BEST IN SHOW
I enjoyed my day and had top quality dogs
competing for the top spot. BIS was Bethel's, Ch. Hampdach Autumn Quest.
This super Smooth with his coat the colour of burnished copper took my
eye immediately, which his sound, free movement, and proud head
carriage. He fits the breed standard perfectly, without any
exaggeration. Classic head, excellent front assembly, topline and well
muscled and angulated quarters, give a lovely picture. Has bone and
substance in a nice sized package. He impressed me greatly. RBIS was
Dance's, Ch/Ir Ch. Emen Nipper in the Air. Quality brindle dog with
correct harsh double coat. Super type. Very sound on the move. He keeps
excellent outline. Has drive from behind. Loved his head and eye giving
him that mischievous expression I love a wire to have. He is pleasing to
go over. Construction good all through. BPIS was Plant's, Merehill
Whirlybird. Stunning b/t Min Smooth. So composed and together for a
Minor Puppy. There is nothing I would change. So much bone and substance
for size and still very feminine. Classic head, dark oblique eye. Reachy
neck running into a very good shoulder and correct front assembly.
Excellent top and correct underline (no cut up here) is long, low and
level but with ground clearance. Strong, well angulated quarters which
gave here plenty of drive. Her true, free movement is a joy to see. Has
so much promise for the future. RBPIS was Leyshon's, Jadag Silver Heir
with Picjlescott. This Min Longhaired dog has good well defined dapple
markings with correct flat sikly coat. Pleased in head and eye and all
over body construction. Has bone and substance. Has good turn of stifle.
Outline good. Movement both sound and true, if a little reluctant at
times.
