PD (3) 1. Connew’s Fenellafleur Elvis, 7 months. Pleasing head and expression. Overall nice ribcage and prominent breast bone. Satisfactory angulation fore and aft and I was pleased to see hindquarters that stood true, and moved true, and with some ‘kick-back’ and drive. 2. Blackshaw and Roberts’s Ravenways Tornero, 7 months. Pleasing head and expression. Satisfactory ribcage. Nice profile outline when standing. Hocks could be better. Moved happily enough, though lacking the drive of the class winner. 3. Graham’s Jadag Fornton’s Caramel

JD (3) 1. Brooks’ Lyndarlea Atlantica. Pleasing shoulders and corresponding upper arm; hindquarters pretty much balanced through, though a little lacking in power during movement. Good length of ribcage but I would have liked to see more spring of rib. 2. Booth’s Asbach Andreas. Nice front and feet, Pleasing head, neck and ribcage. 3. Mee’s Barlaine’s Golden Striker

PGD (2) 1. Kermode’s Kingsdax Kings Ransome. Excellent front assembly. Well rounded ribcage with some length to brisket. Good hind quarter extension to give strong drive from the rear on the move. Just a little overweight for me. 2. Brearley’s Lyndarlea Silver Wave at Xanadax. Attractive dapple with superb front and shoulders. Nice feet and reasonable ribcage.

LD (1) 1. Charnley’s Northnook Rafferty. Excellent ribcage and topline. Neck, shoulders and upper arm gave me pleasure to go over. Hindquarters balanced through with forequarters. Lovely feet. Moved soundly with reach from the front and drive from the rear. Reserve Dog.

OD (2) 1. Oxley’s Ch Wildhatch Cropston Boy of Dinkidax. Very pleasing head and neck and shoulder placement. Correct front assembly and nicely balanced hindquarters. Nice prosternum, good ribcage with depth of brisket. Moved with reach at the front and some drive from behind but it was his lovely feet that won him this class and Best Dog. 2. Brooks’ Lyndarlea Fizical Atracts. Nicely angulated and balanced fore and aft. Pleasing head and neck, very good ribcage and topline. Moved soundly but not the feet I would like.

PB (8) 1. Shutt’s Donnadoon Nutmeg. 9 months. Very feminine with nice head on good neck. Pleasing prosternum. Excellent spring of rib but would have preferred a longer brisket. Super hindquarters with plenty of drive on the move. Nice feet. Moved well. 2. Brown’s Donnadoon Hollyberry at Garbosa. Litter sister to the above and the same remarks apply. Just preferred the movement of no. 1 3. Holden’s Dinkidax Ebony & Ivory.

JB (6) 1. Blackshaw’s Ravenways Wishin N Hoping. 10 months. Beautiful head, elegant, clean neck. Nicely angulated and balanced fore and aft. Super prosternum and ribcage with brisket carried well back. Excellent feet. Moved, truly, freely and with reach and good drive. BOB, Best Bitch, and Best Puppy 2. Booth’s Asbach Amelie. Nice prosternum and pleasing feet. Shoulder angulation good and balanced through with hindquarter angulation. Good ribbing. 3. Tattersall’s Asbach Artimis at Alanea

PGB (3) 1. Graham’s Hillstar Lexzina of Jadag. Very pretty girl with excellent prosternum. Nicely angulated overall. Pleasing ribcage. Good feet. Moved well. 2. Bainbridge’s Andynromadax at Lynbain. Very professionally handled but not quite the angulation or ribcage of the class winner 3. Mee’s Barlaine’s Country Classic.

LB (3) 1. Charnley’s Northnook Lucyanna. Very feminine bitch with nice feet and good prosternum. Excellent ribcage and good shoulders. Moved very well. 2. Shutt’s Chocolate Enchantress of Donnadoon. Just preferred the shoulders and ribcage of No. 1 otherwise the same remarks apply.

OB (5) A class of very nice moving bitches with reach from the front and some hind extension giving drive from the rear. 1. Jamieson’s Djeata Spring Blossom. A very feminine bitch with pleasing neck and good and balanced angulation. Good prosternum. Excellent ribcage and brisket Reserve Best Bitch 2. Geeson’s Ch Abbydachs Absolution. Preferred the feet on this girl. Not the angulation of number one - though balanced through. Super ribcage. 3. Mee’s Barlaine’s Dark Delight.
