I was very pleased with the Min Long entry & found high quality in my principal winners. Both BOB & BP went on to RBIS & RBPIS, well done!
Movement was varied as were ribs in some exhibits, good temperament overall & only a couple of boys were a bit slim.
V (2) 1 Brooks’ Lyndalea Silver Moon, a well presented dog with good prosternum & well laid back shoulders. Decent ribbing & moved out maintaining a strong backline. He moved parallel both fore & aft; 2 Earley’s Rafthouse The Diva at Elver, quite a good bitch overall with pleasing movement & profile. She lacked the forehand of the winner. MPD (4) 1 Brooks’ Obdax Lynns Badger at Lyndalea, lovely young chap who won this class with ease. Beautiful head & expression, correct shoulders leading onto well rounded ribs. Sound correct movement. BPD; 2 Earley’s Lilacfen Sonny Delight of Yelva, another silver who was generally OK all through but very low & soft in backline; 3 Bowman Davies’ Timshaws Storm Quest. PD (5,2a) 1 Cawley & King’s Summerview Perfect Percy, red boy who was reasonably well put together with a lovely head & expression, moved out OK but a bit long in upper thigh; 2 Brooks’ Lyndalea Kenny, b/t guy who looked great on the table & had a pleasing structure but he moved a bit close both fore & aft; 3 Bedford’s Dinkidudlor Tonga Toumani. JD (4,1) 1 Walters’ Ralines One Of Those, top drawer cream who just ticked all the boxes. Very attractive head with dark pigment , good prosternum, well laid back shoulders & correct ribbing. He moved out with style with parallel action both fore & aft & was presented & handled to perfection. CC, BOB & RBIS; 2 McCarthy’s Nagshall Wotsitallabout, red boy who was a little narrow but has an attractive head & moved out very well & he maintained a good profile at all times; 3 T Storm Quest. PGD (5) A mixed class. 1 Cooper’s Jumandas Renaissance, fairly well constructed dog who sported an attractive head & expression, a tidy front assembly but lacked strength in backline. Moved out quite well; 2 Latham Jackson’s Criscan Leonal of Urishay, this was an OK dog generally but a bit too long in the loin which unbalanced him somewhat; 3 Earley’s Yelva King Of The Road. LD (5,1) 1 Oxley’s Dinkidax Justin Credible, a smaller & more compact dog whose construction was correct, a good prosternum & lay back of shoulder, well rounded ribs leading on to well angulated quarters & he drove round the ring with correct movement fore & aft. Beautifully presented & handled; 2 McCarthy’s Nagshall Just Santana, another good guy in a larger frame, tidy front assembly & decent ribs leading on to well angulated quarters, looked right both stacked & on the move with correct carriage & strong backline. Perhaps a little slim today; 3 Earley’s Yelva Mr Brandy Man. OD (7) 1 Woods’ Ch Wildstar Wrenowned, b/t boy who was really good to go over. Tight feet & strong bone. He is beautifully constructed & his correct front assembly leads on to deep ribbing & well angulated quarters & he was handled & presented to perfection. RCC; 2 Brown’s Garbosa Raising Cain, this is another quality hound who pushed the winner hard. Hard to fault in his make up & he moved out with style, also handled to advantage; 3 Brooks’ Lyndalea Silver Moon.
MPB (8,2) 1 Whitnall’s Cankasper Myss China Doll, promising red baby who is nicely made with correct shoulders & ribbing, pretty head & expression & she maintained a good profile at all times; 2 Elworthy’s Lilacfen Silver Lady with Jamiespring, another lovely baby with promise, attractive head & all correct in her make up. At this tender age still needs to settle on the move; 3 Edwards’ Barok Angel In Black. PB (10) Superb class. 1 Brown’s Mysteria Once Upon A Dream, gorgeous red who was hard to fault headed this strong class. She has it all in place, construction, movement & style, showed very well for her handler. BP & RBPIS; 2 Geeson’s Abydachs Amaricana, another high quality girl who pushed hard. Super head & expression & great front assembly, strong backline & true movement; 3 Mitchell’s Bronia Peach Fuzz. JB (6,1) 1 Worswick’s Dolyharp Coppelia, cream girl, again top drawer quality, nothing to change for me, attractive head with dark pigment. Correct front assembly & well rounded ribbing. She strode out from well angulated quarters with positive action & maintained a beautiful profile. CC; 2 Brooks’ Lyndalea Little Pearl, another good exhibit from this kennel who again was correctly constructed & was presented & shown to advantage; 3 Chambers’ Rummerdax Harvest Moon. PGB (3) 1 McCarthy’s Nagshall Just So, red girl who sported tight feet & correct shoulders, she moved out with parallel action fore & aft & maintained a good profile; 2 Woods’ Wildstar Wromance, this is a lovely bitch with a great front & well rounded ribbing, she presented a great picture stacked but I preferred the hind action on 1; 3 Edwards’ Barok Honey Bea. LB (9,2) 1 Brooks’ Hanishan Eezzy Magic Nite at Lyndalea, shaded red in a slightly smaller mould. She was pleasure to judge with an attractive head & expression & is very correct in her construction. Her movement was parallel both fore & aft & she maintained a lovely profile both stacked & on the move. RCC; 2 Brown’s Garbosa Pixie Boots, another quality girl who again was pleasing on the table & on the move. She has a good front & well rounded ribbing. Quarters were well angulated & she used them to drive round the ring. Pushed the winner hard; 3 Worswick’s Dolyharps Bitter Sweet. OB (7,1) Mixed class. 1 Norris’ Criscan Khesia, b/t who presented a good picture both stacked & on the move. Correct front assembly & strong quarters which she used going round the ring. Presented to advantage; 2 Shutt’s Longhort Cassie Royale od Donnadoon, I really liked this girl & found her very pleasing when going over her. Very appealing head. Lovely front assembly & correct quarters. She was unsettled in the class & this possibly cost her the top spot; 3 McCarthy’s Nagshall Sweet Caroline.
