MPD (2) 1 Rijobeau Watch Em Slayy (Tite) Two promising youngsters, a good start to judging, I chose this compact well balanced 8 month b/t, who I feel will remain well within the weight limits of the breed. He is well proportioned head with tapering conical shaped head to muzzle and dark eyes & well set ears. Moderate neck with laid back shoulders, level topline to well angulated rear quarters with well set tail. She did not disappoint on move, steady showing reach and drive. Pleased to award her Best Puppy Dog and BPIB

2 Bronia Rainier of Wakywilks (Wilkinson & Wakeham) another promising youngster, just not quite as together showing or on the move as winner. Built on a larger frame with classic houndy head, long and tapering, well set ears, elegant crested neck, set into laid back shoulders, well ribbed body with good angles to front and rear. Just needs to gain in confidence and improve his ringcraft.

PD (1) 1  Atikan I Am Kenough (O'hare Wilson & Wilson) Confident 11month red male, smart in appearance with attractive dense short smooth coat, covering firm body, Well proportioned from conical shaped head of good length, firm neck well laid shoulders, to level topline, ribbed well back with firm loin and strong well angulated rear, moved out well with ample ground clearance

JD (3,1) 1  Marvale Royal Salute at Helydon (Kirkwood-Emery) promising b/t youngster who moves out well, keeping level topline and ample ground clearance. Well proportioned from conical shaped head with rich tan markings and dark eyes, moderate forechest, well ribbed with firm loin and well angulated rear quarters.

2 Llenocor Stop and Stare with Simorepaw (Hiskett & Kelleway) 15month b/t compact with attractive head, balanced with dark almond shaped eyes, tapering slightly arched muzzle, firm well ribbed body. Moving a little closer at front and rear which will hopefully improve as he matures

PGD (1) 1 Kenleap Moon Hero (Woodhouse) Stood alone in the next 4 classes I spent time with this new handler and her 2year old. Nervous at first on the table we managed to get him standing and showing to advantage. Up to size, with firm well rounded rib and strong rear quarters, his head, with flying ears and lacking the refinement required in the standard that defines the breed. I hope the owner continues to show and in the future able to purchase a well bred dog to do this. She took advice, was willing to learn which I was pleased about, and hope she enjoyed her day watching some quality show dogs.

LD (3,1) 1  Rijobeau Well I Never (Tite) Pleasing 2 year old b/t dog slightly shorter in muzzle, compact body of correct size, firm well sprung rib with deep oval chest, firm topline with strong loin and rear quarters. Moved well coming and going 2 Kenleap Moon Hero (Woodhouse) OD (8) 1  Clentry Tiercel (Andison) My final winner, compact and well within standard size, yet still with the required essentials from classic tapering conical shaped head, balanced with strength to muzzle and large nose pad. He has a moderate neck, prominent forechest with well laid shoulders and firm level topline leading to strong well rounded rear quarters. On the move he comes into his own, displaying reach and drive from rear, keeping his topline and yet still with the required ground clearance. Dog CC & BOB

2 Ch Teckeltown Surspicious Mind (Mason) a close decision here for me in this strong class, these two could have easily changed places. Again that classic conical shaped head with dark almond shaped eyes, length to muzzle and skull, and well set ears, strong muscular neck with required deep oval chest, well angulated forequarters, ribbed well back to strong rear quarters. Moved out well with required reach with drive from rear keeping his topline and well set tail. Res CC

3 Bronia Gabriel for Wakywilks JW (Wilkinson & Wakeham)

mpb (3,2) 1  Stoweytop Bryonys Magic (Mrs M J Bullingham) promising 8 month clear red bitch, she is good for size yet still with the required bone and substance, Feminine head yet still with the required fill and tapering, high set full round tipped ears framing her face, complete with well pigmented nose and eye rims. Her elegant neck flows into firm shoulders with deep oval chest, ribbed well back, to level topline, firm well covered loin and well angulated rear quarters. She just needs to gain more ring training, which hopefully will come as she matures.

PB (3,1) 1  Atikan Merry Midge (O'hare Wilson & Wilson) Two promising youngsters of differing types. I chose this 11 month b/t with rich tan markings, who I felt was more settled on the move on the day. She is good for size, compact, with firm well sprung rib and oval chest, level topline. She has the required conical shaped head, with dark eyes at present her ears need to settle  hope this happens as she finishes teething.

