MINIATURE SMOOTH HAIRED

 Most noticeable was the length of leathers, some were far too short giving a 'Toy' look rather than the desired 'Hound'. Presentation and temperaments were excellent. MPD (1) 1 Williams Cwmdarhian Gran Torino. Red Smart boy, Lovely head, good reach of neck, well placed shoulders, ribbing ok, correct angulation fore and aft, moved with drive covering the ground well, Well handled. BDP RBD BPIB. PD (1) 1 Williams Cwmdarhian Some Like it Hot 10 mths B&T needs time, shoulders Ok, oval thorax, would prefer shorter coupling, good turn of stifle, movement needs to settle, gave a good account of himself. OD (2,1) 1 Ergis' Ch Siouxline Indigo JW Sh.C.M. B&T. Good head, nicely arched neck carried into well placed shoulders, good length of ribbing, correct coupling, prominent forechest, well muscled hindquarters, tight well knuckled feet, moved effortlessly round the ring, BD. MPB (1) 1 Rees' Octavia Dawn at Kierpak 6mths Red, Very raw, needs time, pretty head, good reach of neck, shoulders OK, good depth of keel, adequate ribbing & coupling, stood her ground well despite excessive noise at the time, moved a little close going but OK coming. PB (5) Little to choose between these three. 1 Worswick's Belazieth Sweet Jewel of Dolyharp 10 mths B&T Well balanced throughout, mature for age, correct depth of keel and excellent spring of ribbing extending well back giving short coupling, moved well. BPB. 2 Jones' Batendach Red Light at Radclyffe 10 mths Red Lovely head & expression, well placed shoulders, good angulation fore & aft, moved with drive. 3 Ergis' Siouxline April Folly. JB (4) 1 Ergis' Siouxline Cinderella JW Red of smart appearance, well pronounced sternum, good lay of shoulders, ribbing OK, correct turn of stifle, well muscled hindquarters used to best advantage, nice free mover, well presented. 2 Moulds Cwmdarhians Kiss Me Quick B&T Well off for bone, good head & eye, shoulders OK, adequate ribbing, moved well & freely, nice type. 3 Worswick's Kireton Alma of Dolyharp. LB (11,5) 1 Shutt's Metadale Fabulous Florence for Donnadoon Red Lovely type, pretty head, good lay of shoulder, ribbing carried well back, well angulated rear, moved with ease, not exaggerated in any way, well deserving of RBB on another day could take the top spot. 2 Brace's Xemxija Rose Gold, red, similar in type to 1, well balanced, shoulders OK, good spring of rib, moved soundly. 3 Salisbury's Barratini Analisa at Brocklewood. OB (6,2) Quality class. 1 Ergis' Siouxline Evangelina B&T. Super girl, quality all through, lovely head, well arched neck, correct oval front, ribbing carried well back, good turn of stifle, depth to length ratio correct, stood foursquare and steady as a rock, moved with style & grace round the ring, the complete picture. Presented in superb condition. Well handled. BB BOB. 2 Shuker's Yewlitt Amelia B&T Very much my type, well bodied without exaggeration, good shoulder placement, well ribbed and nicely angulated, moved well in the class but could have been more purposeful in the challenge. 3 Hunt's Ch Carpaccio Royal Parade
