MIN L/H – I was shocked & distressed by the extremely thin Min L/h males in my entry at the show. There were no bitches who were thin.

MPD (9,2a) 1 Maclaine’s Pennygown Pilot, very happy deep red baby who really enjoyed himself. Of correct size for age with plenty of substance on his frame. Of good type with strong topline & well finished hindquarters; 2 Bell’s Tolberg Cream Dream, sound on the move & held his topline at all times; 3 Crawley & King’s Summerview Perfect Percy. PD (5,1) 1 P Pilot; 2 Harris’ Zarcrest Frozen Assets, shaded/cr with great promise. Another well covered baby. Good hindquarters which he used to advantage; 3 S Perfect Percy. JD (2) Shocked at the thinness of these two exhibits. Withheld first prize because the best type of the two was lame in the left front leg; 2 McCarthy’s Nagshall Whatsitallabout; 3 Vine’s Cishelvine Half In The Shade. Excellent construction throughout which he demonstrated on the move. Beautiful type with a well covered body. MPB (9,2) 1 Jumanda’s Silver Slipper, well marked silver dapple. Long, low & level. What a pretty little girl, I just loved her. Absolutely sound on the move with an impressive outline; 2 Lockett-Walters & Walters’ Ralines Kandi Kisses, glamorous red with good bone & feet. Needs to settle to the task but has plenty of time; 3 Bell’s Tolberg Dazzling Daisy. PB (7,1) 1 Worswick’s Dolyharp Coppelia, deep cream of such lovely type. Moved with reach & drive because of correct layback & matching angles in her quarters. Well balanced all through. BP; 2 J Silver Slipper; 3 No name given. JB (4,1) 1 Rees’ Yumares Wynnona, dark red poppet. So sound & well constructed, good spring of rib & good shoulder placement; 2 Brooks’ Lyndarlea Little Pearl, & she was too. Very pretty cream with lovely free movement & strong hindquarters; 3 McCarthy’s Nagshall Lorelei. YB (4,1) 1 McCarthy’s Nagshall Just So, very feminine with good bone & feet, well covered body, pleasing head & body; 2 Rees’ Yumares Xandra, chubby exhibit with good bone; 3 Brown’s Xemxija Ice Mimosa is Devoncream. PGB (12,3) 1 Johnson’s Charpurdy Just Willow, b/t of gorgeous type. Correct front, good forechest, well let down hocks, lovely on the move with reach & drive keeping her outline at all times; 2 Young’s Willowheath Foxy Music, s/red, another of lovely type with good front who also moved out well; 3 Nagshall Love Actually. LB (20,7) What a lovely strong class, a pleasure to judge. 1 Brooks’ Lyndarlea Hanishan Eezy Magic Nite at Lyndarlea, s/red with the sweeping lines that I love. Good length to second thigh which finished off the picture. Good angles fore & aft, she moved with reach & drive. CC, her second I am told; 2 Johnson’s Charpurdy Just Ification, litter sister to winner of PG. Same remarks apply. What a litter that must have been; 3 Wood’s Wildstar Wromance. OB (10,2) 1 Angear’s Ridgegrove Bell Of The Ball, litter sister to the BOB & BIS winner. Again in gleaming condition with correct flat coat with no fluffiness at all. Totally sound with good angles allowing strong free movement. RCC; 2 Rowell’s Ch Tolberg Tia Drop at Emmajesk, b/c, very smart & well handled exhibit. Good body, good ribbing & impressive bone; 3 Lockett-Walters & Walters’ Ch Ralines Popping Kandi.
