I was delighted to be invited to judge Best In Show at
the Miniature Dachshund club Ch show on 10/2/19.
I had some super dogs forward & a very pleasant
atmosphere prevailed
My thanks to the committee for their kind invitation&
the warm welcome extended.
It proved to be the Miniature Wire Haired Dachshund's
day!

Blackburn-Bennett's Ch Stargang Catch The Rainbow.
Red Min Wire bitch to whom I have awarded top honours before. An absolutely
exquisite bitch of lovely type with an exceptionally harsh jacket for a
red.
Put down to the minute in clean, hard, muscular
condition. She moved with reach& drive using her powerful hind assembly to
advantage maintaining a firm topline at all times.

Red Miniature Long Haired dog of super type& shape,
immaculately presented& handled as always by this kennel.
I was pleased to get the chance to go over him& was not
disappointed. Smart mover with an excellent topline.

Dance's Emem Summer Sunshine, Min Wire bitch of
10 months. Mature for her age & stood away here. Of super make& shape with a
great coat she absolutely powered around the ring showing a clean pair of
heels. Really well presented& handled to get the best from her,I'm sure she
must have a very bright future.

Smooth bitch with much to commend her.
Delightfully happy temperament & although giving away a
bit in maturity to the Min Wire she moved really well here.

Another cracking Min Wire bitch. Neat & tidy all
through& put down in lovely bloom by her clever breeder, she could,
I'm sure, still trouble the best in breed competition.
Sound& purposeful mover with a firm topline, she stood
away here.
