PD (4) 1 Bronia Despacito (Mrs F Hanney-Mitchell) Immediately I was drawn to his shoulder & upper arm which are so well balanced & set on correctly, presents a lovely picture stood, in good coat & condition, nothing exaggerated & pleasing in head & neck, almond eyes well set asa are his ears, shows like a mature adult & will go far, disappointed he was not in the puppy group later in the day. B.P. 2 Jenivons The Story Lives On (Mrs J Jennings) Very raw still & needs to fill out in body, most lovely head shape, almond eyes & correct ear set & size, firm in neck, holds a pleasing under line but top still needs to level out with maturity, correct feet, well set tail. 3 Jenivon’s The Last Waltz (Mrs L Jones) JD (3,1) 1 Siouxline Trojan (Mrs S M Ergis) Up to size but pleasing shape this dark brindle is both masculine & well balanced all through, correctly shaped in head, correct eye shape, well placed ears, lovely firm top line with slight arch to loin, well set shoulders, moved better in front than in rear, quite mature in body. 2 Marvale Royal Salute at Helydon (Misses A & A Kirkwood-Emery) bl/tan in gleaming coat condition, liked his size, has a good head & strong jaws, well set neck, would like a shade more prominent sternum, firm top line & is clean in under line, a shade longer cast in body than 1st, sound well placed hocks & good tail carriage. YD (1) 1 Brogansian Barbarian (Mr C & Mrs P Patch) Brindle with a most pleasing shape to his skull & strong jaw, well set neck, lacking in boldness today & although moved well tended to stand himself sloppily, this I put down to him needing to relax more, lovely rounded rump & well set tail. GD (3) 1 Jenivon’s The Last Waltz (Mrs L Jones) 3rd in puppy but was more relaxed the second time around, bl/t gleaming close coat, has a good front which he uses well on the move, is well bodied with good depth of chest, rounded rump, well sized feet, still needs to firm up in his rear. 2 Kleinstar Blue Moon (Miss H Reynolds) This bl/t is a shade larger & heavier than 1st in his ribbing, has well shaped feet, top line would improve by loosing some of that cover on his ribs, has enough fore chest & wrap around front with elbows firmly held. 3 Kenleap Moon Hero (Mrs N & Mr J Woodhouse). PGD (2) 1 Boomerloo’s Robin (Mrs T M Gittins) Prefer the size of this bl/t over 2, has a good head, well placed almond eyes, correctly set large ears, in good coat & muscular condition, moved well in front but slightly wide from his rear. 2 Kenleap Moon Hero (Mrs N & Mr J Woodhouse) Chocolate with good top line but is rather exaggerated in his tuck up, prefer more gradual lines, pleasing skull & strength of jaw, his ears were rather fly away at times, in good glossy coat. LD (6,2) 1 Normpug Roman Holiday JW (Mrs I Forge) Bl/t a very nice sized dog but would prefer a shade longer head length, scored well in fore chest, keel of good length & elbows firm to his body, strong top line, rounded rump & well set tail which he carried correctly, in hard muscular condition. 2 Mylforbe The Bishop at Gentlegorse (Dr M Eyre-Brook) Liked the size of this bl/t boy who has a nicely shaped head with good eye, feet could be better & had a tendency to drop down on his rear, rounded rum with well set tail but was clamping it down between his rear. 3 Kleinstar Moongazer (Mrs E M Reynolds) OD (11,4) 1 Ch Rijobeau Rumours with Llennocor JW (Mr R & Mrs A O’connell) One I have judged before & not been drawn too but today with full maturity he took my eye on first go around & never put a foot wrong, masculine but correct in size, conical in head shape with lovely expressive almond eyes, good neck length which flow into nicely placed shoulders & corresponding upper arm, good length of keel, well shaped & sized feet, holds a firm but flexible back line, has good quarters & moved well to take top spot today, C.C. & B.O.B. 2 Ch Teckeltown Surspicious Mind (Miss A Mason) Was my Res C.C. winner the last time I judged & again took the same position, this lovely headed bl/t was shown in excellent condition & is a pleasing size, well held top & clean in his under line, like the ribbing & firm loin, just thought 1st had more drive in his rear movement today, has a nicely rounded rump & carries his tail well. 3 Jenivon’s Starfinch (Mrs J Jennings) SB (5) 1 Marvale Kingfisher (Mrs H Downie) This male was in the hardest of condition & has a super head & eye, like the size & shape, correct ribbing & firm in his loin, clean top & under lines, carrying just the right amount of body coverage, moved with good reach & drive, rounded rump & well set tail. 2 Jenivon’s The Last Waltz (Mrs L Jones). 3 Kelsomaid Black Dragon (Mrs S Coote) VB (4) 1 Marvale Silver Sorceress at Louarne (Mrs A Lunt) Very appealing 10 yr old dapple in excellent condition, well muscled & gleaming in coat condition, moved exceptionally well holding a firm flexible top line & clean in under line, so sound in construction & a nice size, is very sound in rear with well set hocks. B.V. 2 Montone Our Lady Faith at Winterfield (Mrs R & Miss S J Herald) 8 yr old dark red with a well placed front, firm in her top line & clean under with good ground clearance, a good boy weight, rounded in rump with pleasing tail set & carriage, her head is conical in shape, unlucky to meet 1st today but is another quality hound. 3 Pennydach Mystique at Rosencrantz VW (Mrs B J Rose). MPB (3) 1 Normpug Midday Sun (Mrs I Forge) Understandably is very raw, uses her front well but still needs to firm up in the rear but sure with time this will come, she is a pleasing size, feminine but not weedy, well shaped feet, confident & enjoying herself, nicely set shoulders with well held elbows. 