PD (1) 1 Duchesne's Darsoms Zamba Of Scandell. Pale red at his first show, very nicely constructed with well-placed shoulder and good return, prominent forechest, good brisket and ribbing, lean head of good length and balance, correct eye, moving soundly from strong quarters and keeping a good outline albeit was a little overawed at times and lost concentration, Best Puppy.
JD (1) 1 Lewis' Trixhund Euphoria. Smartly turned out sable red, masculine head of good length, strength and balance, good eye, strong in neck, good shoulder placement and prominent forechest, good width to front with elbows held tightly in, nicely boned, good solid body, ribs well back, level topline, strong rump, nicely angled quarters and good padded feet, in fine coat and moving with some style here. Best Dog & BOB.
PGD (2) 1 Duchesne's Darsoms Zifi Of Scandell. Red with good masculine head, nicely shaped eye, well set shoulder, level topline, for preference, would prefer slightly more body, pushed off well on the move and was more settled than second. 2 Alford & Worth's Dachslur Diddleydo At Deeseedax. Black/tan of much heavier proportions in head and in body, although displays a decent outline and has good front and rear, he is completely sound, quite thickly coated, could do with more verve on the move.
OD (5) 1 Pankhurst's Marshwick Black Boots. Res BD. Black/tan, lean masculine head and dark well shaped eye, decent length of neck, width to front good, liked his overall balance, good brisket, level back of good length, used quarters well, shown in good condition, handled and moving well here in this nice class and thoroughly enjoying himself. 2 Duchesne's Darsoms Zane Of Scandell. Red with black fringes, appealing and was a toss up between second and third place here, they were both of similar size and balance, both quite masculine in head, well off for bone and body, level toplines, this one was more positive in his movement than third on the day who was slightly lethargic. 3 Fricker's Dachslur In His Prime ShCM.
PB (2) 1 Clarke's Tekalhaus Million To One. Red that was like a little stick of dynamite, just full of herself, quite refined in head and a tad more strength to muzzle would make all the difference, liked her eye shape, good forehand and strong rear, needs to watch her weight although she was just about ok, any more would not suit her, level back, strong quarters pushing off well but was so exuberant she carried her tail a bit too gaily. 2 Broome's Homonym Ignite The Light. Paler red, attractive feminine head with slightly more stop and slightly fuller eye than first, she was of good size and condition, had depth to brisket, a level topline and was well bodied, lost out in front and rear to first at this stage which showed when she moved.
JB (2) 1 Cheese's Suecaseus Juliet. Black/tan, feminine with gleaming coat, muzzle of good length and balance to headshape, adequate neck, good forechest and front ok, nicely bodied with level back, moved well enough in profile. 2 Broome & Broome's Homonym Ignite The Light.
PGB (2) 1 Cheese's Suecaseus Desdemona. Black/tan and sister to previous class winner, very similar in look and proportions, had appeal and was presented well,  just lost out to the flowing movement of the Open winner in the challenge. Res BB. 2 Broome & Broome's Homonym Ignite The Light.
OB (1) 1 Sutton's Lillymai Flower By Damai. Black/tan, nicely balanced feminine bitch, who was well constructed throughout, hands flowed over her outline smoothly, liked her forechest, front and rear, had good brisket, correct length of back, strong topline, moving well with purpose, liked her. Best Bitch.
