MINIATURE LONG HAIRED
Shoulder construction still remains a problem & I was surprised at the number of short ribs, these points need watching. Presentation was good. My thanks to my stewards.
MPD (1) 1 Shearer’s Xemxija Cavalier, 7 months shaded/cr of good type & shape, nice head & eye, good feet, moved well. Just loose at present as one would expect at this age. Well handled & presented.
PD (2) 1 Lockett-Walter’s Ralines Foreign Ambassador, very nice red puppy of excellent type, good shoulders, thick feet & strong front, good head & eye, moved with drive & extension, promising. BPD; 2 De Havilland’s Elliscottage Story Teller, very nice b/t in excellent coat & condition, good bone, strong quarters, good head & eye. Topline just needing to settle a little on the move. Sound movement.
JD (6) 1 Mee’s Barlaines Midnight Prince, quality b/t of good size & substance, good head & eye, well ribbed, good underline, well angulated quarters, very sound movement, needing to settle a little. Well handled & presented; 2 Brooks’ Layways Piper for Lyndarlea, cream dog in tip-top condition as were all the dogs from this kennel, excellent bone & substance, very good feet, sound free movement, well handled; 3 Dutson’s Rossdach Red Leader. PGD (2) 1 Brooks’ Lyndarlea Fizzycal Attracts, very balanced small choc, excellent balance of length to height, well ribbed, strong front & good quarters, very sound, loved the dark colour of this dog, well handled & presented; 2 Richardson’s Surrondach Ayrton Senna, choc, good head & eye. Not the ribs or quarters of 1. Moved well.
LD (4) 1 Shutt’s Donnadoon Diplomat, very nice lengthy red dog, ribs of good length, short strong loin, excellent front & quarters, moved with great drive & extension. Would like a little more coat to finish the picture; 2 Brooks’ Lyndarlea Pedro, b/t in excellent condition, good ribbing & bone, excellent feet, strong correct front, sound free movement. Preferred the length of 1.
OD (5) Good quality class. 1 Turner’s Ch Rafthouse Herr Flick, attractive silver dapple in excellent coat & condition, very good head & eye, good neck, correct shoulders & front, strong well angulated quarters, long ribbing & good underline, moved with great drive & extension, well handled & presented. CC & BOB, looked good in the group; 2 Brooks’ Ch Lyndarlea Choc Ice, top quality choc, excellent conformation, good bone & feet, well balanced outline, very sound movement, well handled & presented, a worthy ch. RCC; 3 Oxley’s Ch Wildhatch Cropston Boy of Dinkidax.
MPB (5) 1 Geeson’s Abydachs Absolution, top quality b/t in excellent coat & condition, well ribbed, good underline, excellent bone, correct feet, good head & eye, very sound movement, well handled, a most promising puppy. BP; 2 Hilbert’s Dashdotcom Fleur De Lys, quality cream of rangier type than 1, very good head & eye. Needing a little more body maturity. Smart sound movement. Well handled & presented; 3 Thomas’ Shenaligh Sweet Dreamer
. PB (4) 1 Brooks’ Lyndarlea Dark Moment, very smart b/t, best of shoulders, well balanced for size, good topline & tailset, in excellent coat & condition, moved well; 2 Duchesne’s Scandell September Breeze, nice red bitch, good front & topline, sound movement. Preferred quarters on 1; 3 De Havilland’s Elliscottage Story Time.
JB (6) 1 Mee’s Barlaines Dark Delight, b/t in excellent coat & condition, good front, bone & feet, good long ribbing, correct topline & tailset, free long sound movement, the litter sister to JD winner; 2 Dutson’s Ralines Black Lace, a quality b/t in top condition, lovely head & eye, this was a difficult decision between the winner who just scored on the day on freedom of movement, two very nice bitches; 3 Palin’s Sanmik Behlanna. PGB (5) 1 Palin’s Sanmik Kess, shaded/cr of great quality, just 12 months, excellent type, lovely head & eye on good neck, strong well angulated quarters, sound free movement, a little more maturity & more will be heard of this one, liked her very much; 2 Cooper’s Jumandas Gypsy Silver, attractive silver dapple of larger type than 1, super head & eye, strong neck, sound movement, well handled; 3 Shutt’s Donnadoon Ebony Angel.