2  Beachdax Angel of My Dreams at Llansansior (Dalton) I loved this b/t bitch standing in profile, she has a classic outline when stacked, from balanced conical shaped head, elegant reachy neck, well laid shoulders with prominent sternum, deep oval chest ribbed well back to loin, with strong rear quarters. She is a shade bigger than than 1st, but just not moving as well on the day as winner, possibly carrying just a little too much weight, which could be easily remedied once she matures and muscle is built up.

JB (8,1) Half way through the class the rain decided to fall, we moved indoors which may have unsettled some sadly. Most seemed to cope well with the change of surroundings 1 Teckeltowns Power of Love (Mason) 13 month b/t presents a good outline in profile, from feminine head, dark eyes, gently tapering to muzzle of good length, moderate neck leading to well sprung rib with oval chest and prominent sternum. Her topline is level with strong rear quarters, used well on the move where she displays strong driving action and forward reach.

2 D'arisca Fascinating Rythm (Coxon) Compact 14 month b/t of good size, yet still with the required firmness of body, rib and loin, leading to well angulated rear quarters, moved out well.

3  Jenivon Jewel at Wenichones (Bain)

YB (2) 1 Atikan Give Them Merry Hell (O'hare Wilson & Wilson) Two red bitches here, I chose this girl as  my winner, although she needs to build her confidence still, she is a good size, balanced head with dark eyes, tapering muzzle of good length, moderate neck with deep oval chest, ribbed well back and strong well angulated rear, with ample ground clearance, which showed on the move

2  Llansansior Empress (Dalton) Compact sturdily built bitch with pleasing head, good forechest, well ribbed with short firm loin and well filled rear quarters, just not as positive on move as winner.

GB (3,2) 1 Mumysami Star Spangled (Cumberland) 2 year old b/t bitch, pleasing for size, with conical shaped head, dark eyes, moderate neck, prominent forechest, would like to see her carry a little more weight, to fill the frame. Steady on the move with good ground clearance

PGB (2,1) 1  Mumysami Beth Level of Crazy JW (Cumberland) Really like this 3 year old red bitch, pleasing in outline, with firm well constructed body. She has an appealing well balanced conical shaped head with  dark eyes, good length to muzzle, well pigmented. She has strong muscular neck, well laid shoulders with deep oval chest, well sprung rib and firm loin leading to muscular rear quarters, moved out really well.

LB (6,1) 1 Wakywilks Vitoria (Wilkinson & Wakeham) 18 month bitch with firm well constructed body, elegant neck set into well laid shoulders, moderate forechest, well sprung rib with strong loin, broad rump, moved out really well

2 Marvale Rosefinch at Helydon (Kirkwood-Emery) 2 year old red bitch, with a touch of elegance about her, Refined head, yet still tapering to muzzle of good length, dark almond shaped eyes with good pigmentation, reachy neck set into well laid back shoulders, prominent sternum, well sprung rib and level topline, moved out really well.

3 Clentry Bumblebee at Wenichones (Bain)

OB (8,1) 1 Marvale Crimson Sunbird at Teckeltown (Mason) Quality 3 year old red bitch, well balanced all through, not oversized yet still with the required bone and substance. Classic conical shaped head, gently tapering to muzzle of good length, dark almond shaped eyes, good pigmentation, set on moderate neck, well laid back shoulders, prominent sternum to deep oval chest, well supported, her ribs are well sprung and carried well back to firm loin and well angulated rear quarters. Moved out well with strong rear drive and good reach, and ample ground clearance, keeping her level topline, pleased to award her Bitch CC

2 Rozamie Making Magic (Bullingham) Compact 4 year old bitch, who excelled on the move covering the ground with ease. Her body is firm with deep oval chest, well ribbed with short loin and full rump to rear. Small yet still with required bone and substance.

3  Bronia Camille (Graham)

VB (3,2) 1 Marvale Silver Sorceress at Louarne (Mrs A Lunt) This 10 year old dapple girl stole my heart, shown in excellent condition for her years, yes her colour is frosting a little now but still with full dentition, and clear eyes, she moved out freely with reach and drive keeping her topline and showing good ground clearance. She is ideal for size, compact yet still with required length, to firm well sprung body, Res CC
