PD (2) 1 Jamison & McDonnell’s Smartdac By Definition, 7 months b/t with pleasing head, decent length of neck, good width & fill in front with good strong bone & feet. He is well ribbed back & had a well muscled rear. He was not happy moving although with each time of asking, he gained confidence & eventually moved quite well; 2 Bate’s Kronjewel Everest, preferred this one’s head qualities. Same age as winner but not as strong boned. Has a fair front, good topline & OK rear. Was moving a bit wide in front today. JD (1) 1 Shutt’s Donnadoon Waterloo Sunset, red with a nice conical head of good length with good eyes & ears. Could be better boned & have a better forechest & fill in front. An enthusiastic mover who is OK in ribs & topline but a bit long in back pasterns which showed as he went round the ring. PGD (1) 1 Mitchell’s Bronia Stefano, b/t of quality with a well proportioned conical head, good eyes & expression, good forechest & a lovely length of neck. Has very good bone & nicely arched well padded feet. Was well ribbed & with a good rear he moved freely with good drive behind. CC. LD (0). OD (4) 1 Midgley’s Jemdach Black Onyx, b/t, has a very nice lean head, well proportioned & with good eyes & ears. Has a decent front & a good length of body. In good coat & muscular condition. Rear hocks could be a tad lower but he moved well out & back & in profile. Preferred his good ground clearance to second. RCC; 2 Paget & Carroll’s Bronia Valente of Marvale, a really solidly constructed dog with an excellent front which was well filled. Has good bone & substance for his size & a good topline & tail. Shown in good muscular condition & moving well; 3 Bastable’s It Ch Chrishane Maxwell Edison Md.
PB (2) 1 Mitchell’s Bronia Juanita, lovely puppy with a beautiful head, excellent neck & shoulders, well filled front, good bone & feet. Has a good length of body which was well ribbed & a nicely rounded rear. Moved very well especially behind. Topline could firm up a little but at just 6 months she has plenty time. BP & RCC; 2 Shutt’s Donnadoon Dream Dust, r/br. Very feminine with a head of good shape, super forechest, good legs & feet. Is a nice size & length & has a well angulated rear. Looked good in stance but rear movement let her down today. JB, PGB (0). LB (3,2a) 1 Bate’s Batendach Say It With Flare, I really liked this little bitch. She has a beautiful head & expression, very good neck & shoulders, a good pro-sternum so well filled in front, good legs & well padded feet. Has an excellent topline which she held when moving & a nicely muscled rear. She moved very well, was true out & back & looked good in profile. Liked her good ground clearance & general outline. Just needs to build more confidence to show off her virtues to advantage in the big ring. CC & BOB. OB (2) 1 Paget & Carroll’s Bronia Maddalena of Marvale, a red of good size. Found her head a bit broad in back skull but she has a good topline & was well muscled & in good coat. Could be better angulated both front & rear but she made the most of herself & is a confident showgirl.
