JD 1 Protheroe’s Royalmaple Anky Panky, red I have judged as a puppy maturing well. Correct filled front, well laid shoulders, moves out well keeping a good outline. Pressed hard for the RCC; 2 Phillips’ Stargang High Hopes of Robinswood, shaded red smart dog another who scores well in all departments but for me I would like better feet; 3 Williams’ Wilmerella Wells Fargo. PGD 1 Scott’s Danton Mr Brown at Wolferlow, smart choc/tan, pleasing head, well arched neck, correct front, for me I would like a little more prosternum, well angulated quarters, moved out well. A change of handler in the challenge certainly got the best out of him;
2 Smith’s Wolferlow Admiral Nelson, very smart b/t who pushed 1 all the way but he needs to relax so you can get the best out of him; 3 Jones’ Cwmdarhian Tropic Thunder. LD 1 Barrett’s Ayseebee Rumour Has It, smart b/t who ticks all the boxes, for my taste I would like a slightly more houndier head but he is lovely to go over, correct front, well arched neck, well sprung ribs. Moved out well. RCC, preferred the CC winner’s head & expression; 2 Coxon’s Distinctly So D’Arisca, red, large built dog who has a lot to like about him, for me I would like him a little shorter. Correct front, well arched neck, good outline, preferred the stride of the winner; 3 Melbourne & Holdsworth’s Melriding Perkin Warbeck. OD 1 Ergis’ Siouxline Aaron, shaded red I have admired for a long time, I have to say I think the best this breeder has bred. Masculine head without coarsness, well arched neck, well placed shoulders, kept a stunning outline at all times, moved with great style & purpose. Well handled to get the best out of him.
