MINIATURE SMOOTH HAIRED
MPD. (5,3). 1. Macdonald's, D'arisca Devil Mat Care. Red. Neat compact. Strode out well. 2. Palin's, Sanmic Choky. 8 months old choc/tan. Lovely head. More rangy than winner and movement erratic at present. PD. (4,1). 1. Coxon's, D'arisca Due Dilligence. 10 months old red. Well angulated behind. Long ribbing reaching well back. Strong masculine head. 2. Reed's, Deercroft Double Dare. 9 months old b/t. Lovely forechest but smaller all through than winner. 3. Young's, Youngline Dream Keeper. JD. (5,1). 1. Kent's, Barratini Jeeves at Lokmadi. Good depth of keel. Well ribbed. Strong out well. Threw away his chances in the Challenge by flying his tail. 2. Medley's, Wingcrest Highland Fling. Red brindle. Loved him stacked but a little close behind moving away. 3. Mitchell's, Bronia Calvino. PGD . (5,1). 1. Kent's, Barratini Jeeves at Lokmadi. 2. Shutt's, Just Dreaming at Donnadoon. Choc/tan. Lovely outline. Really good clean mover. Deserved his place in this class. 3. Hartley's, Minimead Malachi at Lyrosh. LD. (10,2). 1. Robert's, Denver Midnight Sun. Red. Masculine head. Excellent shoulder angulation. Good length of ribbing. Won this class with ease by his correct movement. CC. 2. Macdonald's, Bensarka the Midas Touch. Deep keel. Good ribbing. Moved well in profile. 3. Mead's, Minimead Minisota. OD . (7,2). 1. Ergis's, Ch. Siouxline Indigo JW Sh CM. B/t. Good depth of chest. Good length of ribbing. Well angulated behind. Lost out to the younger dog in the Challenge. RCC. 2. Coxon's, On the Double D'arisca. Good head, good length of ribbing. 3. Callow's, Garthorp Top Gear. V . (3,2). 1. Watkinson's, Manakoora Koh O Noor. 9 years old red bitch. Correct shoulders. Knew the ropes and enjoyed her day out. Especially her sausage later. In my view I felt the bitches generally had more quality than the dogs. MPB . (12,5). 1. Jones's, Batendach Red Light at Radcliffe. 7 months old red girl. Correct shoulder placement. Good head and eye. Good length of ribbing. Moved well. 2. Worswick's, Belezieth Sweet Jewel of Dolyharp. Also 7 months old b/t. Another nice head. Reachy neck and correct shoulder placement. Very little to choose between these two and I am sure they will chance places many times. 3. Daykin's, Barratini Scarlett Ribbon. PB. (8,2). 1. Ergis's, Siouxline April Folly. 7 months old red but very mature. Correct shoulder placement. Lovely head and eye. Strode out well, very typy. A little more leg length than the second in this class, but well balanced. BPIB and RBPIS. 2. Worswick's, Kireton Alma of Dolyharp. 10 months old b/t. Different type to winner very mature. Well developed depth of keel. Correct shoulder placement and good length of ribbing. Was splitting hairs in my placements here in my final decision. 3. Coxon's, D'arisca Dark and Delicious. JB. (12,3). 1. Daykin's, Barratini Jilly Copper. B/t. Excellent prosternum. Well angulated behind. Good length of ribbing. Good head and eye. Lovely head carriage. Strode out correctly with confidence. RCC. 2. Shuker's, Yewlitt Amelia. B/t. Similar comments apply and I'm sure these two will exchange places frequently. Just unfortunate to be in the same class together. 3. Blackburn-Bennett's, Stargang Lotus Elite. PGB. (18,5). 1. Ergis's, Siouxline Cinderella JW. Red. Good prosternum. Correct shoulders. Good length of ribbing. Strong out well maintaining topline. 2.
