JD (4,1a) 1 Beach’s Beachdax Black Magic, b/t, nicely bodied & good overall shape, sound in front & rear & this showed in his movement, level back & strong rearquarters, good rounded rump, nice thick pads & good nails, would prefer slightly better balance to head but overall a nicely turned out puppy who was free moving, gleaming coat & well handled. BP; 2 Scott’s Wolferlow Will Scarlet, liked this one, close up to 1 & displayed a very nice outline, handled well, good angles fore & aft, decent brisket & ribs, elbows held well, good forelegs, level topline & strong loin, today he couldn’t match the free movement of the winner; 3 Dunhill’s Gellijams Parker. PGD (3) 1 Smith’s Wolferlow Admiral Nelson, b/t of nicely balanced proportions, masculine head although slightly full in eye, nicely angled & good forechest, deep keel, level topline, fairly compact with slight rise to loin, well angled hindquarters, moving well here with good carriage. BD; 2 W Will Scarlet; 3 Dunhill’s Gellijams Aldaniti. OD (3) 1 Carey’s Swingletrees Abracadabra, nice type red of good shape in profile, balanced head but preferred head of previous class winner. Good front, well bodied & muscled, level back, good rump & angled quarters. Moved out well. RBD; 2 W Will Scarlet; 3 Strange’s Mylforbe Majestical Knight.
JB (11,3) 1 Smith’s Wolferlow Maid Marion, quality b/t who handles very well, feminine head of good proportion, nicely arched neck to well laid shoulder, good front with elbows held well against good ribcage, level topline, strong well muscled hindquarters, gleaming coat, moving very well & had good action. Would benefit from better handling on the stack to show off her outline to full advantage. BB & BOB; 2 Davies’ Davdax Red Button, attractive red displaying good overall shape, very good neck & front, level topline & good underline, well angled quarters, moving well with good forward action; 3 Scott’s Wolferlow Miami. PGB (5) 1 Davies’ Davdax Chocolate Bomb, displayed a lovely sleek outline, lovely feminine head, long arched neck to good shoulder placement, good length to body, well ribbed, level back & good underline, expertly handled & moved well enough to take RBB; 2 Carey’s Debbiejay Magical Spell, red of more compact outline, feminine with solid body & good overall construction, displayed good free action on the move. OB (3,1) 1 Davies’ Cwmdarhian Sweet And Low at Davdax, b/t of nice type, liked her overall shape & femininity, front & rear angles were good which showed in her movement here, good feet & nails, good depth of brisket, just missed out in the challenge with a different handler which tipped the balance; 2 Dunhill’s Shantallah Tease N Please for Gellijam, attractive red with good profile, decent neck & shoulder placement, tight elbows, good feet, moving well from strong hindquarters.
