MINIATURE SMOOTH-HAIRED

PD
(3) 1 Coxon’s D’Arisca Low And Behold. Won this class on length of ribbing and his beautiful correct front, masculine head, lovely make and shape. 2 Reynolds’ Glenariff Einstein. Very good overall conformation, lovely masculine head, very good prosternum, very sound on the move, very nice overall. 3 Bate’s Batendach Say It All.

JD
(3) 1 Williams’ Cwmdarhian Benjamin Button. Looked lovely on the move, was feeling the cold stacked but lovely overall proportions, lovely length of ribbing, masculine head, loved him. BPIB. 2 Shutt’s Donnadoon Explorer Of Donnadoon. Difficult decision as this looked lovely standing but first looked better going around, lower to ground which I like, than first and with better reach of neck but first had better ribbing. 3 Jamison &McDonnell’s Barisse Spreads The Magic With Smartdac.

PGD
(2) 1 Williams &Jones’ Cwmdarhian Billy The Kid. Young red dog I have admired from the ringside, very good length of ribbing, well fitted front, masculine head, overall well angulated front and rear, altogether of a piece. Today was feeling the cold and lost out to his litter mate. 2 Jamison &McDonnell’s Barisse Spreads The Magic With Smartdac. Lovely make and shape, showed well and presented very well. I preferred first on the move.

LD(2) 1 Kent’s Barratini Jeeves At Lokmadi JW. Young, upstanding dog who is all of a piece, masculine head, excellent front and well ribbed, very well angulated front and rear, pressed very hard for top honours. I am sure his day will come. 2 Winchurch’s Brianolf Malachite. Very nice overall red dog, not showing as well as first, as many were affected by the cold, preferred shoulder placement of first, very sound on the move and with excellent pigmentation.

OD
(3) 1 Callow’s Ch Garthorne Top Gear JW. Have admired this dog from the ringside and he fulfilled my expectations on examination, so well angulated front and rear, best of feet, lovely bone and very elegant on the move. DCC. 2 Ashwell-Carter’s Ch Siouxline Isaac JW ShCM. Worthy champion who has to be examined on the table to appreciate that everything flows into place as it did on the move, quite the most beautiful head. Res CC. 3 Bate’s Batendach Limelight Jn Ch.

PB
(5) 1 Walkling’s Stargang Ring Of Roses. Lovely red bitch who won here on her very stylish movement and her lovely head and reach of neck, well filled front, dark pigment, well ribbed, needs to fill out to complete the picture. 2 Callow’s Garthorne Miss Dynamite. Lovely b/t who was again feeling the cold, preferred head of first but beautifully angulated front and rear and one for the future, very stylish on the move. 3 Coxon’s D’Arisca Be Dazzled.

JB
(9) 1 Ergis’ Siouxline April Folly JW. Lovely clear red bitch. Best of heads with very dark pigmentation, long ribbing, nicely angulated, good length to height ratio and very stylish altogether. 2 Walkling’s Stargang Ring Of Roses. 3 Kent’s Toniajavae Indian Passion At Lokmadi.

PGB
(5) 1 Williams’ Cwmdarhian Molly Malone. Very nice altogether youngster who is all of a piece, excellent head, good reach of neck and very good overall proportions with well filled front. I would prefer longer ribbing to complete the picture. 2 Morrison’s Benzden Lady Gaga. Feminine head with lovely overall make and shape, sound and nicely angulated with very good ribbing. I felt was carrying too much weight. 3 Kent’s Clentry Seaflower At Stargang.

LB(6) 1 Coxon’s Rose Darque At D’Arisca. Young brindle who won her place here over second on the stance as both were feeling the cold. Her colouring is very attractive and she has an excellent front with ribbing to match, nicely covered and stylish. 2 Shutt’s Metadale Fabulouse Florence For Donnadoon. Lovely red with better head than first, needed to settle on the stance but her overall body proportions are lovely and she is stylish. 3 Williams’ Celtichills Hot Chocolate At Cwmdarhian.

OB
(7) 1 Blackburn-Bennett’s Shardagang Illusion. This bitch won a class oozing quality on her beautiful bone, shape, head and reach of neck. I have always admired her and she did not disappoint. Won over second as I felt she had slightly better hind angulation. CC, which makes her up, and BOB. 2 Ergis’ Siouxline Evangelina JW ShCM. Again I have admired this beautiful b/t who is so elegant and sound and so well constructed, but today Res CC in a class of beautiful bitches. 3 Coxon’s Ch D’Arisca Golden Delicious.
