Dachshund (Long Haired)

Judge : Dot Jordan

MPD. (3). 1. Liddle’s, Morali Springbank. Good front and rear angulation. Nice head. Moved with steady gait. Well handled. BP. 2. Liddles’, Morali Bowmore. Litter brother to first. Not so confident as winner. Not giving off his best. 3. Garlicks’, Ranglewood Azures.

PD. (1). 1. Bong-Iovannis’s, Merrygarth Greve de Leca avec Ankors. Stood alone but worthy of his place. Nice head length of neck. Would prefer more length of body. Moves well.

JD. (1). 1. Barrow’s, Metadal Moon Dancer from Frankanwen. Alone in this class. Lovely head, good eye. Good shoulders and rear angulation. Moved well. Pulled out the stops in the Challenge. RCC.

PGD. (5). 1. Wedges’, Dolan Cupid Arrow. Elegant red dog, lovely head, good eye and angulations. Moved well. 2. Garlicks’, Ranglewood Walnut. Slightly larger type. Preferred the head of first. These dogs will change places on another day. 3. Fexon’s, Darsoms Zmurf.

LD. (7). 1. Oxley’s, Larkhund Latest Destroyer at Owlery. Smaller type black and tan. Elegant, good head and eye. In lovely condition. A credit to his owners. Would like to see him move a little slower as this detracts from rear drive. 2. Burke and Manston’s, Bonavoir Cloney Logan. Larger type b/t. Have always liked this one. Nice head and eye. Not giving her best on the move on the day. 3. Johnson’s, Candane to be Frank at Africandowns.

OD. (4). 1. Swann and Roberts’, Ch. Swansford Lanador. Everything in the right place. Truest of fronts and rear, giving the drive and fluid movement, one would expect a top class dog. Beautifulluy presented. Pleased to award him CC and BOB. 2. Edwars and Parkhurst’s, Danward Sibelius. B/t put down in immaculate condition. Good head and eye. Correct shoulder. Preferred the rear movement on first. 3. Chapman’s, Witchespell War Lord.

MPB. (4). 1. Liddles’, Morali Kinlaith. Good head and eye. Won this class on her soundest of fronts. 2. Plevins’, Morali Caol Ila. Slightly taller. Elegant type. Needs time for front to fill and tighten. Pretty bitch , I’m sure will do well in the future. 3 Garlick’s Ranglewood Anise.

PB (2) 1 Chapman’s Melminds Melly Mel. Elegant young lady. Nice head and eye, good length. Needs to fill in, pressed hard for Best Puppy. 2 Newport’s Merrygarth Greve D’Azette. Pleasant head, good eye. Not the length of the winner and not giving her best on the move.

JB (2) Clarke’s Tekalhaus Kruggerand. Nice size, beautiful head, good eye. Correct front, good rear angulation. Good movement, but played her handler up on the day, but gave enough for me to award the ResCC. 2 Furber’s Dorysa Debutante. Nice head, good eye. Not giving her best on the move and was carrying a little too much weight on the day.

PGB (9) 1 Geeson’s Abydachs Rock N Roll Dream. Slightly larger type. Moves with precision, good head, nice eye. Well made all through. 2 Johnson’s Darsoms Zadriana. Nice head, correct eye. Good front and rear assembly. Moves well. 3 Bardley’s Abydachs Heaven Can Wait.

LB (7) 1 Cross’ Bonavoir Singin the Blues at Logeta. Pleasing B/T. Well handled. Good head and eye. Front assembly good. Moved well. 2. Edwards and Pankhurst’s, Danward Synphony. Smaller b/t. Sweetest of heads. Good expression. Moved well. 3. Grimes’, Frankanwen Vesness Romance via Mondronica.

OB. (3). 1. Larkins’, Swansford Leadora to Larkhund. Loved everything about her. Correct front and rear assembly. Pretty head, correct eye. A fluid movement with drive. One from the top draw. Beautifully presented. CC her second. Should soon gain her title. 2. Geeson’s, Ch. Abydachs Give me the Future. B/t put down in lovely condition. Moved well, Just preferred the size of first. A very worthy Ch. 3. Oxley’s, Owlery Dakota.
