

Class 7 – Open Bitch, 3 entries (1)
1st – Clentry Sweet Melody – 3yr old red girl. She had a lovely head, lovely almond eye, good
ear placement and length. She has a good length of neck flowing into well laid shoulder. She is
well bodied, with decent ribbing and well angulated in front and rear. Moved out well – straight
and sound. BB & RBOB

2nd – Marvale Party Politics at Glenlion– 2 yr old black n tan girl. Stronger in head than 1st
place. Would have liked a more almond eye. Lovely neck and a good chest, well ribbed, short
loin and well angulated rear. Moved OK. A nice bitch but not yet confident with her handler.

Class 8 – Veteran, 0 entries

Class 10 – Puppy, 2 entries
1st – Dachyclan Connolly at Bronia (IMP Aus) – 6 month old black & tan boy, who oozes quality!
He is masculine with the loveliest shaped head, long and conical in shape, skull neither too
broad nor too narrow with a slightly arched muzzle. His eyes are correct in shape and size, his
ears are set high and of correct length and shape. He has a good mouth with large strong teeth.
His neck is muscular and of good length flowing into excellent shoulder placement. He is already
deep in chest. He has good long shoulder blades same length as upper arm and correctly
angulated. He has a large rib cage, and his ribbing goes well back, he has a good length of
sternum. His elbows are tight against his body. He has excellent bone! He is moderately long
and well bodied. He has a broad strong rump with a good length of croup sloping down into his
tail. Excellent rear angulation and his hind legs are parallel. This well put together package
allowed sound, very balanced and free movement which he did with style for one so young. A
beautiful young boy, with what is, I’m sure, a very bright future ahead of him. An exciting one to
watch! His quality outshone his peers today to win him BD, BOB, BPIB, RBIS & BPIS, at what I
believe was his first ever show. Congratulations and very best of luck with him!

2nd – Swansford Padamador – 7 month old shaded red boy. Smaller type than 1st place and
slightly wider in skull. Lovely eyes and a decent chest. He is well angulated in front and rear; he
is well bodied and well ribbed. slightly narrow behind but cuts a nice shape. Moved out well and
very sound.

Class 11 – junior, 2 entries (1)
1st – Pettigans Voulez Vous – 14 month old black n tan bitch, she has a lovely head / face, good
eye size and shape, good mouth. A lovely neck which is slightly arched and flows into good clean
withers. She is well angulated in front, has a decent chest and decent ribbing, slightly sloping in
croup to tail. Short in second thigh, moved out ok, she is sound. BB & RBIB

Class 12 – Post Graduate, 0 entries

Class 13 – Open Dog, 1 entry
1st – Cedavoch Dark Magic, 3 year old black n tan boy of real quality. He is a beautiful and
masculine boy. Gorgeous in head! Lovely size and shape of eye and lovely muzzle. Super mouth.
He is deep in chest, well angulated in front and well ribbed well back, short in loin and thick in
rump – well muscled. He moves very well and is very sound a real smart striking boy. Shame he
met the puppy dog today who I preferred in rear movement.

Class 16 – Baby Puppy, 2 entries
1st – Carcorn Chrissy’s Girl – 17 week old wild boar bitch. She has a lovely head, eye and mouth.
Good chest – coming. She is well ribbed, short in loin and beautifully angulated. She has a good
tail in length and set. Her movement was erratic but confident

 
2nd – Carcorn Chrissy’s Legend – 17 wee old wild boar dog (litter brother to 1st place). Very
similar in type and shape to his sister but not quite as developed yet in chest. He is more
masculine, well angulated again and another lovely back end, like his sister. Erratic movement,
still learning his craft

Class 17 – Puppy, 2 entries (1)
1st – Dakotadax Legend Of Zelda – 6 month old wild boar bitch, a nice type. Lovely in head,
good eyes, muzzle and mouth. Ok neck, waiting for chest to come and slightly straighter in
upper arm, decent ribbing and well angulated in rear. Moved out well

 
Class 18 – Junior, 2 entries
1st – Derdledash Skyfall at Dakotadax – 10 month old wild boar bitch, a lovely type! Lovely
head in shape and features, good shape and size eye, good muzzle and mouth. She’s a beautiful
shape. Good neck into well laid shoulders and well angulated front and well angulated rear.
Moderately long, good ribbing, good length of keel and sternum, strong hammy hind quarters.
Moved well and sound around the ring. BB, BOB & BPIB

 
2nd – Wyreview Olympia – 12 month old wild boar bitch, Another lovely type, good shape,
preferred the upper arm of 1stplace. Beautifully angulated in rear. Moved well around the ring

