MINIATURE SMOOTH HAIRED
JD. (3). 1. Punter’s, Welcumen Mr Cool. Lovely red dog with a super happy temperament. Good head, nice dark eye. Good front and feet. Good lay back of shoulder and nice tight elbows. Well angulated. Moved very well keeping a good level topline. BD and BOB. A little cracker!
PGD. (1). 1. Bursey’s, Berrycourt Joint Statement. Shaded red with a good head and nice dark eye. Nicely angulated and moved smartly around the ring. Would like more length of rib and he would benifit from a bit more weight.
OD. (2). 1. Punter’s, Ch. Welcumen Whiskey. Smart black and tan. Good head and eye. A little narrow in front. Good shoulders and tight elbows. Good length of ribbing. Superb profile both standing and moving, but tends to move rather wide behind. RBD.
PB. (2). 1. Reed’s, Deercroft Midnite Magnolia. Very nice black and tan puppy. Well off for bone and substance. Good front and nice tight feet. Good layback of shoulder, tight elbows. Nicely ribbed, level, topline. Well balanced giving off a nice profile. Moves very soundly. BP. 2. Kelland’s, Celticjills Dazzler at Amanjidax. Nice head, good front. Rather short in ribbing. Could not assess movement as she did nothing but bunny hop!
JB. (3). 1. Voaden’s, Berrycourt Black Magic. Liked this one a lot. Very close decision for BB between her and the Open class winner. Lovely to go over. So nicely balanced with everything in the right place. Long low and level. Moved true both fore and aft. RBB.
PGB. (4). 1. Reed’s, Deercroft Dolly Daydream. Smart black and tan. Good head and eye. Good level topline. Nicely angulated. Won this class on balance and outline. Would like better hind movement. 2. Gates’s, Berrycourt Sweet Memories of Setaga. Shorter coupled black and tan with good head, front and feet. Unfortunately tended to roach. 3. Pepper’s, Deercroft Shades of Red.
LB. (3). 1. Ercis’s, Bronia Stunning Sophia for Siouxline. Very nice red bitch. Good head and expression. Neat front and nice tight elbows. Good length of ribbing. Very nicely balanced and well off for bone. Moved with drive. 3. Gates’s, Berrycourt Sweet Memories of Red.
OB. (2). 1. Young’s, Willowheath Wanda. Lovely elegant black and tan. Good head and dark eye. Good front and feet. Nice reach of neck. Well placed shoulders and tight elbows. Good length of ribbing. Well angulated. Another true mover. Very similar in type to the Junior bitch winner. So this critique applies to them both. Just preferred Wanda’s extra reach of neck. BB.
