DACHSHUND - MINIATURE SMOOTH HAIRED
PD (6,3) 1 Ergis Siouxline
Zebedee. Correct clean lines presenting a good balanced  shape, well ribbed into
a strong loin. Moved well in the slightly too long  grass. BD & BP. 2. Hunt &
Tarn's Poughleyvale Magic Man At Carpaccio.  Not as mature as 1st and just
lacked the substance I would like, but has time  on his side. Good colour and
condition again moved well. 3 Punter's Welcumen  Guinness.
JD (3,2) West & Rogers Dinkelbui Lional. Good front  construction into
correct length of ribbing. Would have liked a little more to  the head in terms
of proportions to body.
PGD (1) 1 West & Rogers  Dinklesbui Louis. Not the bravest of souls on
the table. Markings were not as  good as I would like for a Black & tan. Moved
well and kept topline on the  move. Pulled into a reasonable shape when stacked.
A sturdy type.
OD (3,2) 1 Ergis Siouxline Timon. Lovely forehand with correct front
construction  with a good neck and shoulders in to a strong topline. Moved well
enough would  just like a little less length of loin. RBD.
PB (8,1) Salisbury's  Brocklewood Calypso. Pretty feminine head with a
nice expression. Well  constructed front assembly. Moved well enough over the
ground just a slight too  much of a rise over the loin but should settle with
age. 2 Spencer's Chelridge  Carolina Red. Correct rear construction and moved
out with purpose around the  ring. Not quite as well made in the front as 1st. 3
Phillips Lilydach Velvet  Night at Daxphilly.
JB (4,2) 1 Bourne's Yaapeet Matilda. Unfortunate  that the tan markings
ran out underneath. However moved well and kept topline  on the move. Nice rear
end construction and good placement of keel on the  ribbing. 2 Phillips Mosiarto
Top Totty at Daxphilly. Movement was best today  especially the rear movement.
And looking somewhat tucked up in loin.
PGB (3) 1 Reed's Cedax Octavia Surprise for Deercroft JW. Nice head and
soft  expression. Good neck and shoulders and lay of front construction. Nice
length  of rib into the loin. Moved well. Would have liked a slightly stronger
tan  colour. RBB. 2 Salisbury Brocklewood Black Velvet. Would have liked a
little  less of her all over. Just lost her topline on the move with a slight
drop off  at the croup.
OB (4) 1 Hunt's Cwmdarhian Back to Alabama a Carpaccio.  Pretty
head and expression. Moved well both ends and kept a correct topline on  the
move in profile. Correct rear construction and drive from the rear end.
Preferred the overall balance of her compared to 2nd. BB & BOB &  shortlisted
in the Group. 2 Ergis Siouxline Thomasina JW. Again another quality  bitch moved
as equally well around the ring as 1st. Good front construction and  well placed
back keel. Would have liked a little less in the loin. 3 Hughes  Minmead Maid To
Love Fo Julidachs. Breeders Mrs S Ergis. Siouxline.
