From an interesting line up of 6 BOB winners and a super veteran who was giving nothing away to the younger element, I chose Roberts’, Min Long Ch. Denver’s Babycham who at nearly 3, was bang on form and one of the super girls that impressed so much in my bitch rich entry at last years Crufts. Whether standing or moving and she projected the same impressive type and outline. Excelling in balance. Quality and femininity was was very good value for top spot. RBIS This went to the 2 year old Chocolate/tan bitch, Rawson’s, Laurtom First Edition from Sunhaze. A very typical daughter of one of my favourite stud dogs, who had earlier won her first CC. She had caught my eye the only time I had seen her from ringside was last years. So it was a great pleasure to go over her and confirm that first impression. A sound, strongly made girl of great type and quality. BPIS was Sexton’s, Wire, Cloudside Rheane at Molloney. Just 7 months old and a very well grown. girl. Full bodied girl who powered around the ring, driving from her strong rear and covering the ground with purpose and freedom to leave the issue in no doubt. RBPIS was Brooks’s, Min Long, Lyndarlea Earth Tremor. A very self assured 9 months old little man who was very satisfying to go over. Well bodied. A neat size and who moved in such a collected manner for one so young. Keeping a good outline at all times. I hope both these puppies go on as well as they have started and fulfil their potential.
