A very good entry. The bitches were much more even than the dogs. I found quite a few of the males too long &, sadly, lacking body for their size. The bitches were generally better ribbed. A lot of excellent heads, temperaments generally were good, just a few unsettled in the noisy hall.
MPD 1 Dinkidax Justin Credible, 7 months, beautiful puppy all through, excellent structure, balance & movement. Good head, just right for his age & should have a great future; 2 Nagshall Mr Tambourine Man, 6 months, excellent quality, good length & very good head. A little narrow through the body yet but very good movement & carriage; 3 Denkena Loganberry. PD 1 Garbosa Raising Cain, outstanding 10½ months choc/t, carrying a little puppy coat but he has excellent shape & balance, very good head, best topline & carriage in the class. Quality in abundance & moves with reach & drive holding his topline. RCC & BP; 2 N Mr Tambourine Man; 3 Chriskims Trailblazer. JD 1 Ralines Romeo at Lyndarlea, 17 months, a little long for perfect balance but scored in rib & forechest & front angulation to win this. Masculine head & good eye, excellent quarters, lovely dignity in his natural carriage. Can tighten in elbow; 2 Abydachs Aniseed, 14 months, I liked his proportions & head but lacks front angulation & forechest. Carries firm topline. Not the spring of rib of 1; 3 C Trailblazer.PGD 1 Half Century at Rarewood, silver dapple, easy winner of this class for ribbing & movement. A little strong in head but he moved well. Good proportions. A little upright in neck; 2 Totonian Toscanini, b/t, front a little forward placed but he moved well & scored in ribcage & loin; 3 Nagshall Just Santana. LD 1 Garbosa Simply Splendid of Dinkidudlor, choc/t, excellent proportions & topline held on the move. Very good head & eye. Just a shade narrow in front & I would prefer tighter feet. Scored in ground clearance & topline to secure a narrow victory over 2 Dinkidax Broxa Boy at Ribblesmere, b/t, lovely to go over on the table to find a well ribbed, well covered dog. Quality head, good eye, excellent bone & feet. Just a little heavy in front & therefore less ground clearance than 1 but I liked him a lot; 3 Dinkidax Goodsoul. OD 1 Ch Willowheath Hendrix, 6 years, in excellent condition. A Dachshund in miniature, well built & moving well, good bone & feet, well ribbed, quality head & eye, excellent carriage & good stride. CC & BOB; 2 Ch Ralines Just Ozzie, cream, lovely type, very good carriage & topline, excellent head. Not in his best coat but scored in proportions. Couldn’t match 1 in neck; 3 Nagshall Oklahoma Sunrise.
MPB 1 Charpurdy Just Willow, 8 months, wonderful temperament & carriage which won her this narrow victory. Lovely head, good ground clearance, excellent movement & topline; 2 Nagshall Sweet Molly Malone, 6 months, lovely b/t, excellent ribcage, bone & feet, very good head. Just a little softer in topline than 1 & not quite as firm but good movement, in excellent condition, full of promise; 3 Findowries Easter Bonnet. PB 1 Dolyharps Bittersweet, 10 months red, lovely bodied bitch, well put together & goes with a good stride. Could have a little more neck. Excellent quarters, very good topline. BPB; 2 Willowheath Adele, 11 months b/t, excellent ribcage & lovely head. Just falls away a little severely over the croup & this affects topline & rear movement; 3 N Sweet Molly Malone. JB Good class. 1 Ralines Pipping Kandi, 14 months cream of excellent proportions, carriage & movement. Very good head & eye, excellent ribbing & good chest, scored in proportions to take this good class. Excellent temperament. Just needs more finish of coat to go further; 2 Dolyharp Desert Song, 17 months brindle, in lovely condition. Just a touch longer for perfect balance. Excellent head & good ribbing. I just preferred ground clearance of 1 but very close up; 3 Tolberg Tia Drop at Emmajesk. PGB 1 Hanishan Magic Nite at Lyndarlea, shaded/r, convincing winner of this class. Lovely balanced movement & carriage, scoring in front reach over 2. Well angulated & uses it on the move. Feminine head, good eye. I would prefer a little more strength in underjaw but full of quality; 2 Lyndarlea Dolly, high quality choc/dapple, beautifully bodied bitch, excellent ribcage & good quarters. Just a little forward in shoulder showing in front action; 3 Nagshall Love Changes This. LB 1 Devonwood Lady Alexandra, b/t who pleased me a lot on the table & moving. Her handler could make a little more of her. Unexaggerated & lovely balance, excellent head; 2 Barok Blondeliah, beautiful bitch who was not quite settled in the hall. 5 years, in lovely condition, beautiful head. Just a little longer than 1 but excellent type & full of quality; 3 Nagshall Ivory Edition with Willowheath. OB 1 Abydachs Absolutely, b/t, excellent proportions & movement, good head & eye, in excellent condition. Would just like a little more neck to finish her but went with great style & topline. CC; 2 Doujac Erin at Zarcrest, scored in neck over 1 but going a little reluctantly. I liked her proportions & ground clearance, very good chest & movement. RCC; 3 Dinkidudlor Isha Aurog at Eldmour.
