thank the Committee for inviting me to Judge the Miniature Smooth  Dachshunds and for their kind hospitality also the exhibitors for their entries.
All temperaments were good , Heads & eyes varied,  I was concerned in the overall quality of the dog puppies, they are after all part of the future of our breed  I was pleased with my winners but others were to long and weighed in at 11lb plus whilst still needing more cover.

 1st Scott's .   Danton Mr Brown, Choc /tan Pleasing head & eye good bone & front with tight elbows muscular hindquarters moved very well.

 
2nd Kent's  Lokmadi Come Fly with me .  Nice red with good head & eye reach of neck & good topline which he kepted on the move 

 
3rd Bourne's   Yaapeet  Rafferty.

2nd Parish's  Melriding Lambert  Simnel Of Garlandelms   Litter Brother to  1  not quite the length of his brothe but same remarks apply  2 lovely dogs.

2nd   Melbourne's D'arisca Flaunt It at Melriding.  Pleasing head & eye with good reach of neck, well balanced sound hindqtrs.

 1st & Dog CC   Muggleton's  Mosiarto   Mister  Motivator  B/Tan with masculine head & lovely expression good forechest & strong neck , tight elbows moved In soundly keeping a lovely outline in excellent condition . I was told later that this was his 3rd CC.

 
2nd Startup's     Barisse A Touch Of Magic  Pleasing head & eye & reach of neck tight elbows , moved out well in good condition.
