Herrington’s Ch Kathington Coeur De Lion

I have had the pleasure of judging this dog before when just in veteran and here we are almost three years on and he hasn’t changed at all from that very attentive full of beans character.  In hard condition, super head and elegant lines, just a showman through and through.

1^st Barrett’s Ayseebee Twinkling star

Very handsome balanced masculine head Good reach of neck and well placed shoulders, superb ribbing and keel and tight elbows In excellent body condition with a gleaming coat. Good let down in the rear which showed on the move powering him around the ring keeping a very pleasing outline and parallel coming and going. BPD

2^nd Blackburn -Bennett Stargang Terrafirma

Another handsome puppy , houndy balanced head .Elegant neck running on to laid back shoulders .Angulated front with lengthy ribbing and keel. Good let down in the rear. He moved around the ring with verve. I just preferred no 1’s more parallel rear movement going away today.

1^st Protheroe’s Royalmaple Fiddle Sticks.

Handsome blk and tan, houndy masculine head, strong foreface and underjaw.Alert expression and correct earset. Lengthy neck running on to smooth shoulders and level top line ,tight elbows. Ribbing and keel good as is his angulation in the rear.Moved out well around the ring showing a pleasing outline.

2^nd Hyslop’s Zilveraat Goldfink

Red boy not so compliant for his owner. He is a good shape overall, has a masculine head, good reach of neck and flows nicely through the body with his angulation matching his front and rear. When he did move correctly he looked good in profile .

1^st Melbourne, Carroll & Paget Marvale In Cahoots with Melriding

Super dog ,Very masculine head, strong neck of excellent length running on to laid back shoulders. Very well off for upper arm and tight elbows. Ribbing nicely sprung which also has good length as has his keel. Short loin. Balanced angles front and rear which showed in his very relaxed movement around the ring with good reach and drive and very parallel coming and going .

2^nd Shutt’s Melriding Captain Cook of Donnadoon.

Brindle boy nicely proportioned ,strong foreface and deep jowels .Prominent prosturnum, lengthy ribbing and keel.A little longer in loin than 1.Has good angulation in the rear which showed in his movement around the ring showing good reach and drive.

1^st Ergis Siouxline Jacob

Stood alone but what a little showman. Not overdone in any way, lovely proportions throughout from the tip of his nose right through to his tail. Just so balanced. Loved his elegant lines and sweeping underline He moved around the ring so effortlessly. RCC

1^st Robert’s Wingcrest Supersonic to Denver

Lovely for size. Balanced head, deep jowels, strong neck running on to laid back shoulders. Good legs ,tight feet. Ribbing and keel good and he is nicely let down in the rear. Moved out around the ring showing a pleasing outline and parallel fore and aft.

2^nd Blackburn -Bennet Stargang Barracuda

Very compact red dog .Super head with dark oval eye. Prominent prosturnum .Good reach of neck running on to laid back shoulders and a level top line. Nicely angulated in the rear. Moved out well around the ring with purpose and accuracy.

1^st Paget and Carroll’s Ch Marvale Up With The Lark.

Really loved this dog in all aspects. Super head and ear set and flow from the top of his head through his shoulders and top line and correct tail set. Best of upper arms .Long ribbing with an excellent sweeping underline with a superb rear to match .He just moved effortlessly around the ring keeping a beautiful outline and using his powerful well muscled rear .CC BOB and was thrilled to see him go BIS

2^nd Barrett’s Ch Ayseebee Rumour Has it.

Another lovely dog , Beautifully put together ,masculine head ,correct ear set and alert expression. Flows from the top of his head through his shoulders and top line with a good let down in the rear. Powered around the ring effortlessly keeping his outline and accurate movement.

1^st Coxon’s D’arisca Damsel in a Dress

This bitch has a lovely shape, super front, keel and ribbing with an angulated rear to match. In good coat and body condition. Good clean lines through neck and shoulders. Loved her relaxed accurate movement out and back and in profile.

