PD (3,2) 1 Bullis Amaffrey Jessie James. Ok in head, good length of neck. Balanced and well made. Held his topline with good ribbing and ground clearance. Good Bone and bunchy feet. Moved soundly with reach and drive. BPD.
JD (4,2) 1 Halsall Lindellas Tonka Toy. Ok in head, correct eye shape, good ribbing and overall body proportions. Moved ok holding himself well. 2 Shutts Debbiejay Chasing Dreams for Donnadoon Better shape overall than 1 with more to like however he was very scared and I couldn’t assess him properly. It was a very noisy hall we were in.
PGD (3,1) 1 Francis Stargang Hey Bob at Feebrick. A very typey Dachshund. Beautiful head and eye. Good length of neck, well laid shoulder and return of upper arm. Good fore chest and length of ribbing. Correct ground clearance and body proportions. Good bone and bunchy feet. Well angulated behind. Sound up and back and used himself well in profile. Just needs a bit more confidence and unfortunately, he wasn’t helping himself in the challenge leaning back and not making a shape. 2 Russells Foxearth Tiger Roll. Big enough but everything in proportion. Ok in head, with good neck and top line. Very well made with good angulation, balance and everything in proportion. Correct ribbing. Really showy and moved soundly holding himself well. He also won BSB.
LD (2,0) 1 Masons Teckeltown Master Piece. Not quite the head for me but it was in proportion and balanced. Very good neck and ribbing, excellent forechest and keel. Well laid shoulders, being picky I would like a touch more upper arm. Very good topline and well angulated hindquarters. Moved very soundly behind and in profile. Handled so well and in great condition. RBD. 2 Stranges Stargang Magic Alfie Moon. Lovely type. Preffered head to 1. Well made both ends, balanced with good body proportions and ground clearance. Good topline and moved and showed well. Just needs to body up and mature.
OD (3,0) 1 Kents Ch Lokmadi Sand Dollar. Lovely head shape and correct almond eye. Good length of neck, with good topline and overall size and proportions. Correct bone and feet. Good forechest and length of keel. Well laid shoulder and return of upper arm with balanced hindquarters of good angulation. He was sound and ground covering on the move and held himself really well, In good condition. BD. 2 Masons Teckeltown Something Magic. Not as good in head as 1 and needs more angulation both ends but he was balanced and sound holding himself well. Good neck and topline, enough front and good ribbing. Good bone and feet. Handled really well. 3 Muttons Ivan Poddubny IZ Omskoi Kreposti For Montone (imp Rus).
SBD (1,0) 1 Russells Foxearth Tiger Roll. See Post grad dog.
PB (8,3) 1 Hughes Amaffrey Larunda. Lovely puppy who was the most mature in this class. Balanced and well angulated both ends with good forechest and length of ribbing. She had a lovely head and eye, good length of neck and held her topline on the move where she was sound and covered the ground with reach and drive. BPB and BP. 2 Kents Lokmadi Oh What a Circus. Another lovely puppy who wasn’t as mature as 1. Really beautiful head with correct eye. Good neck and shoulders with good upper arm. Correct forechest for her age and with good ribbing and well angulated hindquarters. Held her topline and moved really well. Just needs to body up. 3 Roberts and Smiths Rayol Bohemian Rapsody.
JB (12,3) 1 Metcalfe-Bilgins Metadale Legacy Lives On. My notes say loved her! Has everything for me, she had the construction and movement I was looking for and was very typical in head and proportions. A lovely size and had type and quality with a great attitude. A beautiful Dachshund in every way. 2 Hutchings and Prices Collidach Splish Splash. Another lovely bitch who I really liked. Good head, lengthy neck, well made both ends with correct angulation, good ribbing and topline. Correct bone and feet. Good forechest and proportions. Moved soundly and really covered the ground with great showy attitude. RBB. 3 Masons Collidach Hot Springs at Teckeltown.
PGB (6,2) 1 Masons Teckeltown Lady In Red. Very sound bitch and nothing overdone. Ok in head with good neck and shoulder. Held her topline and had good ribbing and forechest. Correct bone and feet and used herself well when moving keeping her outline. 2 Gittings Markidachs Saffrons Gift at Boomerloo. Plainer in head but in proportion. Good neck and topline. BV. 2 Oxleys Dinkidax Phyllisia. Ok in head and lost her topline a little with age. Good bone and feet. Balanced angulation.
