BCC & BOB was Ergis' Ch Siouxline Aurora JW. An exquisitely beautiful clear
red bitch who was the belle of the ball. She has it all, gorgeous head and
eye, graceful neckline, prominent thorax complete with dimples, textbook
angulated forequarters, lovely ribbing carried well back, well angulated
hindquarters, topline and underline in harmony, in firm muscular condition
and super movement. A good example of a modern dachshund, not overlong and
with ideal ground clearance giving free and active movement. I loved her.
DCC was Ergis' Siouxline Flynn Rider. An outstanding clear red who at 14
months is well matured, a true Dachshund in miniature. A masculine hound of
much quality and lovely breed type, attractive head and eye, beautifully
constructed front, keel and ribcage, best of legs and well bunched feet,
ribbing extends well back, forequarters and hindquarters well-angulated,
correct topline and underline, ideal ground clearance and good parallel
movement. What more could one ask for. RBCC was Hunt's Ch Carpaccio Crimson
Ribbon. Beautiful shaded red bitch of style and quality who cannot fail to
catch the eye, she has excellent overall balance and outline, beautifully
constructed front, shoulders and keel, best of legs and feet, ideal ribcage
extending well back, height to length ratio allowing adequate ground
clearance, harmonious topline and underline and in firm muscular condition.
Will always be considered. Just preferred Aurora's head. RDCC was Coxon's Ch
D'Arisca Full On. Excellent most attractive black and tan hound out of the
top drawer and another real Dachshund in miniature, masculine and conical
head properties, elegant neckline, super shoulder angulation, well developed
thorax and keel, sound legs and well-padded feet, topline level both
standing and on the move, underline correct, hindquarters correctly angled,
good ground clearance, in well muscled condition with free flowing movement.
BP was Shelton's Barisse Donnamira. 11 months lightly shaded red quality
bitch. Lovely overall well proportioned outline, sweet head and eye, sound
front and feet with prominent keel, angulation fore and aft spot on, lovely
ribbing carried well back, well-matched topline and underline, adequate
ground clearance and scored in movement. She is most promising and with all
good fortune should do well. A little cracker!
MPD (8, 1) 1 Ergis' Siouxline Aaron. Six and a half months shaded red who
looks most promising, he has sound overall construction and good breed type,
masculine but true head, well developed thorax with ribbing reaching well
back, nicely angulated hindquarters and another hound with correct ground
clearance and true movement. 2 Scott's Danton Mr Brown NAF TAF. Another
lovely puppy this time 6 months and chocolate, attractive head and eye,
sound front and shoulders with best of legs and feet, good ribcage and
hindquarters, not quite the movement of Aaron on the day. 3 Coxon's D'Arisca
Suits You.
PD (4, 1) 1 Dunhill's Santorna Walk The Line For Gellija. Lightly shaded red
10 months puppy with an attractive balanced outline, typical head
properties, elegant neckline, won the class on account of his lovely
ribbing, topline and underline, moved well. Perhaps could do with a shade
more bone in legs but most respectable. 2 Shelton's Barisse Grimaldi. 11
months shaded red who is litter brother to Donnamira, attractive head and
eye, sound front, not quite the topline of the one above and was a little
anxious today and therefore not giving of his best. 3 Thomas' Royaldach's
Authorised King.
JD (5, 1) 1 Mitchell's Ygeia Landgraf 1 For Bronia (Imp Swe). Most
presentable brindle who scored on his overall balance and proportion, typy
head and expression, sound front and shoulders complete with well boned legs
and tight feet, he is not overlong and has commendable ground clearance
allowing for sound movement. 2 Melbourne & Holdsworth's Melriding Perkin
Warbeck. Clear red and close up to the one above, slightly longer style of
hound but yet has adequate ground clearance, attractive outline,
forequarters and hindquarters are well angulated, well muscled body, just
not so positive in hind movement today as the one above. 3 Heptinstall's
Pascalli Blue Moon.
PGD (5, 2) 1 Dunhill's Santorna Adam For Gellijam. Black/tan of balanced
construction, attractive head and expression, sound front and feet, well
angulated hindquarters, ribs, stop a little short, moved and showed well. 2
Fieke's Lustrom Batchelor Boy. This little fellow got a fright falling off
the table and scales and understandably would not settle and give of his
best. He is a well constructed Dachshund who I am sure will do well when
settled. 3 Carey's Debbiejay Izzy Whizzy By Swingletrees.