1st – Dedledash Dakota at Dakotadax- 4 yr old brindle bitch. Nice type of girl, good head, lovely
correct eyes, shorter in muzzle than other bitches present, she has a good mouth. Good ears
and placement, decent shaped front, nice rear angulation, good length of keel and well ribbed.
Moved well around the ring

1st – Mumysami Clickety Clic for Yorami– 7 yr old shaded red bitch. Lovely type. Pretty in head,
long and conical, good eye shape and size, good muzzle and mouth. Great shoulder placement
and upper arm, making a lovely front. She is well ribbed, short in loin, gently sloping croup to
tail. Well bodied and cuts a lovely profile. Symmetrical and balanced on the move. BV, BVIS

2nd – Duddondaxs Judge Jude for Jenivon– 7 yr old shaded red boy. Looks a real picture on the
stand, a lovely type. Good head, correct size and shape of eye, good length of muzzle and good
mouth – an attractive headpiece. Good proportions, decent neck, decent shoulder placement
and well angulated front and rear. Today didn’t move as well as 1stplace

Class 23 – Baby Puppy, 2 entries
1st – Debbiejay Pippa Funnel mit Kieferjagen – 4 month old chocolate and tan girl. Small, lovely
shape, very well put together and well bodied. Pretty in head and well proportioned. Good front
and rear assembly. Moved very well and beautifully lead trained and totally at one with her
handler

2nd – Daxsabirato’s Tinkerbelle – 4 month old red girl. Nice shape, although another small size,
well bodied, well ribbed and well angulated

Class 24 – Puppy, 7 entries (4)
1st – Jenivon’s Lady Lush – 6.5 month old black and tan girl, lovely size, lovely proportions. Very
pretty head, nice eyes, ear set, muzzle and good mouth. Good neck, well laid shoulder. She is
deep in chest, good ribbing and well bodied, very well angulated in rear and moved well BPIB

2nd – Linburndax Aston Martin – 7 month old black and tan boy with a masculine head. He is
quite fine in bone, well angulated in front, slightly narrow in rear but moved out well.

3rd - Dragonfly Sparks

Class 25 – Junior, 5 entries (2)
1st – Marvale Rosefinch at Helydon, 15 month old red girl, a beautiful type. Lovely shape. Very
pretty in head – correct eye shape and size, good ears and set, lovely length of muzzle and good
mouth. Long in neck, good chest, good length of keel, well ribbed and very well angulated both
front and rear. Beautifully bodied, moved very well, a very smart girl!

 
2nd – Clentry Deserado, 18 month old black n tan boy, nice type. Lovely head, excellent mouth,
well angulated in front and rear. Decent ribbing another lovely type, moved out well

3rd – Mumysami One Honest Heart

Class 26 – Novice, 6 entries (2)
1st – Stargang Flamingo – 12 month old red bitch who oozes quality. Ultra feminine, excellent
bone. She had beautiful head properties, lovely almond eyes of correct size, excellent head and
foreface and strong, long muzzle, mouth and jaw. She has a lovely neck flowing into well laid
shoulders, she has a beautifully angulated front and rear assembly, so well balanced with
everything in the right place, beautifully bodied and moves well although still unsure of herself –
what a beauty and once she gains her confidence should have a very bright future ahead –
lovely bitch!

 
2nd – Jenivon’s Jenny Wren – 16 month old shaded red bitch, another lovely type! Very pretty
in head, good eye, muzzle shape and mouth. Good neck, beautifully angulated front and rear.
Not as low to ground as 1st place but similar in type. Moved very well, another quality bitch

3rd – Mumysami Star Spangled

Class 27 – Post Graduate Dog, 2 entries
1st – Crosscop Roberto – 17 month shaded red boy. Nice type, good head properties, correct
eye and mouth. Decent neck, well angulated in front, slightly arched in loin, would like longer
second thigh, moved out well enough

2nd – allerbach One More Time – 18 month old black n tan boy. Nice eyes, nice head, ok in
front and rear. Sound in movement

Class 28 – Post Graduate Bitch, 2 entries
1st – Mumysami Beth Level Of Crazy – Almost 2 year old shaded red girl, a lovely type. She has
a wonderful head, good eyes, muzzle (length and shape) and mouth. Lovely neck flowing into
well laid shoulders. Good chest, good front, beautifully bodied. Good length of rib, gently
sloping in croup to tail. Well angulated in rear and moved very well and very sound. She cuts a
lovely profile

2nd – Linburndax Haggis Bon Babe – 3 yr old black n tan girl. Another very nice type. Lovely
head, good eye, ear set muzzle and mouth. Good neck, good chest, well angulated both in front
and rear and moved well