2^nd Jamieson’s Djeata Red Chilli Pepper

A cobbier bitch than 1 .Good head proportions ,eye shape and deep jowels. She hasn’t got the angulation of 1 in front or rear but keeps a good profile moving out around the ring and is in good coat and body condition.

Lovely angles on this bitch .Conical head with dark oval eyes Good earset and expression. She flows from the top of her head through her laid back shoulders into her top line. Excellent ribbing and keel. she put on the best performance for accurate movement around the ring .BP

2^nd Mutton’s Montone Be Brave.

A lot to like about this bitch, feminine head smooth laid back shoulders. Good top line and underline . Enough bone and angulation and in good body and coat condition. Once settled looked far better on the move than standing showing good profile movement .

3^rd Hunt’s Carpaccio Clarice Cliff

You could not fault this bitch for her smooth unexaggerated lines. Good head proportions and expression .The best of shoulders and upper arm and tucked in elbows. Good length of ribbing and keel ,prominent prosturnum and angulated rear.She was very relaxed in movement looking good in profile and very parallel for and aft

2^nd Kent’s Lokmadi Magic Dragon

Another lovely bitch with good head proportions .Super angles on her front with good upper arm and well laid shoulders. She flows nicely through her neck shoulders and top line with tight elbows. very compact .Moved out beautifully around the ring with her accurate movement.

Classic balanced head on this red girl, very attractive with alert expression. Good underjaw. She flows from the top of her head through well placed shoulders on to a level top line. Good upper arm with tight elbows . Long ribbing and keel .She excels on the move with such reach and drive using her powerful hindquarters. RCC

2^nd Metcalfe-Bilgin’s Metadale Something Special

Feminine head, deep jowels ,good earset. Strong neck flowing on to the most classic of fronts, Superb upper arm and shoulders .Presented a lovely picture moving around the ring with her accurate movement.

Loved her head ,the darkest of oval eyes , alert expression and strong muzzle ,deep jowels and good underjaw. Very flowing lines from the top of her head through her shoulders in to her top line with good length and depth of keel and well sprung ribbing.Superb let down in the rear. She showed a lovely outline going around with good reach and drive.

2^nd—Herrington’s Kathington’s Just by Chance

Good head and strong underjaw ,alert expression. Well placed shoulders with good upper arm. Tight feet.Long ribbing of good depth. She was not so compliant in the stack but pulled out all the stops on the move with her flowing accurate gait, showing a very pleasing outline and parallel for and aft.

1st Protheroe’s Picollo Teckel Never Say Never at Royalmaple

Super head on this bitch with very dark eyes, lovely expression and correct earset .Flowing lines from her head down her elegant neck through well placed shoulders on to her top line and croup. She has a prominent forechest. Good length and depth of keel. Excellent angulation in the rear with strong hocks which she used to advantage with her effortless flow around the ring.

2^nd Melbourne ,Caroll & Paget's Garthorne Olivia Grace of Melriding.

Another lovely bitch .feminine head and strong underjaw. Good reach of neck flowing on to a her smooth top line .Ribbing and keel well back .She has nicely angulated hindquarters .Excellent in coat and body condition. Very forward going on the move with superb parallel hind drive.

3^rd Salisbury’s Brocklewood Black Orchid

1^st Melbourne & Carroll Stargang Glimmer at Melriding

Such an attractive bitch ,super head ,strong foreface. Just so good to go over. Elegant neck with correct shoulders and upper arm. Good length and depth of ribbing .She has good width all through and a very muscled rear. She just looked so good on the move showing reach and drive and superb parallel movement fore and aft. CC (I believe her third)

2^nd –Hunt’s Carpaccio Midnight Lace JW

Another classy bitch with a pleasing head ,good reach of neck .long ribbing and a filled out front with excellent shoulders and upper arm. As always in good coat and condition.She moved out with verve around the ring .I just preferred 1 in movement going away today.