2 Jenivon’s Mini Me (Mrs J Jennings) Pleasing head shape with good neck, like her ground clearance & top line, clean nicely put together front, rounded rump & good tail carriage, has good feet for size & shape. 3 Jenivons Get Them Talking for Edenwhip NAF (Mr J & Ms R Winkley-Balmer & Winkley). PB (5,3) 1 Kelsomaid Black Dragon (Mrs S Coote) More balanced & getting her act together than 2nd, feminine size with a pleasing front, well shaped skull would like more strength of under jaw, correct ribbing & loin with well held top line, gleaming bl/t coat, a little eratic on the move but is only a baby. 2 Bronia Rihanna at Louromi (Mrs L Bosworth) Lovely headed red/grizzle in gleaming coat, very much at the gangly stage so profile was not as pleasing as 1st, has good length of keel & wrap around front, excellent feet. JB (5,1) 1 Marvale Royal Procession at Alpezia (Miss A Lowood-Price) Immediately caught my eye & did not disappoint on handling nor on the move, very appealing head shape with strong jaw, dark almond shaped eyes & good ear set, can not fault her body shape & condition, well placed & sized feet, hard condition & her bl/t coat was close & gleaming in condition, strode around with ease & confidence, strong firm hocks, delighted to award her C.C. 2 Beachdax Angel of My Dreams at Llansansior (Miss O Dalton) Another pleasing youngster unlucky to be in the same class this bl/t also has a lovely head shape, correct length to keel, has excellent feet, just feel still needs to balance out in front & back which with maturity this will settle & should do well. 3 Maurfield Aphrodite (Mrs A M Corfield) YB (5,2) 1 Portmoll Primadonna (Mr R Graham) Loved her for size she is ultra feminine but has no signs of weakness, well shaped in skull & jaw with strong bite, lovely almond eyes, handed to perfection she strides out well both front & rear, particularly string in her driving action, perfectly balanced this red/grizzle with maturity should have a great future as has so much potential. 2 Beachdax California Gurls (Miss L M B & Messrs L J B & A B Beach) A lovely shape & so very sound in her construction just prefer the size of 1st, liked her head & neck, good eye shape & ear placement, well bodied with good length of ribbing & depth to her chest with firm elbow placement, well rounded rump & correctly carries her tail. 3 Kalhoun Tiger Princess at Boomerloo (Mrs T M Gittins) NB (1) 1 Jenivon’s Secret Wish (Mrs J Jennings) bl/t in good coat & muscular condition, was not relaxed hence moving better in front than from her rear, good length of rib, still needs to fill out a little more over her loin which will enhance her top line, rounded rump & well placed tail. GB (2) 1 Normpug Apricot Beauty (Mrs I Forge) Lovely profile when stood this pale fawn is sound in her action both fore & aft, in hard condition she holds herself proudly with a good top line & ground clearance is good, has a strong firm jaw but would like a shade finer in skull, nice firm hocks & rounded in her rump with good tail set on. 2 Bronia’s Azzurra of Wakywilks (Miss C & Mr A Wilkinson & Wakeham) Preferred the head on this bl/t but sadly was not showing boldness today nor was she driving from the rear, liked for size & substance, well shaped & sized feet, in gleaming coat, one to work on & boost her confidence. PGB (5,2) 1 Jenivon’s Spicebomb (Mrs J Jennings) Lovely headed red grizzle, feminine & pleasing size & shape, moving soundly fore & aft, firm in top line & has correct ground clearance, well shaped feet, has good depth of chest & elbows tight to her ribbing, well held tail & set. 2 Joshotto Martha Gunn (Miss A J Butterstone) Bl/tan of a nice size & in good coat, well held top line but would like a shade more ground clearance & length of leg, firm in loin, feet could be larger, moved with a nice free flowing stride. 3 Andeysson Cape Verde of Kelsomaid (Mrs S Coote). LB (10,1) 1 Siouxline Elsa Marie JW (Mrs S M Ergis) One I did well for as a puppy & pushed hard for top spot today, still very appealing for her size & shape as nothing is out of proportion, conical in head shape with good strong jaw & lovely almond shaped eyes, flowing neck into well placed shoulder & upper arm in harmony, excellent in body condition, firm well placed hocks, rounded rump & carries her tail correctly, pushed hard for top spot just felt in the challenge that Junior showed with more enthusiasm, Res C.C. 2 Winterfield Lucky Star (Mrs R & Miss S J Herald) Similar in size & shape to 1st she is another of quality who stands to present a lovely profile, uses her front well with good reach, moved ok in rear just not as positive in drive as 1st today, like the head shape, firm in neck, good top & under lines, well set tail but could be carried a shade higher. 3 Glynlythe’s Heirloom for Devondax JW (Miss Kj Small) OB A lovely class to judge & all had various points of quality. (11,6) 1 Melriding Silver Spangle (Misses A & A Kirkwood-Emery) Sou soundly constructed & in tip top condition this dark dapple impressed me immensely, has good ground clearance, firm top line & is strong in her rear, conical head shape carried proudly on her firm neck, lovely balanced shoulder & upper arm, elbows firm & well held to her body, carrying the correct body weight & in gleaming coat, was strongly considered for top position. 2 Ch Rijobeau Rita Bix with Llennocor (Mr R & Mrs A O’connell) A worthy title holder with a lot to like, feminine in size & shape but just carrying a shade too much body weight today, despite this she still moved around the ring with precise firm footing, gleaming bl/t coat & well muscled, stands firm in her rear with a well set tail. 3 Ch Marvale Crimson Sunbird at Teckeltown (Miss A Mason)
