MINIATURE LONG HAIRED
I was very disappointed with the quality of the dogs, the quality of the bitches was a lot better. Still pigmentation is an issue, noses are various shades as is nails, many with light of pink nails. Coats on the whole were clean but still many dogs had tartar stained teeth.
MPD. (3). 1. King’s, Donnadoon Midnight Express at Kingsdax. Black and tan very immature. Masculine head. Would like a little more neck. Best front in this class. Well angulated quarters. Moved ok. 2. Brooks’, Lyndarlea Candle in the Dark. Silver dapple. Needs more confidence. Dog of nice type. Moved out well but I preferred the front of the winner. 3. Brown’s, Devoncream Dew n Thyme.
PD. (3). 1. Warren and Rowell’s, Jadag Continental Diplomat. Black and tan I liked this dog a lot. Needs to settle on the table so he can give his best and by far the best mover in this class. Masculine head on a well arched neck. Keeps outline on the move. Pressed hard for the RCC. Pleased to award BP. 2. Paterson’s, Wilmaranna James Bond. Again another who lacks confidence on the table. Scores well in head and neck but does not have the movement of winner. 3. Kennedy’s, Deneka Solar Flare.
JD. (2). 1. Kennedy’s, Denkena;s Vanilla Moon. Smart shaded cream. Masculine head. Nice front, well ribbed. Moved out well keeping a pleasing outline.
PGD. (4). 1. Phillips’, Rossdach Your Song. Brindle. Liked his masculine head. Well arched neck, correct well filled front. Well angulated hindquarters. Moved out well. RCC. 2. Oxley’s, Wildhatch Cropston Boy of Dinkidax. Brindle. Close decision between first and second. Same remarks apply but I preferred outline of the winner on the move. 3. Cooper’s, Classidax Paddy at Jumanda.
LD. (6). 1. Breese’s, Silkdown on Parade JW. Compact red who I have judged before. Masculine head, correct well filled front. Excellent shoulder placement. Moved out well keeping a pleasing outline at all times. Moved with purpose. Pleased to award him the CC. Preferred the bitches reach of neck for Best of Breed. 2. Phillips’, Rossdach Your Song. 3. Oxley’s, Dinkidax Tidal Wave.
OD. (5). Very mixed and difficult class to judge. 1. Brooks’, Lyndarlea Earth Tremor. Black and tan. Pleasing head and neck. Nice overall shape. Moved out ok. 2. Brooks’, Lyndarlea Choc Ice. Unusual shade of chocolate. Pleasing dog thought he was going to be my winner but on the day he tended to loose his outline on the move. 3. Bedford’s, Dinkidudlor Bracken Booka.
MPB. (2). 1. Brown and Devoncream Ruby Red Dress. Two very immature babies who need time to mature. Fist was the better mover as second was very narrow away from me. 2. Brooks’, Lyndarlae in my Thoughts.
PB. (3). 1. Kennedy’s, Denkena Vivaldi. Pretty black and tan bitch. Sweet head and expression. Correct well filled front, well ribbed. Moved out well. 2. Morrison’s, Wilmaranna Miss Money Penny. Sweet silver dapple. Needs more ringcraft to get the best out of her. She has a nice front and good quarters. 3. Keay’s, Essendy Witch Craft.
JB. (1). 1. Johnson’s, Charpurdy Millie McStar. Black and tan bitch. Scores well in all departments. Moved a little wide in front coming towards me. Covered the ground well.
PGB. (7). 1. McNaughton’s, Bronia Miss Rabanne. Smart black and tan. Won this class with ease, Nice head and expression. Good shoulders. Moved out well. Covered the ground with ease, keeping a pleasing outline. 2. Kennedy’s, Demkena’s Black Berry. Black and cream. Another pretty bitch with pretty head and expression. Keeps a nice outline on the move but on the day I preferred the front extension of winner. 3. Brooks’, Lyndarlea Shutt the Door.
LB. (6). 1. Hanney’s, Bronia Serenity. Pretty clear red bitch. Feminine head and expression. Nice almond shaped eye. Correct front, best shoulders in this class. Excellent ribbing carried well back. Super hindquarters. Moved like a dream keeping a pleasing outline at all times. Pleased to award the RCC unlucky to meet CC winner in top form. 2. Edwards’, Barok Zola Bella. Very pretty black and tan. Correct head and neck. Moved out well keeping a pleasing outline. 3. Phillips’, Rossdach Nuthin Compairz T U.
OB. (4). 1. Geeson’s, Abydach Attitude. The star of the day. Very pretty black and cream. Excellent head and expression on a well arched neck. Correct well filled front, excellent shoulder placement. Well sprung ribs. Excellent well angulated hindquarters. Pleased to award her CC and BOB hope her third is not far away. Congratulations. 2. Cooper’s, Garbosa Tilly the Tinker at Jumanda. Black and tan. Nice head. Neat front, keeps a nice outline at all times. Moved with purpose. 3. Edwards’, Barok Bonnechere.
