Richmond Championship Show 2021

Like the wires, I feel this variety is in a good place at present, Temperaments were excellent throughout. All were of good size, masculine dogs, feminine bitches, quality really showing through in the younger classes. I was spoilt for choice and thrilled with all my winners.

1st: MCNAUGHTON’s Cedavoch Struuan

Wow! When your first class starts with something this stunning, you know you are in for some real treats. This young male has so much quality in every area, super head, well arched neck, correct shoulders, good length of upper arm, well ribbed, deep keel, strong topline and well rounded rear with short parallel hocks. He moves with great reach in front and drives with ease. Keeps his shape viewed from every angle. Top honours await him I am sure. Great pleasure in awarding him CC, BP and BOB

2nd HUNT Pelirroja joined forces with carpaccio
Another super type , just needing full maturity now to complete the picture. Well proportioned masculine head with correct shape dark oval eye. Proud head carriage with good reach of neck which flows smoothly into well laid shoulders with good return of upper arm Overall good body shape for age with good spring of rib and flowing underline. Well let down quarters with good bend of stifle.

1st: VAITEKUNAITE  Milendo Justin Thyme

This elegant boy had an attractive head, carried on a lengthy neck. Shoulders well laid back and  topline was firm and level, shapely on the move. He has good, balanced angulation  and hindquarters and this construction enabled him to move out freely.

1st:  HUNT, Mr J E Carpaccio Suchard

Striking male, How lovely to see such a dark rich colouring on a chocolate dapple, extremely well marked. Well chiselled head, super arch neck, well laid shoulders. Firm topline, deep keel ribs well back. Good angulation, neat hocks. Very easy on the move keeping his outline at all times. Put in a faultless performance to take RCC in good company.

1st: CHAUHAN Raajput's Blacky Returns

Super young dog, full of promise. Sound mover, showing his pads as he drives away from you. Good head and eye, nice length of neck, good front assembly onto well kept feet. Sound topline moving and standing, well presented in excellent body and coat condition.

2nd:MCNAUGHTON Ralines Last Tango

Excellent bone and substance. Correct shoulders. Good front, well muscled quarters. Excellent  feet. Good topline and ribbing, nice short hocks and drives out well with Sound free movement. Well handled and presented

3rd: ROBERTSON & ROBERTSON Rijobeau Jack the Lad at Ravenwood

Masculine type of ideal size. So well balanced. Correct shoulders and front. Well angulated muscled quarters. Long ribbing, short  loin. Chunky feet. Moved with great ring presence. Beautiful head and eye. Just needing to relax a little. Liked him very much in a strong line up. 
2nd: MCNAUGHTON, Cedavoch Finwe

Well made all through presented a nice outline stacked and moving. Good reach of neck well placed forehand, good ribbing, well made hindquarters. Moved well.

1st:  HUNT Ch Lauralee Huckleberry Finn At Carpaccio
Such a handsome masculine dog a worthy champion.. Perfectly balanced, lovely expression with strong jaw. Excellent width and depth of forechest with sweeping underline Elbows tight. As expected with this kennel he is in good hard gleaming condition. He moved out with an effortless stride keeping his outline in profile with excellent reach and drive and parallel movement fore and aft.

1st: HIGGINS Ralines lindy hop into leveliss

The most attractive baby girl. Balanced head, lovely expression, elegant neck running on to very well placed shoulders. lengthy ribbing, strong loin. A picture of balance which showed in her movement showing off her super outline on the move and standing. In gleaming condition.
2nd: LOCKE Lauralee The American Dream

Another very attractive bitch, she hasn’t quite got the strength of foreface of the winner but has good reach of neck running on to laid back shoulders. She has long ribbing, nicely angulated rear and moved out with reach and drive around the ring. Presented in good body and coat condition.

1st: HIGGINS leveliss a lover spurned

Still a puppy but quite mature. And well grown. She has a lovely feminine but typy head shape and expression. Not the firm body lines  as yet but needs to strengthen in back and top-line. True forechest with good front and rear angulations; plenty of quality and promise. Moved well in front with good extension.
2nd: MASKINA Vivavini Dach at Merilandax

Very much on European style, taller and finer, lacked ribbing and topline was not as firm as some. Straighter in upper arm and lacked hind angulation.

Quality exhibit to go over. Correct in head which is feminine and  correct conical shape with a keen eye & expression. Good neck & forequarters, excels in rib with good topline & underline which leads to a well angulated rear. Moved out with purpose. Presented in good order.

2nd: MASKINA Vivavini Dach at Merilandax

1st: STARK Adnerbs Won Vision Of Gobannium JW

I saw this girl at 6 months and predicted a bright future.She is honest and sound.Well defined features,nice length of neck, excellent shoulders, nice length of upper arm. Plenty of ribbing, good strong toplie. Short hocks. Drives around the ring holding a her outline at all times.Happy to award her RCC in very good company.

2nd: HEELS & HEELS Daxanory Ravishing Minx
Feminine bitch with many qualities.  Good head, eye and expression. Well made throughout with good angulation front and rear.  Strong topline adding to her clean balanced outline.  Moved well but not just as positive as winner today.

1st:  CHAUHAN Adnerb Forever Charmed at Raajput 

Flashy stylish girl,real quality throughout.  Good head, dark eye and strong neck.  Excellent front construction with well laid shoulder, prominent deep forechest and  with ribs going well back.  Short muscled loin and powerful well angulated quarters.  Used all her assets on the move covering the ground with drive and extension. In the challenge felt she just needs to fill out a touch.

smart bitch with good front, pretty head, well arched neck. Well ribbed keeping a pleasing outline, nicely angulated, moved out well with ease.

1st:  CHAUHAN, Dr M Adnerbs Take A Chance On Me At Raajput

Classical style presented in superb condition, so balanced and well put together, Dark well shaped eye, feminine head, correct length of neck, good shoulder placement and upper arm. Topline sustained on the move. Neat underline and good length of rib. Hind angulations excellent. On the move she covers the ground with ease, good front reach and drive. In superb condition. Hard to fault. BCC

2nd: NORTON, Miss M Ch Matzell Martha

Another of excellent type and quality, Good head and reach of neck, well placed shoulders good upper arm, ribbing well back, strong topline, nice short hocks used well on the move.