LD (9, 1) 1 S F Rider. 2 Paget & Carroll's Bronia Valente Of Marvale.
Black/tan and another quality hound whose attributes are good enough for the
upper house, he has a similar outline, make and shape as Rider, super head,
soundest of fronts and feet, admirable forequarters and super ribbing
carried well back, ideal height/length ratio and ground clearance and good
parallel movement. One to watch out for. 3 Melbourne's D'Arisca Flaunt It At
Melriding.
OD (7) 1 Ch D Full On. 2 Daykin's Ch Barratini Jonny Cash. Lightly shaded
red close up to the one above and could easily change places, a worthy
champion hound of much quality, attractive overall outline and proportions,
typical head and eye, sound forequarters and roomy thorax, best of legs and
feet, topline and underline match each other and hindquarters are well
angled, correct movement. 3 Muggleton's Mosiarto Mister Motivator.
MPB (5, 1) 1 Coxon's D'Arisca Dizzy Heights. Charming clear red, 6 months
baby who looks most promising, sweetly feminine but very much a hound,
lovely head and eye, elegant neck, soundly constructed all over, correct
topline and underline and commendable ground clearance, was the best mover
in the class. 2 Robertson's Ravenwood Courtesan. Pretty 7 month black/tan,
unlucky to come up against the one above, she is an honest hound who is well
balanced all over, sweet head, good ribbing and hindquarters, good ground
clearance and moved well. Just not so positive in front. 3 Shutt's Kissed By
The Moon Da Casa Quadros Of Donnadoon (Imp Prt).
PB (5, 1) 1 B Donnamira. 2 Coxon's D'Arisca Dressed For Best. Sweet 6 month
black/tan and litter sister to the winner of Minor Puppy, another lovely
balanced bitch of true breed type and quality, elegant neck, well angulated
shoulders, good keel and roomy thorax, correct ground clearance, confident
hound. Just preferred head of the one above. 3 Reed's Deercroft Summer
Serenade.
JB (7, 1) I had to split hairs between the first two. 1 Paget & Carroll's
Bronia Vittoria Of Marvale. Beautiful lightly shaded red bitch of style and
quality, lovely typy outline giving a pleasing overall balanced picture,
reachy neck, sound front assembly and prominent keel, ribs are smooth and
extend well back, well angled hindquarters, topline and underline are well
matched, adequate ground clearance, the better mover by just a whisker. 2
Scott's Wolferflow Mary Quant. Another lovely bitch, this time black/tan,
close up to the one above and no doubt these two will change places, another
hound with a particularly well balanced outline, needless to say she is well
constructed fore and aft and her feet are marginally better than the one
above, she has a good topline both standing and on the move, ribbing is well
developed and her movement fine. 3 Burton's Swingletrees Xtravaganza.
PGB (11, 3) 1 Williams' & Moes' Cymdarhian Vera Amore. Sweetl feminine red
bitch who was the soundest and had the most pleasing outline in the class,
beautifully constructed all over, lovely forechest and ribbing, commendable
hindquarters, good height/length ratio and adequate ground clearance, good
parallel movement. 2 Reed's Deercroft Spring Promise. Black and tan bitch
unlucky to meet the one above, she too is sweetly feminine and has good
angulation front and rear, while she is not so developed in ribcage,
nevertheless, she has good topline and underline balance and moved well. 3
Allen's Lokmadi Betty Boop.
LB (14, 5) 1 Shuker's Hudgemoor Much Ado At Yewlett. Black/tan, an older
fashioned style of bitch being a bit lower to the ground than some, however,
having said that her sound construction and lovely ribbing cannot be
ignored, good prominent keel, attractive head, best of legs and feet, nicely
balanced all over and knows how to move. 2 Rollinson's Cymdarhian Lady
Marmalade By Diamonddax JW ShCM. Lightly shaded red, close up to first and
could well exchange places, lovely quality all over with a pleasing balanced
outline, attractive neckline, true keel and smooth ribbing, well angulated
front and rear, moved well, all of a piece. Just preferred head of the one
above. 3 Mortlock's Hertsmerry Catch A Star.
OB (9, 1) 1 Ch S Aurora JW. 2 Ch C C Ribbon. 3 Shelton's Barisse Arbennick
Isoldes Endeavor.
