I would like to thank the Committee for inviting me to judge this prestigious show and my stewards for ensuring things ran smoothly. Thank you, exhibitors, for a good entry and some lovely dogs for me to assess. Some lovely temperaments and clean teeth - nice to see. Keels in several are short and need some serious thought in future matings. This reflected in my winners today. *Sp Beg D* 1 Dimon's Labbadax Inspiration For Dimerlin. Rich red dog with houndy head and deep set loving eyes carried on a strong sturdy neck leading into well placed shoulders, enough ribbing, good length of keel, good rear angles. Moved ok but could do with some road walking to improve and tighten feet and muscletone. 2 Cheese's Suecaseus Juliet. Nice dark eyes, front and shoulders good, of good size. Moved steadily. *MPD* 1 Hutton's Abbilis Theoden By Dachalune. BPD. Masculine head, good depth of muzzle on a long reachy neck, plenty of prosternum, level topline but lost it on the move. This boy was a bit unsettled today to be expected in a baby but with a few more months on him should be a super dog. Really liked, one to watch. *PD* 1 Booth's Romeo Rude To Abbalongdat (Imp Ltu). Red dog with good head and almond eyes, would prefer longer keel and more bone. Looked very rangy today, needs time to body up. Would like to see him in a year's time. Lots to like - more to give. *JD* 1 Dare's Swansford Lionelladora Darsomes. Quality dog, a lovely head, kind expressive eyes, reachy neck with good layback of shoulder, good angles front and rear. This dog is lovely to go over, so very well put together and still maturing nicely. Moved effortlessly. Well handled and beautifully presented. So proud to award him his second CC and see him awarded Best In Show. 2 Garlick's Ranglewood Harvest Song. Another lovely dog, not the head of first but good in neck, front, shoulders, topline and angulation. Moved out well and with drive. *PGD* 1 Marks' Labbadax Kiton. This dog is of a good size and shape, well filled front, enough turn of stifle. Moved out well for and aft. 2 Marsh's Marshwick A Touch Of Magic. Black and tan of good sound construction, masculine head on a good length of neck, flowing into strong powerful shoulders, good front with plenty of width between front legs, good length of keel, well sprung ribs allowing plenty of heartroom. Strong bone on sturdy well padded feet - nice to see. Strong quarters. Sadly would not move out and use these attributes today. A good honest dog. *LD* 1 Roberts' Swansford Grantador. Eyecatching dark shaded red, good head with a lovely deep muzzle, plenty of forechest, good in shoulder, another with strong bone, powerful rear which he used to his advantage, enough ground clearance. Well handled, RCC. 2 Garlick's Rangleoood Arashi. Another nice one. Preferred his head to first, but lacked the ribbing and length of keel. However, lots to like and looked good on the move. *OD* 1 Dare's Darsoms Zybrox. Handsome hound with a masculine head, dark eyes, well set on ears, reachy neck into good layback of shoulders, well made front, long ribbing, powerful well made rear, short hocks, well padded feet. Moved with drive and purpose. Shown in beautiful condition. 2 Mitchell's Ch Bronia True Legacy. Super dog, pushed hard for first placing, good in head, neck, and shoulders. Would like a better spring of rib, good turn of stifle. Moved well coming towards me but close behind going away. Just preferred first overall. *VD* 1 Mitchell's Ch Bronia Lotario JW. Stunning OAP. Beautifully presented - can see why he's where he is, soundly made all through. Well handled. 2 Geeson's Abydachs Kicks Up A Storm. Another golden oldie, very stylish tough decision between these two lovely dogs and not a lot between them in age, both moved well, just felt 1st had the edge today. *MPB* 1 Fossett's Brysdax Coco Mademoiselle. Nice youngster very in tune with her handler. Plenty of front, good reach of neck, well placed shoulders, rear needs to strengthen, with time should do well. Good luck with her. 2 Cole's Andromeda Galaxy. This puppy was hard to assess but has some good points, well worth working on. Needs firmer handling. *PB* 1 Geeson's Abydachs Miraval. To build anything you need a good foundation and this bitch has it, still very young with plenty of time to mature into a lovely elegant lady. Feminine head, almond eyes, good depth of muzzle, long reachy neck, well placed shoulders, nice tight feet, of good length, enough ground clearance, good turn of stifle. Moved with alacrity and style. One to watch. Really deserved her first CC and BP. 2 Booth's Raphaela Rude To Abbalongdat. Liked this one better than her brother, would like longer forearm, level topline kept on the move. Just needs time. *JB* 1 Garlick's Ranglewood Trick Or Treat. This bitch is very well put together, super shoulders, enough bone, good spring and length of rib, nice size with a lovely rear. Moved out well and with drive. 2 Mitchell's Bronia Supernatural. Well presented bitch, feminine in head, enough forechest, good layback of shoulder, level topline. Moved out well. *PGB* 1 Marsh's Marshwick Morning Cloud. Black and tan bitch, best keel in this class by far, enough neck and front, good bone and feet, well sprung ribs carried well back, well placed shoulders, neat underline, well made hammy rear, well muscled. Moved out well. 2 Hutton's Dachalune Annysia. This bitch is better on the move than on the stack, where she loses her topline, needs to strengthen with some gentle exercise. Lots to like about her and she moved out well. Needs time to come together. *LB* 1 Garlick's Ranglewood Laurel. Like this one, lovely head and eye, good earset, plenty of forechest, super shoulders, of good length, clean underline, hammy quarters. Moved out really well. 2 Dare's Darsomes Zeunice. Another nice one from this kennel. Lots to like about her. Just preferred the prosternum of first. Lost her topline on the move today. *OB* 1 Roberts' Swansford Gemmadora. RCC. Super girl with an excellent front, very well constructed throughout, well balanced, moved out with drive and purpose. Deserved her RCC. 2 McNaughton's Cedavoch Circe. Another lovely bitch, close contender. Really well put together, nice tight elbows, well ribbed, good bend of stifle, lovely rich colour. Just preferred movement of first today. *VB* 1 Garlick's Ranglewood Genista. This beautiful girl is 9 years old and in stunning condition. She is very well constructed, loved her front and quarters, well balanced and moved freely. A credit to her owner.
