MINIATURE LONG HAIRED

It was truly an honour to be invited back this year to judge the Miniature Longhairs and to award CC's in both dogs and bitches of such quality. In most classes there was a fine line between my first and second place winners. If I were to offer a word of caution, it would be to pay attention to the recent change in the standard and avoid exaggeration of any form. I was very pleased with the quality and representation of the breed overall. I did feel that the bitches presented overpowered the dogs. I was extremely pleased with my DCC and BCC winners. They were excellent examples of the breed, well balanced with substance and presence. My Best Puppy and RCC winner is definitely an upcoming star to be watched.  MPD (3/1) 1 Warren's Chelane Stargazer at Cornishpixie BPD. Well balanced, proportioned head, nicely coated, nice front, ribbing and keel, very energetic, strong rear. 2 Mitchell's Bronia Superstyler. Balanced, nicely groomed, good ribbing, nice movement and topline, strong rear. PD (2) 1 Brooks' Lyndarlea Bubbles. Well balanced, nice length of body, proportioned head, good front, nice movement and drive. 2 King's Kingsdax Chase the Dream. Well balanced, nice ribbing and keel, level topline. JD (2) 1 Boyle's Zarcrest Ice Conqueror. Nice front, low, level topline, strong rear, balanced. 2 Norton's Halunke Top Toddy. Nicely proportioned head, nice length of body, slightly timid.
