MPD (4) 1 McCarthy’s Nagshall Justintime, lovely puppy with a good head & expression, good forehand construction, good ribbing & well angulated quarters. Could have made more of himself but moved really well. BP; 2 Norton’s Halunke Pure Magic, liked the proportions of this one & his lovely head with dark eyes. Has good bone & is well ribbed. Tail rather high set & he was moving a bit wide in front today; 3 Norris’ Criscan Newshound. PD (4) 1 N Justintime; 2 Breese’s Silkdown Phoenix Rising, red puppy with lots to like but rather shy as yet. Has good bone & feet, a good forechest, neck & topline. Would prefer his ribs to carry further back. Moved well in profile; 3 Mains’ Scotiablue Mystical Wonder. JD (6) 1 Mitchell & Antonopoulos’ Ygeia Numero Uno, shaded/r with good ground clearance & pleasing proportions. Has a beautiful head, excellent forehand construction, good topline, ribbing & loin. Has a very good well muscled rear & moved freely with great reach & drive while holding a good outline. Not as well coated as some but very nice Dachshund type. CC; 2 Brooks’ Obdax Lynn’s Badger, lovely dapple with good pigmentation. Has a very good outline & balance. Good length of neck, good forechest, bone & feet. Kept a firm topline & moved well; 3 Bedford’s Devoncream Midnight Mirage of Dinkidudlor. PGD (6) 1 Brooks’ Lyndarlea Kenny, b/t with a beautiful head & expression, elegant neck, good fill in front, enough spring of rib & a good length of body. Was well angulated behind & a sound mover; 2 Buchan & Kerslake’s Devonwood Crackerjack at Helenium, also b/t shown in super condition. Has a good head & neck good bone for his size & a good front & feet. He is well ribbed but topline tends to run off a bit. Moved very well in profile; 3 Ham’s Zarcrest Fixed Assets. LD (8,2) 1 McCarthy’s Nagshall Just Santana, a light red dog of lovely type with a good masculine head. He has good bone & substance for his size, a good length of neck, good forechest, shoulders, ribbing & rear angulation. A true & positive mover who kept a good outline going round; 2 Bedford’s Rossdach Cream Of The Crop, a very sweet dog but a bit feminine in head. Would prefer a better underjaw. Has good bone, OK shoulders, good topline & balanced rear. Has a very nice outline & profile movement; 3 Phillips’ Rossdach Rave On. OD (5) 1 Oxley’s Dinkidax Justin Credible, a neat little dog who had very good true, positive movement. Pleasing in head but eye a tad round. He is well boned & has good feet, a well ribbed body, a strong loin, & good rear angulation. Shown in good coat & showed really well to take the RCC; 2 Broad’s Neertanauf Sea Magic, red with a lovely head & neck, good forehand & was well ribbed back. Good topline. Moved quite well but would have liked better drive behind. Excellent coat & condition; 3 Barnsdale’s Chriskim’s Trail Blazer.
MPB (7) 1 Bell’s Tolberg Legally Blonde, a cream with a super outline. Liked her head & expression, good neck & front. Has a good topline & well angulated rear. Best mover in this class & BPB; 2 Brown’s Devoncream Montserrat, red of very nice type with a good head well developed forechest & good legs & feet. She is well ribbed back & moved well. Just needs to gain a bit more confidence & drive from her rear; 3 McCarthy’s Nagshall Puttinontheritz. PB (3) 1 McCarthy’s Nagshall Just Fizzical, a sweet puppy who was reserve in the previous class. Has a lovely head with dark eyes, good bone & is generally well constructed. A bit ring shy & soft in topline today; 2 Cooper’s Sadie Lady at Jumanda, a 6 months cream & very appealing. Has good bone & substance & a nice head. OK in rib & topline. Moved much better in this class; 3 Latham-Jackson’s Sanmik Heartbeat for Urishay. JB (5) 1 Weston & Johnson’s Ecotyne Firewitch, I liked this little bitch very much. She was so good to go over. Has got a lovely feminine head & good expression, super neck & shoulders, very good forechest & depth & length of rib. Her good rear was well muscled & put to good use when she moved. Pleased to award her RCC; 2 Metcalfe’s Metadale Aphrodite, a pleasing cream with good bone & substance for her size, good ribs, depth of chest & a firm topline. Well angulated & moving truly. Seemed a bit anxious & could make more of herself; 3 Mee’s Barlaine’s Red Splendour. PGB (8,1) 1 Mee’s Barlaine’s Golden Delight, has a lovely head with dark eyes & good expression. Has a well ribbed body, good bone & feet. Held her topline well on the move & looked stunning in profile; 2 McCarthy’s Nagshall Just So, b/f fawn with a lovely head, good bone, excellent ribbing & strong loin. Very good rear quarters. A very sound mover but could make more of herself to show off her good points; 3 Cooper’s Jumanda’s Silver Slipper. LB (8) 1 Brown’s Mystera Once Upon A Dream at Garbosa, a glamourous light red bitch who caught my eye on entering the ring & she did not disappoint in any respect. She has a lovely feminine head with good pigmentation. Has excellent conformation & is a sound, true mover who goes with proud head carriage while maintaining a firm topline. Won the CC, BOB today, her third I was told; 2 McCarthy’s Nagshall Love Actually, another beautiful & very well angulated bitch with good overall construction & correct outline. Moved soundly & unlucky to meet the winners on top form; 3 Brooks’ Hanishan Eezzy Magic Nite at Lyndarlea. OB (10,1) 1 Johnson’s Charpurdy Just Willow, a nicely balanced b/t with a nice head & neck, good front, level topline, good underline & well angulated rear. A good mover & shown in good coat & condition; 2 Edwards’ Ch Barok Blondeliah, b/f fawn with a really pretty head & good expression, Good forehand with well boned legs & good feet. Kept a firm topline & was well angulated behind. A very good mover in profile; 3 Mitchell’s Bronia Peach Fuzz.