Class 29 – Open Dog, 3 entries (1)
1st – Clentry Tiercel at Marvale – 17 month old black n tan boy, a handsome dog, very honest
and of great quality, not overdone in any way. He’s a lovely size and shape. He has a great head,
correct eye size and shape, good muzzle and excellent mouth. He is beautifully angulated in
front and rear – shoulder blade same length as upper arm and at correct angulation. He has a
good chest, good length of keel and his ribbing goes well back. He is short in loin. His topline is
level with a gently slope through his well-muscled croup to his tail, everything in the right place.
He is well bodied and beautifully balanced on the move, ultra sound boy. He is in top
condition. BD, BOB and went onto win BIS

2nd – Shantallah Secret Shadow at Linburndax– 3 yr old black n tan boy, very smart! Good
head, eye and mouth. Lovely neck, nice shape. Preferred the front angulation of 1st place. Very
well angulated in the rear. He’s a lovely type, moved well and sound

Class 30 – Open Bitch, 4 entries
1st – Jenivon’s Miss Marple – 3 yr old red bitch, a beautiful type. Lovely feminine and pretty
girl. Very classy outline, beautiful in head, lovely eyes of correct shape and size, lovely long
muzzle slightly arched, good mouth. Long graceful neck. She has a good chest and is well ribbed,
short in loin and beautifully angulated both in front and rear, slightly sloping croup and moved
with style, didn’t put a foot wrong today – cuts a lovely profile. BB, RBOB

2nd – Melriding Silver Spangle – 17 month old dapple girl, another quality exhibit, beautifully
put together. Lovely head properties, good chest, excellent ribbing, correctly angulated in front
and rear, balanced girl. Beaten today on more confident movement and showmanship, but
another smart girl none the less.

put together. She has a lovely head and is well angulated front and rear. Moved well – would
have liked more body to finish her off. BB & RBOB

forearm, good ribbing, well angulated in rear and moved well

1st – Code Red Again at Arlatdax – 23 month shaded red boy. Masculine in head, almond eye,
good mouth. Deep in chest, quite narrow in front. Good ribbing, short in loin, well angulated
rear. Moved sound

head, wonderful type, nice outline. Harsh coat. Good body, well ribbed, short in loin well
angulated both front and rear. Lovely shape – cuts a nice profile. Moved very swift and sound
Class 40 – Baby Puppy, 2 entries

1st – Helydon Xeptional Xaya – 4 month old Wild boar bitch of real quality – a beautiful type!
Compact, excellent body, lovely head and facial properties, lovely eye – shape and size, chest
coming, length of keel and ribbing, good in front, excellent in rear angulation. Moved out well –
little live wire, had fun! BBPIS

2nd – Helydon Xtra Xpecial – 4 month old wild boar dog, litter brother to winner – real quality
pups! He’s ever so slightly shorter in rib than his sister, lovely in head - masculine, lovely eyes,
mouth, chest, keel and angulation is excellent. Both pups had a lot of fun, very similar, such a
lovely type!

Class 41 – Puppy, 3 entries (2)
1st – Bimini Moonrise at Carlita – 8 month old wild boar boy, lovely type, lovely shape. He’s
solid in body, very well-muscled. Good head, nice eyes, strong in muzzle and good mouth, good
ear set and placement. Decent angulation in upper arm, good ribbing, good coat texture, very
good rear angulation, well ribbed, moved out very swift and sound. Lovely well balanced
boy. BP, RBOB & RBPIS

Class 42 – Junior, 4 entries (1)
1st – Carlita Jellie Baby – 16 month old wild boar bitch. She has a lovely head, eye – correct size
and shape, good mouth. Good length of neck into well laid shoulders. Decent in front, well
angulated rear – a lovely type! Moved sound and with drive

2nd – Carcorn Driving Miss Daisy – 17 month old wild boar bitch, thicker set girl than 1st place.
Smaller in head, more body. Good in front, narrow in rear, moved ok

3rd – Carcorn Raphael’s Racer

Class 43 – Post Graduate Dog, 1 entry
1st – Bothlyn Trail Blaze – 3 yr old wild boar dog. Good head, lovely type, finer type, beautiful
shape. Well angulated front, decent ribbing, would have liked slightly more length of keel. Well
angulated in rear. Moved out ok – nice shaped dog

1st – Helydon Tartan Talula – 19 month old wild boar bitch, very smart girl another lovely type.
She is beautiful in head, has lovely eyes and good mouth, well set ears of good length. Long in
neck flowing into well laid shoulders. Good upper arm correctly angulated. Good ribbing and
good length of keel with a short loin. Beautifully angulated in the rear, a very balanced girl –
lovely overall package. Harsh in coat, moved out very well and super sound. Stood out today BB,
BOB

2nd – Jolanda Uptown Girl at Bothlyn – 5 yr old brindle bitch another lovely type. Pretty in
head, good eye, mouth and ears (size and set), swan like neck. Good in front, well angulated in
rear, dipped a little at withers, would have preferred a swifter movement
