MINIATURE LONG HAIRED
I would like to thank the exhibitors
for their entry, surprisingly it WAS me and, not a male counterpart.
Presentation differed, please remember this is a beauty competition & grooming
is important as part of the picture. I was extremely disappointed that my Best
of Breed did not stay to represent us in the Group ring!
PD (4,1)1 Richardson’s Sirrondach Ebony Damon Hill, promising b/t
youngster, lovely head, correct shoulder angulation, good length of rib, well
angulated behind. Moved out well. BP. 2. Halsall’s Kiddles St Edmunds, another
one I liked, smaller than 1. I’m sure these two have a rosy future. 3 Duchesne’s
Scandell’s September Gold.
JD (7) 1.Brown’s Rafthouse Raising Hell at Garbosa, lovely dark
choc & tan, houndy head, well-placed & angulated shoulders, prominent prosternum,
excellent hind movement. Presented in gleaming coat & condition. Res CC. 2.
Brooks’ Layways Piper for Lyndarlea, cream, good head & eye, well pigmented,
slightly short in upper arm. 3 Young’s Willowheath Hendrix.
PGD (4) 1 Brooks’ Lyndarlea Fizical Atracts, very nice dark choc & tan,
low to ground, good shoulders, bunched feet. Covered the ground with ease.
2.Roberts’ Wingcrest Goldfinger with Denver, cream, masculine head, good reach
of neck, good length of rib, strode out well. 3.Shutt’s Sanmik Sir Gallahad at
Donnadoon.
LD (6,1) 1.Oxley’s Dinkidax Donny Rova JW, b/t, beautiful in profile
when stacked, but not sufficient hind thrust to gain top honours on the day.
Presented in excellent coat & condition He has a great head, correct shoulders,
and excellent length of rib. 2. Young’s ZZ Top, b/t, good head, prominent
prosternum, good length of rib. 3. McCarthy’s Nagshall Polar Seal.
OD (6) 1 Brooks’Ch Lyndarlea Choc Ice, choc and tan, one I have
often admired, lovely type, good length of rib, good shoulders, tightest of
elbows, well angulated behind., covered the ground with ease showing a clean
pair of pads. My only criticism of him is that his chocolate is wishy-washy. CC
& BOB85.I just wish his owner had stayed to represent the Breed in the Group. 2
Davis’ Corrinbar Blue Moon, silver dapple, a new one to me. He won his place on
his lovely flowing movement, handsome head, correct shoulders, and good length
of rib. 3.Poole’s Findowrie Man About Town.
PB (11,2) 1 Johnsons ’Charpurdy Just Iss, b/t, has a prominent
prosternum, good length of rib, correct shoulder angulation, positive mover. 2
Roberts’ Denver Strawberry Fields, shaded cream, lovely feminine head, good
prosternum, well-ribbed, felt she could carry a little more weight to advantage,
but very promising. 3 Brooks’ Lyndarlea Dark Moment.
JB (5,1) 1 Norton’s Halunke Casalini, black & cream, lovely head set on
reachy neck, good length of ribbing, moved out well behind. 2 Palin’s Sanmik
Kes, cream, smaller head than 1, good pigment, correct shoulders & hind
angulation, moved out well behind, just outclassed by age in this class. BPB. 3
Mee’s Barlaine’s Dark Delight.
PGB (6) 1 Cooper’s Jumandas Gipsy Silver, silver dapple, lovely head,
excellent shoulder placement, good ribbing, good hind angulation, strode out
well. 2. Mee’s Barlaine’s Country Classic, smaller type, liked her head, she won
this place on movement. 3 Johnson’s Charpurdy Millie McStar.
LB (10,1) 1 Brown’s Garbosa Chocolate Vogue, dark choc & tan, small
neat girl. I particularly admired her head, good length of rib, excellent
shoulder placement with tightest of elbows, correct hind angulation. She strides
out with great confidence. CC. 2 Thomas’ Shenaligh Teasel, b/t, good head, well
ribbed. Slightly taller than Vogue, moved confidently & correctly. 3 Thomas’
Shenaligh Sweet Shadow.
OB (5,1) 1.Robert’s Ch. Denver Suzi Wong, black & cream, very worthy
Champion, lovely feminine head, correct shoulders, good length of ribbing, sound
positive mover. Res CC. 2. Turner’s Willowheath Silver Sequin from Rafthouse,
silver dapple, mother of my Res Dog CC winner. She has a lovely head, set on
reachy neck, very sound positive mover. 3.Holmes’ Tammera Touch of Elegance.
