I did enjoy my day and was honoured to be invited to judge the final challenge for BIS, BV and BP. All the dogs that came forward were a joy to go over and I was spoilt for choice. BIS McFaul’s Std L/H Ch/Ir Ch/Int Ch Darsoms Zwagerson. I found later that he was achieving this win for the second yr running. A superb d in every respect. Must be the most experiences Dachshund traveller but neither he or his owner showed the slightest sign of fatigue and he dominated the ring; RBIS Robert’s Miniature L/H b Ch Denver’s Babycham. Beautiful exhibit, balanced, full of quality and moving soundly, looked a picture. BV Turner’s Black/tan standard smooth Ch Marictur Material Girl. Hard to believe she is a Veteran, I have known and admired her over the yrs and she was looking really good today. BP Blackburn’s Bennett’s Miniature W/H b Stargang Photo Finish. This was the one I would have really liked to take home. A real gem she must have a great future ahead.
