PD. (4). 1. Coxon’s, D’Arisca Supernatural. Exciting youngster. Lovely type and quality. Showing and moving with the style and confidence of one much older. In best coat and condition. BP and Puppy Stakes winner on the day. 2. Callow’s, Garthorne Man in Black. Good head eye and ears. Well set neck, nicely developed in ribs and body for age. Good legs and feet. Learning the job well. If maturity in kind should do well. 3. Blackburn’s, Bardachs Santa Cruz to Stargang.
JD. (2). 1. Plant’s, Merehill Newz Encounter. Masculine, balanced outline. Typical head, reachy neck, ribs go well back. Firm level topline. Nicely angulated front and rear. Moved out with good reach and drive. Added another RCC to his growing collection. 2. Forrest’s, Bute’s Fireburst. Well proportioned. Good head pattern. Pleasing forehand, topline and tail. Will take time to come together and firm up in movement.
PGD. (4). 1. Luke’s, Corrieknowe Circassian. Mature rising 3 years old. Deep ribs going well back. Strong topline. Nicely angulated muscular rear. Dense short coat. 2. McAlister’s, Lochfyne Rakino. Promising s/r yearling. Approaching maturity well. Can fill out a little more yet. Good movement and carriage. 3. Nairn’s, Stargang Lucky Strike.
LD. (2). 1. Holt and Evans’s, Tolevas Trojan Prince. Smart well bodied b/t. Moved out with reach and drive retaining his good outline. In best coat and condition. 2. Nairn’s, Stargang Lucky Strike. Nice size, well bodied 5 years old, in good from. Co-operated well with his handler. Steady, positive movement.
OD. (2). 1. Coxon’s, Ch. D’Arisca in Confidence. Long low and compact. Pleasing head, eye and ears. Well set neck, good length and depth of ribbing. Correct construction enabled him to move true with reach and drive. His confidence and carriage completed the picture. CC. 2. Herrington’s, Lucky Chance at Katgington. Very nice head, strong neck. Firm body. 5 years old and perhaps not the underline he once had. In best coat and condition.
PB. (4). 1. Coxon’s, D’Arisca Devine Madness. Attractive type and quality. Balanced outline. Not as far on as her bother Supernatural. Both have inherited many of the qualities of their sire who won the CC. 2. Callow’s, Lady in Black. Low, compact and typical. Same remarks apply to those for her brother Mn in Black. Full of promise. 3. Metcalfe’s, Bronia Passionate Portia.
JB. (1). 1. Widdop’s, Jondac Golden Dream. Feminine red. Lovely head, eyes and expression, ears well set and carried. Good bone and feet. Firm body. Strong hindquarters producing good drive.
PGB. (1). 1. Melbourne ‘s, Miss Mekriding. Good conformation that enabled her to move freely with a nice stride. Head of pleasing pattern, dark eye and pigmentation. Ribs and body, handled well. Lovely temperament.
LB. (6). 1. Munt’s, Pipersvale Stella Artois. Quality feminine clear red. Excellent head properties. Clean neck, firm body. Moved out with style and confodence retaining her good outline. In best coat and condition. 2. Callow’s, Garthorne’s Highlight. Lovely s/r of highest quality. Pressed winner all the way. She too will have her admirers and should do well. 3. Melbourne’s, Melriding Appamatoy.
OB. (8). The best
class of the day with all places strongly contested. 1. Callow’s, Ch. Garthorne
Leading Lady. To win this class, CC and BOB and finish 2nd in the Group to the
Ultimate BIS winner is testament to her type, quality, soundness and character.
Did the breed proud. 2. Metcalfe’s, Bronia Saucy Sara at Metadale. Impressive
outline. Head well carried on clean well set neck. Nicely angulated front and
rear. Good legs and feet. Level back. Short strong loins. Just 2 years old, like
others which were placed in this class had the potential to reach the top. RCC.
