BIRMINGHAM NATIONAL 2003 Dachshund (Miniature Long Haired) Judge: Mrs N Price
In the ring one does not have friends - only dogs to judge. Round eyes still preset a problem. Movement has improved since I last judged this delightful breed. Temperaments were outstanding despite the noisy hall. I enjoyed my judging, the support of the ringside and seeing my BOB going G4. The puppy class were particularly pleasing. MPD. (4). 1. Poole’s, Findowrie Society Guy. Well balanced. Good head with dark oval eyes. Correct lay of shoulders and ribbing. Good rear angulation. Nice muscle for a baby. Moved very well once settled. Challenged well in the line up. BPD. 2. Wallace’s, Mullion Karimma Faru at Cheslan. Beautiful eye and expression. Elegant neck into well placed shoulders. A real baby. PD. (2). 1.
