I enjoyed judging. I felt the overall quality was high, just a few too heavy.
Temperaments were excellent. Just one who did not like me.
MPD (4, 2) 1 Jones &Jones’ Indizak Back In Black. Great attitude, good
size, pleasing head, good reach of neck, topline could be firmer, moved quite
well. 2 Lombardelli’s Kelmbeck Lord Of The Isles. More mature and a bit shorter
in body, masculine head, would like a bit more reach of neck, moved quite well.
PD(11, 4) 1 Jones &Jones’ Indizak Back In Black. 2 Palin’s
Sanmik Choky. Good size and outline, pleasing in head, well angulated behind,
could have a bit more attitude when moving. 3 Macdonald’s D’Arisca Devil May
Care At Bensarka.
JD (4, 2) 1 Medley’s Wincrest Highland Fling. Nice young dog of good
size, lovely head, well angulated in front, ribcage could be a bit longer, firm
topline, sound mover. 2 Settle’s Siouxline Cristopher Robin. Another pleasing
dog, liked his overall balance, not quite as steady in front movement.
PGD(6, 1) 1 Paterson’s Dapplecino Katen. Won this class on movement and
construction, masculine head, very good body and topline. 2 McAulay’s Elnside
Woody Be Best. Much to like about this dog. Today he moved without any sparkle,
excellent neck, forechest and firm topline. 3 Burton’s Swingletrees Ready Teddy
Go.
LD(7, 3) 1 and RCC, Roberts’ Denver Midnight Sun. Lovely type and size,
well balanced and sound in movement, pleasing head, excellent neck and ribcage,
well presented. 2 Herrington’s Kathington Coeur De Lion. Another dog I liked a
lot, pleasing in type and size, sound mover. 3 Sim’s Little Wizard Of Kelmbeck.
OD (6) 1 Ergis’ Siouxline Maverick JW ShCM. Top class dog,
liked everything about him, excellent head and expression, pleasing in overall
balance, sound mover. CC and BOB. 2 Callow’s Garthorne Top Gear JW. Shown in
excellent condition, a bit lower to the ground than my ideal, having said that,
there is much to like, very pleasing in head, well angulated, pressed hard for
RCC. 3 Mortlock’s Siouxline Magnus At Hertsmerry.
VD(1) 1 Mendes’ Scharmein Khan. 7 years old, a nice veteran dog who
enjoyed his day out, expressive eyes, strong teeth, excellent front, could be
firmer in hind movement. Best Veteran.
MPB(7) 1 Muggleton’s Mosiarto Beautiful Belle. Excellent red puppy,
well balanced, lovely feminine head, sound mover, very promising. 2 McAulay’s
D’Arisca Strip The Willow At Elnside. Very good size, liked her attitude and
overall type, not quite the movement of winner. 3 Lee’s Pyknikspring Ruby
Surprize.
PB(14, 2) 1 Ergis’ Siouxline April Folly. Top class puppy, very similar
in type and overall balanced to my BOB winner, sound mover, should have a good
future. RCC and BP. 2 Jones’ Batendach Red Light At Radclyffe. Well balanced
young bitch, nice to go over on the table, lost interest when moving and could
carry herself better. 3 Williams’ Cwmdarhian Mizz Lucy Lou.
JB(7, 3) 1 McAulay’s Elnside Truffles For One. Shown in excellent
condition, sound in movement and firm topline, pleasing head, very good body,
well angulated. 2 Hughes’ Minimead Maid To Love For Julidachs. Balanced bitch of
good size, good head, preferred expression of winner, excellent front and
topline, moved well. 3 Kerry &Kerry’s Kireton Agnes.
PGB(6, 3) 1 Paterson &Paterson’s Shardagang Ebony Sea At Ambiesque.
Lovely head and expression, very good front and body, moved well but not giving
her very best. 2 Burton’s Swingletrees Heaven Leigh. Nice to go over, pleasing
in head and length of body, well angulated in front, a bit disappointing on the
move. 3 Kerry &Kerry’s Sanmik One And Sixpence At Kireton.
LB(14, 6) 1 Muggleton’s Mosiarto Forget Me Not. Very smart bitch, shown
in excellent condition, balanced on the move with a firm topline, lovely
feminine head, excellent front, well presented. 2 Ergis’ Siouxline Cinderella JW.
Lovely bitch, liked her overall type and outline, excellent head, long neck,
very good body and topline, not quite as good in front movement. 3 Williams’
Celticchills Hot Chocolate At Cwmdarhian.
OB(4, 1) 1 Hunt’s Ch Carpaccio Royal Parade JW. Excellent type and
size, lovely head, excellent neck, body and topline, shown in top condition and
well handled. CC. 2 Lombardelli’s D’Arisca From Dawn Till Dusk At Kelmbeck. Very
typical bitch, pleasing in head, body, ribbing and topline, sound mover. 3
Melbourne &Holdsworth’s Can Ch Grandgables Ms Chatanooga To Melriding.
Best Breeder: Ergis. Four excellent dogs, very similar in type.
