A really good quality entry, some difficult decisions, the majority were of a good weight, well covered and with room to spare. No real areas of concern although exhibitors should be aware of some less than perfect hind actions. Some were far too low to ground. Thank you for your lovely entry.

2nd: WILLIAMS Mrs H Chrisford Goldenballs Black and tan, larger type than one, good head, well made but quite chunky, needs to tighten, movement a little erratic on the day.

1st: MELBOURNE, Mrs D A & PAGET, Mr M J & CARROLL Mr Marvale In Cahoots With Melriding BP. Red, a super puppy, Excellent head and expression, good reach of neck flowing into correct shoulders with a fabulous front. Nicely angulated throughout , moved true fore and back, expertly handled.

2nd: PROTHEROE Mr P Royalmaple Fiddle Sticks. Black and tan, another good puppy but he was misbehaving today, didn’t want to settle. Just preferred the overall outline and proportions of one

1st: SHUTT Mrs L Melriding Captain Cook Of Donnadoon. Brindle, good head, front and nicely angulated throughout, looked well on the stack, moved well but would have preferred more ground clearance.

2nd: WILLIAMS Mrs S L & Mr R Wilmerella Go West Red, taller on the leg than one, super rich colour, moved with ease with that extra ground clearance, took a little while to settle.

2nd: SCOTT Ms C M Wolferlow Will Scarlet JW. Black and Tan, very masculine boy, good head, shoulders, well angulated, good true movement, just preferred overall picture of one.

2nd: HARWOOD Miss E & Paradigm Dark Star. Black and Tan, another nice puppy, larger type than 1, good head, front and rear angulation, good ground clearance, moved well but didn’t keep as good an outline as one on the move.

1st: WILLIAMS, Ms R & MOES Mr C Cwmdarhian Prty Lika Rushn. Shaded Red, Good head, length of neck and shoulders. Well ribbed but a little longer in the loin. Strong hind action with excellent ground clearance, moved true away and back keeping a good topline.

2nd: THOMSON Mrs D Clentry Nippy Sweetie at Zilveraat Black and Tan, another lovely bitch, slightly bigger type than 1. Good head, sweet expression, nicely angulated throughout, no trouble at all in moving elegantly through the longer grass, good ground clearance.

2nd: MELBOURNE, Mrs D A & PAGET, Mr M J & CARROLL Mr Donnadoon Sea Vermillion at Marvale another super girl, good head super head and expression, correct front and angulation, another good topline which was retained on the move. Just preferred the complete package of one.
