I was highly honoured to be invited to Judge my own breed at Crufts 2018. There was a fantastic entry of 187 dogs and I thank the exhibitors for their entries. There were some lovely dogs to Judge unfortunately some had to go card less. I thank my stewards Helen Sutton & Ian Gordon for keeping the ring running smoothly.

Veteran Dog 1ent. 1^st Kent’s Ch Barratini Jeeves at Lokmadi JW. B/Tan of nearly 10 years good forchest, ribbing, & topline, showed & moved well, he enjoys of minute & never lets his owner down. There are not many males in this breed that are showing well at this age.

Minor Puppy dog 3ent. 1.ab) 1^st Paget & Carroll. Marvale Master Of Disguise. Well constructed B/T of 8 months old, Pleasing front, good shoulder placement & topline, moved out well. 2^nd Robertson Ayseebee Look Who’s Talking To Ravenwood. Red with good head & front moved well , had a lovely friendly nature.

Puppy dog 5ent.1.ab) 1^st &BPIB Hunts Pelliroja Talking Italian at Carpaccio, Red with good bone ,masculine head, & nice reach of neck, flowing into a good topline, angulated qtrs, Moved well keeping a nice outline. 2^nd Williams & Moes Cwmdarhian Jimmy Choo. Prominent forechest , with good topline & length of ribbing. Moved well with purpose . 3^rd Rudkin’s Dynastydax Jimmy Cricket. Compact B/T, pleasing front & head , good body & qtrs, moved well.

Junior Dog 13 ent 1.ab) 1^st . CC & BOB Pagett & Carroll Ch Marvale Up With The Lark. I admired this young clear red dog when he came out in puppy and was not disappointed on going over him. Well balanced with a lovely Hound head & almond eye & reach of neck flowing into a good top line, Excellent forechest, shoulders ribbing & shoulder placement, Good bone ,strong qtrs. Moved true keeping a lovely clean outline. 2^nd Ergis Siouxline Jacob. Red with a lovely head & eye, front & shoulders, excellent qtrs, moved really well with drive. 3^rd Cumberland Mumysami Clicaliciuos For Yorami. Masculine head, good front , nice qtrs moved well keeping a good topline.

Pleasing head & front , moved well keeping a good topline.

P.Graduate 16ent. 4.ab) 1^st Smith Wolferlow Admiral Nelson. Well balanced, good front & depth of rib. Well angulated qtrs. Nice topline & underline, moved soundly. 2^nd Blackburn Stargang Sea Bird. Red, with good masculine head, reach of neck & forchest, nice angulated qtrs , moved out well keeping a good topline. 3^rd Philips Stargang High Hopes Of Stargang, Good head & eye , reach of neck , good qtrs moved well.

Red with good head & eye, prominent forechest, Well placed shoulders, Nice topline & underline,Moved soundly 2^nd Blackburn- Bennett. Stargang Barracuda. Masculine head with good reach of neck.& well placed shoulders. Good top & underline moved with ease keeping a lovely outline. 3^rd Scott’s Wolferlow Will Scarlet B/T Pleasing head & eye shape, Good reach of neck flowing into good topline. Well made shoulders with prominent forechest, moved out well.

Open Dog 16 ents.1ab) My first three all worthy champions who have and will change place’s . 1^st & Res CC Coxon’s Ch Distinctly So D’Arisca Stylish Red with good front & rear angulation, well laid shoulders & spring of rib, strong topline, moved true keeping a lovely outline. 2^nd Ergis Ch Siouxline Arron, Red with good head & eye & ribbing strong quarters, Moved out well with drive keeping a good topline. 3^rd Barrett’s Ch Ayseebee Rumour Has It. Smart B/T sound & balanced, well angulated qtrs. Good top & underlines, moved soundly.

Veteran Bitch 9 ent) 1^st & BVIB Blackburn-Bennett Ch Lokmadi Sea Holly at Stargang, clear Red has just become a veteran, Prominent forechest with good reach of neck flowing into level topline, Good shoulders & ribbing, with pleasing head & eye, strong qtrs, moved out with style. 2^nd West’s Archidax Bonneville Lovely , red of 7 years compact well covered body good bone & ribbing, kept a lovely outline on the move 3^rd Coxon’s D’Arisca Damsel In A Dress, B/Tan of 7 years. Lovely profile on the move, strong quarters, Pleasing head & reach of neck.

Metcalfe-Bilgin Metadale Something Special B/T compact, pleasing head & forchest ,good shoulder placement moved out with drive. 3^rdBarrett’s Cwmdarhian Star Is Born For Ayseebee .Well constructed Brindle, with good bone, front & angulated qtrs .

Well set shoulders good ribbing, excellent qtrs , moved out well keeping a good topline. 2^nd Scott’s Wolferlow Blackberry Pie, Pleasing head & forchest , good shoulder placement, ribbing & strong angulated hindqtrs. Moved soundly keeping a lovely outline. 3^rd Andison & Peel Clentry Gooseberry. Compact B/T every thing in the right place moved out well keeping a lovely outline.

Yearling Bitch 20 ents.1^st & CC Blackburn –Bennetts Ch Stargang Cherry Berry. Elegant Shaded red, Lovely head & reach of neck flowing into correct lay of shoulder,well Angulated qtrs, firm topline , Moved with lovely reach & drive.In excellent condition. 2^nd Melbourne, Paget & Carroll. Donnadoon Sea Vermillion at Marvale, an other lovely red bitch, with houndy head & eye, good shoulders & qtrs, prominent forechest. Moved with drive keeping a good top & Underline. 3^rd Hunts Carpaccio Midnight Lace. Femine head strong topline, with good spring of rib moved with purpose keeping a good outline.

Post Grad Bitch 23 ents (4abs) 1^st Ergis Siouxline Esther Rose. Lovely red with good ribbing. Pleasing head with nice reach of neck flowing into a good lay of shoulder, strong qtrs & tight feet. Sound mover. 2^nd Hutchings Stargang Hot Cross Bun For Collidach. Well constructed Brindle, Pretty head dark almond eye, Good shoulders & ribbing, Prominent forechest, nice angulation, moved out well with drive. 3^rd Blackburn’s Stargang Simply The Best. Houndy head & correct shaped eye, Well laid shoulders ,good spring of rib, strong qtrs, moved well keeping a lovely outline.

Elegant well balanced B/T of good type, Lovely head & almond eye, with a good front, spring & length of ribbing, well angulated, Kept a lovely outline on the move & standing. 3^rdKent’s Lokmadi Hidden Dragon. Good bone & angulated qtrs, pleasing head & eye. Move out well keeping a good topline.

Pleasing head eye & expression, Good Forechest, ribbing & bone, reach of neck flowing into a good topline , Moved well keeping a lovely outline. 2^nd Melbourne & Carroll’s Stargang Glimmer at Melriding,B/T. Good head & eye,Shoulders bone & feet, well angulated hind qtrs, Moved with purpose. 3^rd Russell’s Ch Russeck Plum Duff. This bitch & her owner worked hard & achieved the Bronze, Silver, & Gold awards in 14 weeks, which is what the Good Citizen is all about. 2^nd House Gleadsbury Rumour Has It.
