MPD (14,5) 1. Masons Teckeltown Suspicious
Mind. This b/t stood out in this good class, lovely head and eye, good neck,
shoulders and ribbing, so satisfying to go over, sound active mover in
lovely condition, lovely size yet with good bone. 2. Woods Bronia Laurent.
Quite a nice red, he too had a pleasing head and good neck and top-line,
sound on the move, would just prefer a little more bone. 3. Andisons Clentry
Desperado.
PD 12(1) 1. OConnells Rijobeau Rumours with
Llennocor. Another b/t, who again stood out in a big class, lovely head and
eye, good front and a prominent forechest, good shoulders, ribbing and
top-line, moved so very well on thick padded feet. 2. Spall/Clarks Llapsttam
Sebastian. B/t who is a very sound mover, very necky and has a good
top-line, quite pleasing to go over, tail at times can spoil the picture on
the move. 3. Smalls Daxiemoors Hot Shot for Devondax.
JD 6(3) 1. Woods Kelcardi Planet Mars. This
red is still a puppy and could improve in hind movement, good in outline
with a lovely body and ribbing, shows a little wrinkle. 2. Stranges Bronias
Armand at Cazdachs. This red has a pleasing head but eyes could be better,
good front and keel, not so good over the croup. 3. Withheld
PGD 11(2) 1. Wilkinson/Warehams Bronia Gabriel
for Wakywilks. Shaded red who looked lovely going round, liked his head and
eye, pleasing in neck and front with lovely padded feet, very good to go
over, sound and very showy. 2. Masons Teckeltown Elton John. Another very
nice shaded red so similar in many ways to the winner, just has a touch of
wrinkle, lovely neck and top-line and good to handle, he too was sound and
used himself well going round. 3. Magris Rozamie Red Corvette.
LD 9(2) 1. Moes/Williams Cwmdarhian Joe
Calzghe. This b/t is quite striking on the stack, he has the richest of tans
and was in sparkling condition, lovely head and expression, good front and
feet, strong top-line and super quarters, so very sound in every way, a good
Dachshund, RDCC. 2. Jennings Marvale A Royal Affair at Jenivon. Another very
pleasing b/t, just slightly bigger than winner and could use a little less
weight, liked his head, good bone and feet, lovely outline, sound. 3. Coxons
DArisca Dinner at Eight. OD 4(0) 1. Masons Ch. Teckeltown Master Piece JW.
Very smart red who is an excellent showman, very pleasing in head and eye,
lovely to go over being so well put together, lovely front and feet,
immaculate top-line and ribbing, strong quarters, looked lovely both
standing and moving, full of Dachshund arrogance, won DCC. 2. Black/Cross
Ch. Riowood Red Boots JW. Another nice red who is lovely for size, would
just prefer a more masculine outlook, lovely body and condition, necky with
a good top-line, balanced in outline and a sound mover. 3. Gentles Dimogen
Stargazer.
VD 2(0) 1. Phillips Stargang High Hopes of
Robinswood. This red is nearly 10 years and has all his teeth in good
condition, little bit overweight but has a good outline and is still a
decent mover, BV. 2. Ward-Blowers Whitewebbs Sweet William at Willowmist. 9
years, red, who was in super condition, unfortunately his top-line is very
poor.
SBD 4(0) 1. Mills Nisyros Lorenzo at Greyvista.
B/t who was unplaced in PGD, he has a good body and was in good condition,
good bone and feet, movement is ok. 2. Beers Lowrider Bonfire Heart.
Unfortunately missed his previous classes, still a puppy, carrying too much
weight and tail carriage is poor. 3. Scotts Allerbach One More Time.
MPB 25(3) A super class which took some
sorting out. 1. Frost/Crockers Riverbrue Juniper Berry. This red is a real
Dachshund in quality and type, lovely shape to her, such a good head and
eye, very necky with a sound front and lovely feet, so good to go over with
a strong top-line and rear, so sound moving and very showy, won BP. 2.
Masons Marvale Crimson Sunbird. This red is so well put together, good front
and feet, good shoulders and a firm top-line, lovely body and again very
sound both ways, liked her a lot too. 3. Paget/Carrolls Marvale Chiffchaff.
PB 22(2) 1. Masons Teckeltown The Show Girl.
Another good one from this kennel, shaded red in lovely condition, very
pleasing head, lovely front and feet, good shoulders and top-line, very
sound and animated on the move, carries a little wrinkle but minimal. 2.
Andisons Marvale Fieldfare. Very nice red I liked her a lot too, so pleasing
to handle being well bodied and ribbed, quality in head and eye and a very
good mover, just a touch bum high on the stack. 3. Kirkwood-Emerys Marvale
Rosefinch at Helydon.
JB 8(1) 1. Flemings Brogansian Gingerella.
Very well made red, liked her for type and size, nice head and eye, oval
front and good feet, could use a little more neck, firm top-line and a good
mover. 2. Andisons Travannienn. Well balanced b/t with a good head and neck,
top-line could be firmer, decent mover. 3. Wilsons Clentry Mary Poppins. PGB
19(5) 1. Magris Rozamie Abracadeberah. This shaded red is an honest
Dachshund, no flash about her but so satisfying to go over, pleasing head,
very good front and feet, good body, ribbing and top-line, sound mover too.
2. Woods’ Bronia Guistina. Shaded red I liked her very much too, shown in
lovely condition, very sound and all Dachshund in outline, bit milky in
underline. 3. Daltons Beachdax About Damn Time.
LB 15(2) 1. Moes/Williams Cwmdarhian Cold As
Ice. What a fine example of a top class Dachshund, this red is immaculate in
every way, lovely for size yet with the required bone and substance,
beautiful head and eye, super front and feet, strong top-line, good ribs
going well back, makes her so good to go over, strong quarters and a super
mover, shown in tip top condition and so stylish going round, won BCC & BOB.
2. Coxons DArisca Little Black Dress. Found this b/t lovely for type and has
a touch of class about her, good front and feet, good neck and top-line,
very sound and in lovely condition, could be just that bit more animated on
the move. 3. Jennings’ Jenivons Miss Marple.
OB 7(1) 1. Paget/Carrolls Ch. Marvale
Sandpiper. Very high quality red, lovely for size and type, so pleasing in
head and eye, lovely front and feet, good neck and top-line, so good to go
over being so well made, very good showgirl and a sound active mover, slight
coat problem cost her the top award but a lovely Dachshund, RBCC. 2.
Connells Lokmadi With A Dragon Tattoo. Very necky brindle with a lovely head
and eye, good front and so well ribbed, firm top-line and such a good body,
she too is a sound mover, not quite the balance of winner. 3. Mills-Jones
Carlita Welsh Princess.
VB 1(0) 1. Bullinghams Bowetts Aventurine at
Stoweytop. This red is rising 10 years, good for size and in lovely
condition, very well off for body and a decent mover.
SBB 8(1) 1. Dawidowskas Luna Staszel for
Grondhale (imp POL). Shaded red, previously unplaced but looked the part
here, well bodied and a decent type, handler must learn to do more for her,
good mover, BSpB. 2. Beers Stargang Candy Stripes at Lowrider. Again
previously unplaced, this brindle needs more underjaw, lovely colour, decent
outline and decent on the move. 3. Heralds Winterfields June of Arabia.
