DACHSHUND - LONG HAIRED

PD(3) 1 Metcalfe-Bilgin's Metadale Man Of Distinction. Soundly constructed 11 month s/r, well filled front, super bone and feet, handsome head and expression, at present carries a very heavy puppy coat, which detracts slightly, moved out with good gait. 2 Mitchell's Darsoms Zebedee At Imirika. Very handsome s/r lad of 11 months, is out of a slightly larger mould, very striking with good head carriage, lengthy neck and firm level topline and lovely flat coat. I preferred the front construction of first, moved out smartly. 3 Paskin's Kindeace Jumping Jak Flash.

JD
(2) 1 Cook &Rhodes' Abydachs Rides The Storm To Bournder. 15 month s/r presenting a smart outline, balanced angulation, good forechest, firm topline and ribs carried well back, liked his good bone/feet, carried himself well and moved out soundly. 2 Hutton's River Rumpus Through Dachalune. 15 month b/t, nicely balanced with smart outline, just preferred the head shape nd carriage of first.

PGD
(3) 1 Hutton's Rolo Rascal Over Dachalune. 2 McClennan's Bronia Judas Kiss At Cheguevar. Liked both of these s/r. Close decision between them, both have handsome masculine heads, dark eyes and strong muzzles, well filed oval thorax, ample bone and bunched feet, balanced angulation fore and aft, lengthy ribbing, excellent flat coats, the decider was the head carriage of first. To be picky, thought second was slightly lower to ground and needed a touch more length of neck. 3 Foss' Kindeace Laird Of Lochloy.

LD
(1) 1 Dunnet's Fragglerock Zontor. Heavily coated red (which spoils outline) who was well put together and moved out steadily, carriage and outline would be enhanced with more reach of neck.

OD
(3) 1 Mitchell's Ch Bronia Lotario JW. CC and BOB. Easy to see how this handsome lad has done so well, has the style, carriage and vigour to outshine the opposition, lovely masculine head, dark eyes and excellent pigmentation, well filled oval thorax, good width through front, great bone and well bunched feet, soundly constructed fore and aft, holds a firm outline on the go around, moves soundly with great animation. 2 McFaul's Ch/Ir Ch Dachville Distant Dream. RCC. Soundly constructed red with lots to like, pleased in all aspects, lovely front construction, flatter coat, would have enhanced the outline, moved soundly and true, just could not match the style, carriage and presence of first. 3 Dunbar's Bronia Fernando ShCM.

PB
(3) 1 Mitchell's Bronia American Liberty At Imirika. RCC and BP. Eyecatching clear red of 10 months, very elegant and feminine, at present lacking coat, which actually enhances her outline, liked everything about her, good construction front and rear, lovely head/eye, well proportioned body, well ribbed back and firm in topline, moved out soundly with good carriage. 2 Warke's Glasvey Sioux City Sue. 8 month clear red, attractive conical head and dark eye, good bone, feet, pleased in forechest, lengthy ribbing, at present does not have the balanced proportions of first, is set lower to ground, was a little reluctant on the go around. 3 Paskins' Kindeace Annie Get Ya Gun.

JB
(2) 1 Paskin's Abydachs Summer Dream At Kindeace. Most attractive and elegant s/r of 12 months, lovely head and dark eyes, reachy neck, balanced angulation, well ribbed back and was firm in topline, moved out soundly, should do well. 2 Bright's Cassenburne Enchanter. 12 month red out of slightly smaller mould, found her to be well constructed front and rear, pleased in head and eye, firm in topline, would be enhanced with slightly more length of neck, was a bit reluctant on the go around.

PGB
(1) 1 Dunbar &McNaughton's Bronia Velveteen. 18 month b/t with lots to like, carries a smart, flat coat, has an attractive head and eye, has a reachy neck, prominent pro sternum and is well ribbed back, moved out really well, but all this is spoilt by being very narrow all through.

LB
(1) 1 Mitchell's Bronia Estee. 23 month b/t of pleasing size and construction, holds herself well with firm topline, well filled front, balanced angulation front and rear, good bone/feet, moved out soundly and smartly, would prefer better head proportions with longer muzzle.

OB
(3, 1) 1 McFaul's Ir Ch Dachville Special Blend. CC. Very elegant b/t, pleasing head/eye, presents a super outline with good head carriage, reachy neck, firm topline, lengthy ribbing, well filled oval thorax with prominent pro-sternum, good bone/feet, moves out soundly with animation, excellent presentation, with super flat coat. 2 Cook &Rhodes' Bournder Frankincense. 4 year s/r who has the basic requirements, pleasing head/eye, oval thorax, reachy neck, ribbing well back, good bone, however, she was very reluctant on the table and did not move with the style or carriage of first.
