MINIATURE LONG HAIRED
I had an honour to judge a lovely entry of this breed. The overall quality was
very good to my eyes which was already adopted over the years to the different
type of this breed than we have in the FCI countries. Quite a few dogs were low
to the ground, and also a number of them should have a longer neck with slightly
more elegant leaner head with less stop. Some of the dogs should have a little
bit cleaner pasterns with less horizontal wrinkles on them. I really liked my
winners.
MPD 1 Paterson’s Duke o Dallas. Has a very good type, not yet
ready. A little bit loose topline, otherwise moved well with good front
assembly. 2 Palin’s Sanmick Pikcard. A very sound puppy male, pleasing head,
nice coat. Just lost on the move on the day.
PD 1 Halsall’s Kiddles Medusa. A very nicely headed young male, excels
in his expression. Well balanced all the way through. Moved well. His front
should improve. 2 Mee’s Barlaine’s Golden Stricker. Nice head and expression. I
would prefer a bit longer neck and upper arm. Good substance to his age. Moved
well.
JD 1 Roberts’ Denver Dream Lover. This little gentleman can improve to
a big winner later on. Pleasing head, correct anatomy, just the upper arm could
be longer. Nice coat. Moved well. 2 McCarthy’s Nagshall All Guns Blazing:
Masculine head, but a little bit strong topline. The neck could be longer.
Excellent substance, good coat quality. Moved well.
PGD 1 Hallett’s Cagebrook Jimmy Choo at Loretto. A very nice male. Nice
head, good neck and shoulders, Excels in balance and substance. He is an honest
mover. He was shown in excellent condition. He really pushed my winner, his days
can come soon. Res.CC. 2 Broad’s Lyndarlea One of the Boys. A nice masculine
male with good substance and balance. Nicely headed. I would prefer slightly
longer neck and upper arm on him, otherwise an honest dog.
LD 1 Lockett-Walters’ Metadale Dick Turpin. Lovely male with
very nice head and expression. Correct anatomy, good coat texture. Moved well.
Only could have a little bit more self confidence temperament-wise to win even
more on he day. He won a VERY strong class anyway. 2 Croxford’s Arbroath Lord of
Strathspey. Very close to the winner, I just preferred my winner’s head and
balance. A true mover, excellent substance. Lovely coat and presentation.
OD 1 Turner’s Ch Rafthouse Herr Flick. A very sound typy male in
excellent show condition and presentation. A small gentleman, who knows very
well, how great he is. Beautiful head, good length and reach of neck makes him
elegant. Correct shoulders and front. Elegant and powerful, which can go
together very rarely. Moved with proudness and in a correct way from every
angle. I was also proud to award him the DCC & BOB. 2 Broad’s Jenwood Ring of
Bells. He pushed the winner very hard. Nice head and expression. Plenty of
quality. Correct anatomy, lovely coat. I just couldn’t resist to the neck of my
winner.
MPB 1 Edwards’ Barok Blondellah. A very feminine, eye catching puppy.
The sweetest head expression. Good balance and substance. Moved well. I can feel
a great potential in her. BP. 2 Oxley’s Dinkidax Dollipop. Nice, feminine head
and expression. Good balance and substance to her age. Moved well. She just
needs a bit more time to be ready.
PB 1 Turner’s Rafthouse Eternity. From the same breeder than my BOB
winner. Also a lots of similar quality. She excels in her balance, head, topline
and movement. Certainly has a great future. 2 Mee’s Barlaine’s Summer Star.
Lovely head and expression. She has a good topline, plenty of substance. Just
should be rather higher on her legs to win the Class.
JB 1 Shone’s Hanishan Classic Madam. She won a strong Class. She excels
in her head, neck, shoulders and topline. She was shown in excellent condition.
2 Brooks’s Lyndarlea Sunset. Nice head and expression, good balance and
substance, lovely coat. She just should move in a way like the winner did to own
the Class.
PGB 1 Edwards’ Barok New Beginning. Another beauty from this kennel.
Very pleasing head, good neck and shoulders. Excellent temperament.
Well-angulated fore-and hind legs. Lovely coat. 2 Johnson’s Charpurdy Just Iss,
another nicely headed one. Her neck could be slightly longer to my eyes. She
excels in her substance, coat, topline and movement.
LB 1 Leach’s Willowheath Lady Sophia at Miriadachs. A beautiful
feminine bitch. Nice head and expression, good balance and substance. Good coat
quality. A true mover. She made my winner running for his money. BRCC. 2 Mee’s
Barlaine’s Dark Delight. Very similar quality with the winner. Pleasing head.
The upper arm could be slightly longer to have a bit more reach on the move.
Lots of substance, correct front.
OB 1 Goddard’s Ch Minard Krystal Darque. The real Queen of the ring on
this day. A head and expression to die for. Correct anatomy and front. Moved
truly and honestly. A worthy Champion. I was happy to join those who already
awarded a ticket to her before. BCC. 2 Holmes’ Ch Tammera Touch of Elegance.
Nomen est Omen. A really elegant feminine little bitch. Pleasing head, good
shoulders. Correct topline. I had to split my hair for the Res., but my winner
had slightly more spirit on the move on the day.
