Thank you for accepting me as your replacement judge at such short notice. I was pleased to see that size in this variety is not such an issue as the other miniatures. However, there were many with untypical heads. They were short in muzzle and loads of exhibits had round poppy eyes which spoils their whole expression. I was spoilt for choice with my principal winners and had to be extremely picky in my final selection as several could have been handed the CC. Congratulations on a well run friendly show.
Minor Puppy Dog (2)
1st: HUGHES Swingletrees Harlequin by Lindella's A compact dog with excellent
ribing and forechest. He had a good spring of rib and his feet were neat and
tight. He moved well around the ring and looked good in profile.
2nd: CARTER Russetcopse Figaro A nice young dog who has a lovely head and
correct eye shape. He kept his topline on the move and moved well just needs
more confidence.
Puppy Dog (5)
1st: TITE Rijobeau Well I Never A very smart well ribbed dog. He had correct
proportions throughout with a good lay of shoulder and nice reach of neck.
Strong rear end and was able to drive around the ring BPD
2nd: METCALFE-BILGIN Metadale Secret Alliance A well boned dog with a super masculine head. He moved very well just preferred the ground clearance of the winner.
3rd: ANDISON Stargang Jim Beam
Junior Dog (5,1)
1st: FLEMING Brogansian Fleetwood A classy looking b/t dog who was naughty
standing. Correct eye and expression with a lovely shaped head. Good shoulder
and ribbing . he moved reasonably well considering how mischievous he was.
2nd: KENT Lokmadi Charles Rex A confident red boy with a good lay of shoulders. He too had very good ribbing length and well sprung. Just a bit too much leg wrinkle compared to the winner but both nice types.
3rd: ANDISON Stargang Whiskey Mac

shape. He has a good reach of neck and correct front . Another with great feet
moved freely around the ring would just prefer a more masculine head.
2nd: GITTINS Boomerloo's Robin A small compact dog of good proportions . Excellent rear angulation and moved ok. Again his head could be more masculine.
3rd: REYNOLDS Kleinstar Moongazer
