Miniature Smooth
Thank you to the committee for the invitation. I
thoroughly enjoyed judging this variety, some lovely exhibits with great breed
type. Movement generally is very sound, all teeth were clean. It was splitting
hairs in most classes. MPD (4,1) 1 Kent's Lokmadi Ocean's
Eleven. 8 mth. Shaded red, beautiful conical head with correct eye. Well
arched neck into good shoulders with prominent forechest. Feet OK, ribs could be
a shade longer, correctly angulated hindquarter with good tail set. Correct top
and underline and moved out smartly. BPD. 2 Melbourne's Metadale Nikolai of
Melriding. 9 mth shaded red, much less ground clearance, head OK and would
prefer more forechest. Very well angulated hind end, and well ribbed. PD
(2,1) 1 Gorman's Gordax Chocolate Royale. C/T, masculine head, well laid good
shoulders and enough forechest. Feet a touch flat and would benefit from more
ribbing. Hindquarters well angled and correct tail set. Top line OK and moved
well. JD (4, 1) 1 Hunt's Ch Carpaccio Captain Scarlet. Well
balanced shaded red, beautiful head with correct eye, correct forequarter
construction, enough ribbing, well angulated hindquarter and good tail set. Good
top and underline. Moved soundly. RCC. 2 Andison & Peel's Elnside Scout About.
Shaded red, head could be a touch more refined, excellent forechest, lovely
feet, well ribbed and correctly angled hind end. Correct top line and moved OK.
Needs more ring training. ND (4,1) 1 Kent's Lokmadi Ocean's
Eleven. 2 Melbourne's Metadale Nikolai of Melriding. PGD (5, 1)
1 Blackburn's Ambiesque Aelle at Stargang. Well balanced B/T, pleasing head and
correct eye, well laid shoulder with good forechest, well ribbed and excellent
hindquarters. Correct tailset, with good bone, moved out well. 2 Coxon's
D'arisca I Do Declare. B/T, Lovely shoulders and excellent ribs, very good top
and underline, correctly angled hind end, could benefit from a shade more
forechest and preferred head on 1st. Another who moved out soundly. LD
(4,1)1 Jamieson's Djeata Midnight Sun. Beautifully balanced B/T, good head
although eye a shade round, correct forequarter construction, well bodied with
good ribs, well angled hindquarter and correct tail set. Sound mover. 2 William
& Jones' Cwmdarhian Billy the Kid. Red with masculine head, has enough forechest
and would prefer a better lay of shoulder and more ribbing. Feet could be
tighter and needs more angulation behind. Moved out OK. OD
(6,1) 1 Coxon's D'arisca Low & Behold. Beautifully bodied, balanced B/T, all
male, correctly angulated fore and hindquarter, ribs carried well back and good
tail set, good bone for size, sound steady mover. CC, his 3rd, BOB and RBIS. 2
Kent's Barranti Jeeves at Lokmadi. Another excellent exhibit from this kennel.
B/T, with long conical head, Good forechest with well laid shoulder and
correctly angled hindquarters. Feet could be tighter; ribs carried well back,

Lokmadi Sea Holly at Stargang. Beautifully balanced 8 mth red, glorious head and
eye, well laid shoulder, good upper arm and prominent forechest, correctly
angled hind quarter, well bodied with long ribbing. Enough bone for size, good
top and underline. Moved with purpose. Must have a bright future. BP. 2 Williams
Cwmdarhian Cara Mia. Nicely balanced well bodied 7 mth red with pretty head,
good feet, good angles front and rear, would benefit from shade more ribbing.
PB (5,2) 1 Coxon's D'arisca Damsel in a Dress. B/T, well laid
shoulder, prominent forechest, good hindquarters, feet could be tighter, good
ribs and tail set. Steady mover keeping a lovely outline. 2 Blackburn's Lokmadi
Coral Sea at Stargang. The 3rd from this litter, breeder must be delighted. Red
with beautiful head, good forequarter construction with prominent forechest,
well angled rear, preferred ribs on 1st, moved out well. JB
(6,1) 1 Callow's Garthorne Rosie. Shaded red, well balanced with good body,
lovely head, nicely angled front and rear, good tail set and topline, moved out
smartly. 2 Mitchell's Bronia Fabrizia. Shaded red, feminine head, would prefer
touch more forechest, good hindquarter construction, well ribbed and with
correct topline. Carrying her tail a shade high (in season) which just spoiled
her outline when moving. NB (3,2a) 1 Kent's Lokmadi Hidden
Dragon. 3rd in MPB, shaded red, lovely shape with beautiful head, stacks very
well just needs to get it together moving, lovely feet! PGB

excellent rear end and tail set, prefer more forechest, good topline, needs a
shade more bone for size, well handled and moved smartly. OB
